Lucille Roberts - charges that were not communicated to me and poor management at the club

I called Lucille Robert's when I saw charges on my credit card statement that I wasn't aware of . One charge was for usage in a Club in California, which I've never once visited and the other was my monthly fee of 45.25 which was my "new" monthly fee . I spoke with Donna Gallub and Alisha Maura who both manage the Rockville Centre location . They told me I was a "Platinum Member" which entitled me to visit any club. I never received any notification of the option of upgrading to a Platinum membership nor of any increase in my fees . The fees I've been charged are dynamic and after reviewing my statements are not very consistent. Donna and Alisha's solution was to " bring me back down to the agreed 25 monthly with no annual fees" that was my original arrangement but they refused to review the other fees. They were down right rude when I asked for a higher manager to review.
I plan on bringing this to the BBB and attorney if I do not get an adequate response . Thank you.
