I played luckylandslots.com on Facebook site. I almost played $100.00, then it hit $500.00, Now that I'm trying to collect they are saying I need all information, drivers I'd, 3-month bank statement, the full-page electric bill, social security number, etc. I took pictures on my laptop, but they said they were not clear enough! At first, I used my Debit Card from USDirectExpress.com. They said I couldn't collect with that unless they have ACH! So I opened up an account with Wells Fargo Bank. I sent the statement, they couldn't except that, it has to be 3-months of statements! They never told me this before I started to play! They have no problems with taking my money! They said they had to make sure it isn't laundered money, terrorist money! I play on another site The Derby Horse Racing. I don't have these problems with them!

$18,000 charged to my credit card, LuckyLand states it was approved with my email and through my IP address. Its in no way approved and the bank is saying that LuckLand is not at fault and will not reverse the charges. I did not approve these charges. What is the next step to take.

I will not pay these fraud charges.

there are 5 withdraws that were unauthorized back to back on 9/01/2023 for $32.48 each transaction. I spend, well I used to spend as of today, a lot of money with luckyland and it makes I feel violated and livid would be the more fitting word.

I pay hundreds of dollars to play this game they failed to pay me all my winnings and they still owe me over $2,700! I’m highly upset about this and I will be contacting an attorney if they don’t pay!

I think all the online casinos are scams, they All give 90% or more win return,which is impossible, what they don’t tell you is the 90% is for the life of the game,which is extremely hard to regulate. The actual return is less than 10%. I’ve gone and witnessed some blatant abnormalities on luckyland, stuff like 2,000 spins no bonus, 30 straight 100% losing spins. Numerous times 50 spins before I won my spin bet! They all have the same scripted responses ,(results are random) (RNG) by definition the results are not random at all. The RNG is programmed by human beings, Congress needs to get involved because these places are not working in good faith, luckyland deactivated my account because I sent them epic videos of the losing streaks , people if you want to gamble ,drive to a casino at least there are perks to being a card holder

I had 5 charges taking fem my debit card that I didn't know about $ 1.99, 4.99, 14.99 4.99,and 49.99. My 7 yr old great-grandson got my phone and charged all these. I would appreciate if you would reverse these back to my debit card. If not I will file fraud charges against your company.

I just paid for their 50% special. I paid $15 for $30. Payment went through. Game immedicately locked up. No money ever put into my Luckyland Account.

Asked for a refund. Nothing.

Im over with Luckyland Casino doing this.

I didnt bet anything, therefore nothing should be gone..

This is a ripoff.

Please refund.

What you need to collect your winnings dear is valid photo copy front and back of your id second one bank statement showing the same name and address as your id it can't be a joint or payee account. You can also get a free found business bank account which is what I did or any prepaid card in which you can show account and routing number which means you must register the prepaid card and wait for the permanent which will include what's required buy luckyland they pay don't trip.lastly a picture of you holding your id below your face. Someone made a fake account and used my cards to purchase on this game what do I do I've had all of my accounts closed and I'm out alot of money because I didn't catch it quick enough my Armstrong bank has suspended my cards I no longer have access to my debit cards

LuckyLand slots is the worse online casino I have ever played. They take hundreds if not thousands of dollars more than they pay out. I do not reccomend this casino to anyone. My bank statements show every deposit made to the casino.

You are only allowed one warning about multiple accounts if they never gave that warning you must email luckyland zen desk at that time any account you have provide to them you will be able to collect all redeemable winning avoid sharing devices

I want my money reimbursed to me as soon as possible. The card has been closed. I have given my phone number email and sent proof of my debit card that was used without my consent.
