Loyola Plans Consolidated Educational plan of two children

Good morning Sir/Ma'am! Its been a long time that I am longing for anybody that can help me to claim the Educational Plan of my two siblings that Plan are really overdue. Why? Its merely because that my eldest child a girl will receive her money as she graduated junior high school. She graduated Senior High as pioneering student, nothing was received. And now she already third year in college and still Loyola did not able to answer their responsibility. My next child also will receive his money after graduated junior, still nothing was received. And now he is already in Grade 12 Senior High. Sir/Ma'am, maybe your are the instrument of God for me to claim such money for the education of my children. Please do help. Thank you in advance Sir/Ma'am, you are really in great help for me and my children for them to continue their studies in college. God and take care always Sir/Ma'am.

Desired outcome: To claim the overdue educational plan of my children.

Loyola Plans Consolidated Educational plan

Hi, I would like to complain about my educational plan that was supposed to be matured last 2017 yet there was no single penny that I received. We already went to their main office which was supposed to be at Makati city but when we arrive there, the security guard told us that the office there was already gone. Please help us, for I wont be able to attend college without those funds.

Loyola Plans Consolidated I am complaining about my loyola timeplan benefits

I am Rhodora Enaman with Cp number [protected]. I have a Loyola TIMEPLAN Contract with Loyola numbered 044120-6 or 177392 (as given to me by a certain GUADA with whom I was able to talk last year at LOYOLA's contact numbers at [protected] and/or [protected]. I paid the gross price of P120, 000 or (P1, 040/monthly for 10years). The date of my contract is June 6, 1995. The maturity date is August 05-2020. I have been contacting Loyola every now and then at their aforesaid numbers and searching the web where or how to contact them but to no avail. Their given numbers keep on ringing with no one answering. Please, help me and my fellow timeholders who cannot also claim the benefits due us.

Hi, just to ask how's the status of your claim for your Loyola Time Plan? Any developments? Got a timeplan also with Loyola but the maturity date is till 4/30/2029. Thanks

Unfortunately, nothing happened to our claims since maturity until now. It seems that even the Insurance Commission is not responsive to our grievances.

Until now, Loyola is not responding. Acc to people searching for Loyola who happened to call me thinking that I represent Loyola, say that Loyola have moved to two different office addresses but this time have again moved to an unknown (hard to trace address). It might really be trying to evade its responsibility to pay our claims.

Loyola Plans Consolidated Cash surrender

Hello ! I am Cristin Torio. I went to your office in Makati year 2017 Feb. 20 and requested for cash surrender for my aunt and grandmother's loyola life plan. I've submitted everything needed and got the acknowledge slips. I wnet back again May 22, 2017 and nothing happened. And they said to follow up on last week of June 2017 and they gave contact numbers but none of the contact numbers is working. I went again on the said month but nothing happened. Plan holder's name is De Paz, Florentina Lanza (8, 920 pesos) and Hernandez, Nenita de Paz (9, 185 pesos). Please help us get the amount. Its bot that big but we needed that for my aunt's medications. Please contact me on my # [protected]. And email address [protected]@gmail.com please do something about this coz we are planning to go to Tulfo in Action to submit file and ask for their help. Since I dont want to do that and make things worst I hope you will cooperate and release the cash surrender value. Thank you.

Any updates on your concern with Loyola? My father passed away last May 14 and like you, I submitted all needed documents today just to learn that we can follow it up on JANUARY 2022..

Loyola Plans Consolidated Loyola plans consolidated inc. Life plan cash surrender value

We have filed a claim for my mom's Rosita S. Babiera for a Life Plan CSV on Jan. 15, 2019 & was set to do a follow up Apr. 18, 2019. It's been almost 10months now and nothing happened. We will be using that for Medical reason of my Mom who is already a Senior Citizen who apparently needed funds for her Medical condition. Please help us to expidite the process of releasing my mom's fund as she badly needs it asap.

Thank you and we would appreciate your immediate assistance on this matter.

Loyola Plans Consolidated Educational plan claim

I suppose to receive my claim December 2018 but until now the Certificate of Payment still pending for printing on your side. Several times I called to follow up but they are kept on changing their statements. Last July 2019 they say that by Aug it will be done. I called today and Melly says it will take another one month before Ivy is able to print the Certificate of Payment. This is so unprofessional and unacceptable! I will raise a written complaint to their Chairman as well today in order to make sure that action will be taken!

this is simeon micklay, one of the many educational benefit claimant of loyola plans. this is not a complaint but a pleading to the company to give an update of the benefit claims status of their cleintele. there are many opinions/comments posted in the social media and is disheartening. to make matters worse, the company failed to give updates. so please for the peace of mind of all concerned... post a priority payment list so that we know what to expect...that at least our names are considered for payment... thank you..

Good day po.. Gusto ko lang po sanang mag complaint kasi napakatagal na po sobrang tagal na hanggang ngayon po wala pa rin ung timeplan availment nung mother ko (thelma dellava ayong) almost 10 years na po pero wala pa rin.. Ilang beses na po kaming pabalik2 sa kompanya nyo pero laging sinasabi na i-a-update, mag me message sa email pero ni isa po wala kaming natanggap na mensahe gling po sa inyo ang laki na po nung nagastos namin sa pamasahe sa kapa balik2 sa opisina nyo po sa roxas city capiz pa ho kami ilang beses na po kaming lumuwas para lg po sa timeplan availment nung mother ko sana na I process na po sa sobrang tagal na.
Mag reply na man po kayo para di kami na momroblema sa kahihintay po anu.

