LTD Commodities Slim white storage tower

I ordered Item#: 586185-1Isu-wht on their website which is described as a Storage Tower
9 in. sq. x 5 ft. 3-1/4 in. high. This is a unit that has 6 storage cubes. I got a confirmation email that showed the tower standing that tall with 6 cubes as ordered. The confirmation email did not list any item number in it, rather it contained a link to the exact item defined above. It took them a month to ship my order. It arrived today and is half the size. It has 3 storage cubes and stands at 38"tall. So I call in and the guy tells me, no, this is what I ordered. I tell him I am clicking the link in my confirmation email and it it taking me to the taller item I actually ordered. He keeps putting me on hold and then returns and asks if I ordered the unit with 6 cubes to which I reply yes. I then click the actual"view order" button and it shows the same 6 cube taller unit but says 173441-7Isu-wht is the item number. Mind you, 173441-7Isu-wht is not listed on their site at all and when you search slim storage tower the only one that comes up is the one I ordered. After a half hour of going back and forth, the guy offers to send a return label and ship the one I actually ordered. But, they want to charge my card again. I tell him I refuse to allow a second charge and he tells me all I can do is return it, wait 2-3 weeks for a credit to my card, then re-order. I have zero faith they will send the right item upon reorder so I am cramming all these pieces back in the box and sending them back. I even asked how much this item costs and was willing to entertain keeping it and getting half my money back but they refused to help with that.

LTD Commodities Ripoff

I ordered from them in november, part of the order came but not the main thing I ordered. They have sent me three requests for a review for the product never received. I try giving them feedback but since it isn't positive they say it doesn't meet their requirements, meaning it isn't positive. They make no effort to send the product or explain why it hasn't shown up.

LTD Commodities Shipped wrong order to me and won't ship the stuff I have already paid for.

On dec. 2nd I placed a 9 item order for over $200. On the 3rd I received an email saying that 3 of my items were shipped. Once I received my package it had 1 item in it and it was an item I didn't even order. Mind you, ltd has already taken $158 out of my bank account for the 7 items they had in stock the other $69 is for the 2 items on backorder. So, yesterday dec 7th I make a call to ltd customer service and let them know what happened that I had received the wrong package and none of my items I paid for were in there. The man I was talking to asked me if I wanted a refund and I told him no, I wanted the items I paid for. He said he would email me a return label to send the item I didn't order back and that they would ship the items I already paid for after they receive that one package. So I asked how long that would take for them to even ship my items and he said 17 days. Why do I have to wait even longer for them to ship items they've already taken money for when they made the mistake of sending me the wrong package?! I shouldn't have to wait for them to receive the one $6 item they accidently shipped me to ship the 7 items i've already paid for... I get on my email this morning to get the label so I can start this uncalled for process and they haven't even sent me a return label?!?!?! I am furious. I've tried calling.. All the phone lines are busy. I've tried emailing.. Never get a response. I am very very close to canceling my whole order and never shopping with ltd again!

LTD Commodities Overcharge on order # [protected]

I placed an order 9/25/2020. I completed the payment which was online of $269.96. They now say I owe $7.35 extra on the order. I have called 5 or more times about everyone giving me a different answer. I was told it would be credited back or to go to a different website to file a complaint. I was told the accounting department was new and they made an error. Now I was given a number to call to make a payment which is not what I wanted to do. I want the extra amount credited to my account. Your help obviously don't know what they are doing.
Please, Please help me. I love LTD but this is out of hand.

LTD Commodities I put an order in that was supposed to be on my 90 day credit

Customer service put an order on my Debit Card that was supposed to be on my 30 day credit line. I found she charged my debit card $222.93. which was part of my rent money. See I'm on Disiblilty and I literaly cried 20 minutes later when I seen what she did. At the same time I was dealing with the flu the whole time trying to straighten this out. I've also had to deal with all the horrible service from the Supervisor and some of the other Customer Service Staff. They want me to return the package since I wanted it on credit, then they will refund me and resend back the same package under credit. Makes no sense at all to me. These pictures are from when the package was delivered. The last thing I should have to do is rebox something they did and all was their mistake. Again trying to deal with a nasty flu at the same time. They have changed alot. Their service is getting so much worse.

