To all MarketingCompanies,

I am the owner of We provide online marketing services for the Adult Entertainment Industry. We have done work for this Escort Service in Austin, Texas named: LuckysLadies. The website url is: The owner of the company is Erica Franklin.

Erica Franklin from LuckysLadies charge backed $750.00 for services that we have provided her from Jan/12/2008 to Feb/12/2008. I urge all marketing companies and even customer's that use her services to stay away from this company.

Erica Franklin charged back the $750.00 from her credit card and she is stating that we did not do any work for her website We have in fact proof with voice phone recordings and email confirmation that she has agreed Marketing4Escorts to provide marketing services/web design services in the amount of $750.00 per month.

We have just received this charge back notification from our merchant within the last two weeks, yes it does seem strange that we received this now but she did indeed charge backed payment of $750.00 when we have provided services for her. I have tried contacting her numerous times but I am unable to speak with her because she keeps on hanging up pretending she can't hear me or her phone is not working. Her mailbox on the phone is also full and I suspect that she is doing this on purpose so that we are unable to leave a message.

I would stay away from dealing with LuckysLadies. Erica Franklin has committed fraud.

After emailing LuckysLadies and letting her know that I will be contacting the authorities, I received a reply back stating that she has to check her records and she hasn't had time yet to look over her records. Ericka Franklin also states that she will get back to us but I haven't received an email or call. It seems that she is not taking this serious and she also thinks she will be able to get away with this.

Erica Franklin also claims that she never made this chargeback? Then who did?

I would stay away from dealing with LuckysLadies. If anyone else has information regarding LuckysLadies, you can contact me by visiting or calling: [protected]

Below is one of the exchanges we have had in email with Erica Franklin, AKA (Roxanne Turner) where she has confirmed payment and work to be done by Marketing4Escorts. I also have phone recordings of Erica Franklin on work that we have done for her. The authorities now have all this information and are investigating. I even contacted the Attorney General in Austin, Texas to investigate this issue as well.

Email Confirmation stating Ericka Franklin confirms payment and work to be done by Marketing4Escorts (Email Exchange is below)

i confirm this

I'm just want to let you know, Erica is indeed a trafficker, part of a group. Her business isn't just escorts and the girls are not always willing if at all. She lured me in as a teen with the promise of good pay for dates and modelling gigs, no sex required (lie), then isolated me in a hotel with men. I have reported her to the FBI. I was moved across 6 states to a place they thought I could not escape easily, but I did. I ran out in the night to a secure location and called a friend to get me fare home. There's no telling how many people she has trafficked. I am posting this now in case anyone else ever comes across her and does a search. I doubt the company is the same name..I hope she's in prison.

    Hi People,

It's me again, after speaking with Erica Franklin again from LuckysLadies, she responded with the below comment. This is totally bull ****. I have contacted the authorities and the IRS about this company. She clearly ripped me off and I would like everybody on the internet including her customer's to know what type of company they are dealing with. Below is Erica Franklin's response from LuckysLadies. She claims she looked at her records, but she states she is upset because we posted information about her company and her name. I will be posting on more forums and information on how this issue is going.

    Erica Franklin's Response from LuckysLadies,

"Thank you for your response. After reviewing my records and speaking with my attorney, i am now in the process of suing you. You have slander my name with no conviction from any judge, provided my personal information on a public billboard (internet). I wish to no longer be in contact with you during this process. I have been in contact with my attorney and he has informed me that you can not contact irs, police dept or any other law enforcement agency you have claimed to be incontact with. again do what you have to do yet i am doing the same. Slander is big in Texas and we do not tolerate it. Thank you for your time"

My response back to Erica Franklin from LuckysLadies:

    Hi Erica Franklin,

I am looking forward in speaking with your attorney. Please don't forget to
mention to your attorney about the 1st Amendment in the United States. To
refresh your memory the link is below.

It's called Freedom of Speeh. I am now following up with the Attorney
General in Austin, Texas and he assures me that he will be looking into
this. You stated that you have checked your records, are you still saying
you don't owe us from Jan/12 to Feb/12?

I will do everything in my power to get what is owed to our company. I will
no longer be contacting you because it seems that you are trying to get away
without paying for services which is indeed fraud.

I am sorry you did not want to resolve this situation but I will make sure
the authorities resolve this for us with the facts and proof that we have. I
am so waiting for your lawyer to contact me to discuss this in further
detail. Better yet, can I have your lawyers name, I will contact him.

Everything that I have mentioned online is true and based on facts. So, if
you would like to bring this to trial, I'm all for it.
