I won 300 dollars in august. Requested the money. Received email stating there was an error the monry was put back. I played won 1200 redeemed it another error also while I was waiting I won another100 no payout I have 34 emails some with assurances the money is on the way. The same say I was assured my payment was on the way the mo ey was back in my account im being scammed

Im a cancer patient i was playing while in therapy.now i have given your company money that i really didnt have to spend.i thought of i win i could possibly win some of the money back.i did.now your company will not even send me a check in the mail.i just want what i won..

I have been overcharged several hundrrd dollars by this company. But yet whenever i win $500 they say it cannot be transfered because i changed my phone number. I have given this company well over a thousand dollars. Im still trying to contact them but nobody is responding. They dont seem to have a land line. Did LuckyLand Slots rob me and steal my hard earned money. This has been causing a lot of problems in my marriage.

I have recently requested a $200 payout which I have yet to recieve because I haven't been sent my verification email form for me to send photo copy of my id and recent bank statement. There was no problem loading money into the account to gamble with but there's issues when it comes down to a payout im guessing for customers with 1st time payouts. It payouts take 0-3 days it should not take 48 or more hours to recieve a email to verify your information. There should be a land line company number to call as well as email support (which that you have) to communicate with your loyal paying customers in more than one way.

Hello my name is Mary Bright I was playing lucky land slots I got lucky and won $550 so I was ask to send in my bank statement along with my ID I done that so when I was about to redeem my winnings a message came in this box saiding your account been deactivated please contact customers support I done that and was told I had to clear out out the cashe I done that the message still on there so I was told to download it again I did that the message was'n there so I was ask which email I wanted to use I told them [protected]@comcast.net I did'n know my winnings was on [protected]@gmail.com so I ask can my winnings still be put on because I needed my winnings I told them I have two grandkids to feed I quest they didn't care about that it was'n there problem so I was ask I need to answer some questions about the game do I know my limit on playing do I have money to play do I play for fun I answer all there questions and when I got back the answer back they telling my my winnings is void when I told them what email I wanted my winnings should of been there and all this time they let me play on two emails until I won that money is where the trouble started all I want is my winnings and I won't deal with them anymore.

I have been trying to get help with me not receiving my $50 sweeps cash for purchasing the $9.99 package that was offered as a promotional email. Since 11 a.m. yesterday morning I have been trying to get customer service to fix the amount of sweeps cash that was not credited to me. I got automatic response after automated response after automated response until finally I received an email that said that they needed the transaction ID number they could be located on the email receipt from my purchase. I have never received any email receipt for any purchase that I've made and I've made lots of purchases on this site. So upon bringing that to their attention and asking for help a customer service agent actually has the audacity to say and I quote "man f*** you"... I would be lying if I said that I have encountered a worse situation dealing with customer service and dealing with a problem that they should be fixing but I rather cussing at me ( a paying customer) for reasons unbeknownst to me I have attached a picture of the email offer they were sent to me that I tried to redeem and I will attach the photos of the conversation between me and the customer service agent

My son, who is mentally challenged, used my card, and my sisters card, to buy points, which he didn't realize he was using money! I played this site several months ago, and my info was in it. What I don't understand is how he was able to use my sisters capital One card. Three hundred dollars!I think I've sent everything and then it's not right, and have to repeat it over and over again! Please, I need help! I call and it sounds like a Jerbble answering the phone. I asked them to call me because I am a novice on the PC.

I went next door to play rummy with my sister. When we came home we caught him red handed! He thinks he was winning points. He didn't realize he was losing money.

Betting mad bets over and over and over, then after 10-15 spins it glitches? No what happens is i hit a huge win so they malfunction the game and then the terms and conditons cowardly protect them from such issues when they are causing the issue internally.