Loyola Plans Consolidated Timeplan

I am a timeplan holder contract number 117160, i was told to follow by april 10 2019, and was given a " direct line" both landline and cellphone but to my surprised no one picking up the phone. I wasted so much time of calling without luck. I came to Makati office to follow in person but was told to come back in January 2020 for follow up again. The company benefits my saving for the last 15 years but when the maturity comes we just have to wait until they decides to give our money. This is very frustrating in our part to wait for a long period of time because of the company negligence.

The Loyola Educational Plan for my eldest daughter is already fully paid. Then the Loyola Educational Plan closed. The payment for this plan is hard earned money blood sweat and tears of us parents. Humbly request the benevolent assistance of your good office so that I can claim the Loyola Educational Plan benefit of my eldest daughter Sarah Hazel O. Mesias. Loyola Plans Consolidated Inefficient service. Claim for refund of unrendered service

1. claim for refund has been filed sept. 24, 2018. person who assisted was nimfa. we were advised that check representing the refund would be available by 12/24/2018. we followed up in january 2019 and was only told to follow up again. up to this time, no check yet.

2. your customer service is terrible! the numbers you gave in the acknowledgment slip is inutile! no one is answering. I have been calling since last yr! how in the lord did it become customer service when you cannot even pick up the phones! how do you service your customers?!? I am sure it is easy for you to pick up phones if it is sale inquiries! what is this, a money making industry! my goodness! stupid!

3. I am giving you until feb. 6, 2019 (wed) to address this matter, otherwise, I will be inclined to bring this to social media.

I have been making follow ups for 3 years now and I haven't received any checks from them... I contacted their representative in Mandaue, Cebu but she keeps on saying no checks arrived for me. I saw my name in the "Claims for Release List" in Loyola Website but to my surprise...it's 8th and 9th release... I expect to receive yet my 5th. Please help me get what is due to me. Loyola Plans Consolidated Claim of educational plan

I am a planholder for my son Denrei Justin Grabillo. I have a yearly claim for my son's educational plan, now I'm no longer receiving any pay out. Many of follow ups I did around [protected], they said in Makati Office if cheque is available they will contact me. It's been almost five years now I haven't heard anything from your company. I am one of your many clients who entrusted and invested not just money but more importantly my child's education. My son will soon enter senior high school and we really needed his money.

Loyola Plans Consolidated Educational loan

I am just asking if we can still the money of the educational plan applied by Ms. Lilia Eclay for his son. The certificate of completion was granted way back 1998. However, the beneficiary of the educational plan was not able to attend further studies in college until now (over 20 years since the completion of the plan). And most probably, he is no longer interested to pursue college. Would it be possible if we will just claim the money?

Loyola Plans Consolidated policy contract issuance with change of surname

I am a Loyola Planholder with postal address at San Carlos City, 6127, Negros Occidental, Region VI.

Attached herewith please find proofs of payments to my loyola plans premiums which has been due 2015 yet.

When I applied for this life insurance in the last quarter of 2011, I was yet using my old surname Canson. When my policy matured in 2015, my insurance agent, Victoriana Cabili, told me that there I still lacked some payments and that my record could not be straightened due to my change of my surname from Canson to Micallef. Thus, she furnished me several forms to accomplish in order to correct all these discrepancies and which subsequently, I sent these forms by post through LBC in July 2017.

Our city branch manager of Loyola went to your head office in Manila to collect all other policy contracts of planholders here in our city. However, my policy contract could not be found.

In view of this, may I humbly request from your good office if you could send to me my policy contract which has already been long overdue.

Your preferential and favorable action to this humble request will be highly appreciated.

Loyola Plans Consolidated Educational availment

Good day...
Please do action on my request for educational availment of my son with this CFP no. LLR21025733.
I already complied all the requirements when your office was still in Cebu particularly in Gaisano Basak LapuLapu City. Please do your part now. My son really need this for his tuition. Its almost 3 years now when I complied the requirements. When I made follow up in the office, they told me that they will just txt when there is cheque but the there was no txt so I went to the office to make follow up but I was shocked because their office was no longer in the mall. There was a notice outside that if we need to follow up we have to email the email add they had posted. I did the email but there was no action. How can I follow up if their office is already n Manila.

Loyola Plans Consolidated Cash surrender value

My husband Eufemio D. Daloos of 392 Greenfields Lane, Guindapunan, Palo, Leyte is a holder of Loyola Lifeplan Contract No. [protected] with contract price of P18, 000.00 issued on July 15, 2002. He was already issued a certificate of full payment last August 7, 2007.

Last January 18, 2017, he went to the Loyola Plans Office to file his Cash Surrender Value. He was given an acknowledgment slip stating that he can follow up on April 18, 2017. His cash surrender value indicated in the slip is P22, 500. However, when we follow up by the phone numbers that was indicated in the slip, we cannot contact such numbers.

Please help us facilitate this claim, as this is very much deserved. We can be contacted at [protected].

Hello ma'am. Did you able to get the cash surrender of your husband? I also filed cash surrender value of my aunt and grandmother and had the slip from them but cant contact the number given. I am planning to go to Tulfo for the fast action.

that is so sad...i am planning to also file cash surrender value but I'm here in ozamiz city, i cannot afford the fare.
and regarding the contact numbers, yes that is so true. their numbers are not working as well as their email address: inquiry@loyolaplans.com