My suggestion to them is they want me to return the package since I wanted it on credit, then they will refund me and resend back the same package under credit. It makes no sense to me.
I will never shop here again if they don't straighten this out properly andI'll inform family and friends of what happened so they will stop shopping there as well. They do not treat customers the way they should be treated. They literally showed no concern for my issue. It's been 7 days now and it still isn't solved. The $222.93 is part of my rent as I mentioned I am on disibilty. My rent won't get payed until they refund my bank account.

LTD Commodities Customer service and billing

So I have loved ltd for years. Lately they are horrible. They did some change to the billing system and that's bad enough but for the last month I have had several promises for someone higher to solve my issue to call me and none of those calls have happened. I finally have come to the conclusion that since the don't value me I just have to stop shopping with them. They won't make it possible to view your billing and pay off a specific invoice anymore and you have to make a partial payment through customer service to take advantage of their net30 program that they offer. And when I did try to make a payment through customer service it wasn't even done correctly. It seems like they have all these reps working at home that don't even know what they are doing or care. Also many of them are unprofessional and rude. I am highly disappointed. Another casualty of the pandemic in america is hard work and laziness in customer services. Very disappointed ltd. You used to be the best company I dealt with and soon you will be a company I don't deal with at all. And the most frustrating thing at all is that your leadership, your supervisors and managers can't eve follow up on a promise or seem to care what's going on over there. I guess I should be looking forward to all the money I will save not shopping with you guys, but i'm more offended that after all the money I have spent, you don't appear to value me as a customer.

LTD sold this company Last year. That's when the trouble started. They shipped there phones to another country. You no longer can speak to anyone at LTD. Its the Phillipines who answer your calls. Our Illinois people that used to answer your calls have been let go. My order was shipped from Il to LA. There still billing me. And over charging for a replacement that they saw was no charge. I am so done white LTD.

LTD Commodities Broken part and missing parts

I am missing parts P 5 piece brackets! This holds the shelf together!
Part G is broken! It must have happened while shipped or tossed at my door! I had to wait until my day off to put it together and now I'm at a standstill.
I will glue together part G and make it work or you can send a new part!
I really need you to send me Part P since I CAN NOT make do without!
Please let me know my options! I Really do not want to take apart what I have and ship this thing back! I'm at a standstill/chaos in my kitchen!

LTD Commodities Only received half my order

I recently placed an order with LTD and received half of it a week later. It's been a few weeks and I haven't heard nothing from them. I've ordered products from them in the past and everything was OK. Of course it's one of those places with the phone numbers you can't get through it's not on your phone plan it cost you money to get in touch with them. If I don't receive my order within another week I will no longer be doing business with LTD. I thought they were a reliable company but I guess I was wrong.

LTD Commodities Return/Exchange Problems

You received my returned product on 1-23-20 and to date: NOTHING. After repeated ignored e-mail requests, today I receive a response to call an 847 number which does not work in my area because I discontinued my long distance service. PLEASE just ether do the exchange or refund my credit card. This is absolutely ridiculous. I should have paid attention to all the negative reviews.

I received a letter in the mailbox today regarding my home phone number. I've requested to be on the do not call list. I'm writing to please respect my choice and also to be unsubscribed from the catalogs mail list. I like to shop with you online as well as Collections etc. Catalogs. LTD Commodities payer [protected]

Ordered 5 giant plaid monogram gift bags. Order came with only four. The fifth I ordered was with a "V" and apparently that does not exist. I submitted a check, number 1333 dated Nov 1, 2018 for $103.81. The actual invoice was for $94.83.
If the product is not available, can I expect a return of the additional money submitted?

LTD Commodities - sales tax

I incorrectly included NY sales tax with my total amount of payment for purchases made on Oct. 25, 2018. Sales tax was for $6.15 which brought my order to $83.06. Check was sent for that amount. I received the order with sales slip indicating subtotal was $62.92 plus $13.99 for shipping which brought total to $76.91. I believe I am due for a refund of $6.15. Thank you.

