Club Mahindra certificate
Dear Sir,
I received Club Mahindra voucher from lulu exchange abudhabi , Branch team give club Mahindra one contact number to call and collect one certificate and tried last 1 week , no one answering and not replying my messages . Really it’s feeling bad .. if lulu exchange can assist , really appreciate..

My money transfer didn't receive till now
I’m disappointed I’ve sent money on 3rd January to my Wife Indian Account in Canara Bank and I haven’t received yet until now, I remember when I called Canara Bank Nagercoil Branch they said there is no any issues in my wife's account. But I didn't get back in my UAE Account or my Indian account, seems like it is vanished.
Kindly give me your immediate support to sole this issue.

I’m disappointed I’ve sent money on 7th December to my Indonesian account in Darsait Branch Oman and I haven’t received yet until now, once I called them they said it’s been credited and they will check with the BANK. Honestly the service from staff it self is very slow, I remember when I called Darsait Branch she just took my transaction No and I was told she will call me back in 2 minutes. The whole day I was waiting for her call but nothing. I decided to call them twice but no response. Please investigate this case since my money was not less.

I was send money through global money transfer powered by WU online Lulu exchange app to cash pick up to my mother name still not received to my mother
Bcz she have no idea where her take money me aslo it my 1 time experience send to cash pick up . So I req to u plz guide me where I take money or if not so it return able .
(I already send to message to Lulu customers care wtsapp no but no anybody reply me)+and aslo send 2 email about my concern to customer care here aslo can't received any response.plz help if u can

Gold card
I'm working in lulu hypermarket And I take gold card from lulu exchange to less the charge but everytime I'm sending money, they don't even give less to my money. They tell if I avail that gold card they give less. What is the purpose of availing gold card if you don't give less ? Right? Only fooling people?
Wrong information
i send my money thru cebuana not of any bank act. .i will travel to philippines thats why i send it to my name so i ca recieved when i got home in my country on the ne t day
App service not working - phone calls not attended
I cannot use the app for any transfer. It keeps saying:
"Unable to find Beneficiary currency" The currency is USD!
Moreover, I called their special number [protected] (Paid number) to get it resolved, but waited for more than an hour with no answer.

I went to Lulu exchange (International city) branch to receive money was sent to me from Oman, The Taller ask me, Do you have Lulu member card? I replied: No this first time to come here and I will apply for the card next time.
Then he said not allowed to received the money if you don't have Lulu member card, as he said should have the card to receive the money, and the Fees 10 Dirham.
I dealt with several exchange in the UAE for sending or receiving money, this card it's optional not mandatory, So why they asked me that? and why they not gave me receipt for this card process?! Please can you explain?!
Cash transfer from dubai to pakistan bank account..
we have made a transaction on 31 Oct sending money to Pakistan but until now its not reach.As per Pakistan bank manager the money is still not transfer from Dubai.it was an urgent transaction but until now its not transfer to our Pakistan bank account.

Mobile money transfer
On the 15th August, 2021 amount of money was sent by Samuel Kwabena Offei from Dubai to Kennedy Mensah in Ghana was mistakenly sent to a wrong phone number which is+[protected] instead of+[protected]. After I was informed of the incident I quickly contacted my network carrier and informed them of what has happened, fortunately my network carrier which is mtn Ghana was successfully blocked the user from redrawing the money. And proceeded reversing the money back to LuLu.
Today Sunday 22nd August, 2021.10:09 a.m i received this message from my carrier, Dear Valued Customer, Please be informed that your reported complaint with Reference Number INC000006626424, has been resolved by MTN. Kindly call 100 for further assistance if problem still persists. Thank you. Customer Relation Division.
I would like to know if have receive the money in your system.

Mistake on mobile money transaction to Uganda
It was on 21st may I was sending money 1100AED to mobile money Uganda with the LuLu exchange agents who came in our camp BGP Liwa, but they made a mistake up to now they have not solved my problem.i was sending to +[protected] in names of Centenary Abraham, but unfortunately the send to+[protected] in the names of innocent opio but I have been calling them every now and then but there is no help thanks.

I had some emergency and had transferred approximately 250 AED to India via lulu currency exchange center on 19th July 2021 to my uncle's NRE account. And requested for a quick transfer.
But it's 22 July today and money is still in process and has not reached to the receivers account. What is the purpose of sending the money when it's not reaching on time.

Wire transfer get delayed for 5 days and exchange rate was not as agreed
I wired transferred from my Oman bank to india bank from Lulu exchange but amount was not transferred even after 48 hrs. I did long follow up and after that it was confirmed the amount will be transferred as per the new exchange rate and I agreed and initiate the new system wire transfer to take the new exchange rate but when I checked my Indian account amount was transferred with lowest Rate of original wire transfer.
Now I asked for difference exchange rate money but no one is replying

I'm using lulu money app 31/march/2020 i send AED 5500 to India Account through lulu money app but my transaction failed already debited AED 5500 my Standard Chartered Bank account and i contact lulu exchange khalidiya branch not giving proper reply they told contact lulu money app live chat i send message reply only asking my account IBAN number after no information many times sent message no reply please tell me how many taking refund my money as soon as possible

the clerk jaya viju is very rude to customers. she is shouting at customers even only asking if the account number is correct and my wife jane sarmiento sending 28500 dhs today march 15, 2020. was just asking if the account number was correct.
the clerk in lulu should be courteous and polite as there is no rush in the cue still she is shouting when my wife was just asking if the account number is correct. this type of attitude is unacceptable by any standards.
Cheating
I open nri account and yu r lulu exchange they take 2 kd opening charge and wen I ask for bill they not give bill and wen I pressure for bill they return 1 kd but also for 1 kd still not give yyyy this happening it means this is forgery if they get 10 customer daily that means manager is making 20 kd daily whose fault is this manager or yusuf aliis also with him god