LTD Commodities surface of pan destroyed

I have had a two quart Ltd pan for over fifteen years now, with no problems...Just the other day, I was very tired, and washed it in my dishwasher instead of by hand as I've always done (until this last year, I didn't have a dishwasher)...in the dishwasher, the entire black surface of the pan was totally destroyed: came off in blotches and most of it cam off altogether... there does NOT seem to be a contact I can make with this well-known company, to ask a)can this be repaired? b) why no warning that this can happen (all that the pans sections says, when I went on line to figure out what to do is " best not to clean in a dishwasher"...no reasons why or actual warning NOT to clean their pans in dishwashers...I'm older now, and expected my small collection of three of their excellent pans to last the rest of my lifetime, as I'm now on a small fixed income...now, I'm reluctant to even use this pan, as I'm not sure if it's safe to use on my electric stove (fumes? heat conductivity?)...I have photos of the damage, but no place to send them! some one, please advise me?!

LTD Commodities i've only had one bad dealing with this company

I've purchased numerous items from this company over the past few years. It originally was only available to businesses but they then opened it up to everyone. Since opening it up to everyone I found that their customer service is lacking and their product choices are getting worse.

In May 2012, I purchased a series of items and was informed after the purchase that one of the items was on back-order until June, being as it was towards the end of May I didn't think anything by it and expected to receive a separate package a few weeks later. A few weeks came and went, no package, I logged back in and it still told me June 12th, 2012, even though it was July 10th. I emailed customer service, never to receive a response. I could not cancel the order being as the other items had already shipped to me and since no one would respond to me with any helpful information via email OR phone, I had to resort in doing a charge-back on my credit card for the amount that they were holding for this 'backordered' purchase.

Of course after they see the charge-back in their billing department I finally get a response TO MY ORIGINAL EMAIL dated in middle of June (now we're in August) claiming my requests were never received (seriously now?). They said that the item isn't on backorder, it's actually off of their website all together and won't be returning. That's fine and dandy, but they - at the very least - could have informed those waiting on the pending order (since they were nice enough to take the money for it anyway).

I've only had ONE bad dealing with this company, and honestly prior to this issue I was very happy with their service being as everything else from this particular order was received promptly and in brand new/working condition. The items missing from the order that caused all of the issues are the only reason I'm hesitant to use this company again.

LTD Commodities broken item

I ordered the "OSTRICH" Folding Chaise from ltdcommodities.com. First, the product was back ordered, so it took 3 weeks to receive it, after overpaying for shipping. I received the chair and the first time I used it, the middle of it bent in. I am 5'2' and certainly not heavy enough to have bent a chair that boasts it is made for large frames. Anyway, I thought it might have been a fluke occurance, and I was able to easily bend it back in place. That should have been a sign. The second time I used the chair, I had been laying on it for 5 minutes when the leg of the chair bent in half. Now I will have to work my way through customer service to return a faulty item that I had hoped would live up to it's claims. Boy was I wrong!

LTD Commodities broken item-faulty

purchased thru catalog "solar tulips" as a gift back in march 2011
gift was presented june 13, 2011. tulips do not stay 'lit' at nite, even w/ 12+ hours of full sun.. 2 only 'blink on & off' then stay un lit.
shipping on order (with other items) was/is as much as the novelty- i do NOT want to invest more money- now what ? as a gift, now it's
not performing as expected, i'm embarrassed.

LTD Commodities hiding contract info

ABC states please contact ABC before filing your complaint on this website but I have spent 30 minutes looking for a phone number for them. Now I'm pissed. Why make it so hard to contact the people you want to spend money with? I guess I won't be placing an order.

LTD Commodities shipping and handling charges

I have done business before with LTD Commodities. If you order 5 different items, they do not ship them together; they ship them separately, which is how they make their money, not to mention buying everything from China. There is a company called Lakeside Collection who sells a lot of the same things LTD does, but they don't rip you off on shipping.
