Loyola Plans Consolidated Educational plan

My mother availed an Education plan to get ready for my college education. What she got was the Classic Gold from Loyola Education Plan. Maturity date of the plan was supposed to be on 04/29/2015 but then she was only able to claim one time amounting of 75,000 pesos on 10/25/2015. My mother was a good payer and she really made sure to pay my education plan on time to get ready for my college education. She really worked hard for it.

She still has pending claims from Loyola amounting to 225,000 pesos, she was supposed to get 75,000 pesos each year from 2015 to 2018. Since she was able to claim one time on 2015, she still has pending claims for 2016, 2017 and 2018 each amounting 75,000 pesos that we still weren't able to claim. My mother followed up couple of times and even went on their office in Poblacion, Makati to follow up on the payment. But same response was given, Loyola is still in bankruptcy and is still selling properties as of the moment. This is purely unfair and not a valid excuse because we really struggled with money, my mother paid for my education plan rightly. I had to stop my education since we do not have the money that was supposed to be for my tuition. And because of that I am still an undergraduate, I had big dreams ever since I was in high-school and now I am planning to go back to school but we wanted to resolve and get the pending claims from my education plan in order to proceed.

Desired outcome: Please help us get our pending claims and help me finish my studies. We really are looking for assistance from you to help us get what is right from my education plan.

Loyola Plans Consolidated Educational plan

I’m Angelina D. Jao (educational/memorial plan holder) with Contract no. (Protected)

My plan has matured the last 30 September 2018 and I already sent all important papers like Certificate of Full Payment (Original) 2 valid ids (photocopy), and other requirements they request from me.

Made a lot of follow-ups and had submitted Availment Request Form still no respond from them. Contact their numbers still no answer. My last follow up was Nov. 8, 2022. Hoping this time they give me sure date when will I get my claim.

Loyola Plans Consolidated Time plan/funeral plan

I would like to complain against Loyola Consolidated plan regarding the claim if benefit we file last April 2020 upon maturity if my time plan We already submitted all the required documents including the funeral plan of my mother and verified and agreed by them and told will release the money by that month but until now no answer. The educational plan was not paid fully by the company. I kept sending them email but no reply and the office was closed. I suffered from serious illness and I need the money for my family.

Loyola Plans Consolidated Funeral claim

I would like to complain your office for not giving any information about our claim for my father’s funeral way back 2019 . My brother has an SPA and travelled from the province to your office to submit documents. Lockdown was understandable but maybe there should be a better way to reach claimants . Loyola Plans Consolidated Loyola Memorial plan

I filed two unrendered funeral claims last September and November 202o for my Mother and Mother in law: Adelaida Acasio Contract No. 990524-1 and Anacoreta Piol Contract No. 992226-1. I submitted all the required documents the company asked from me. When I tried to follow up after a few months, all the contact numbers the representative game me including the contact numbers in their portal cannot be accessed. Please help me follow up my claims.

As we filed, a lot of documents na need nila para makuha namin ung claims for my mother deceased last November 23,2020 ay naprovide namin,

At ang sabi follow up kami after 6 months due to out of funds, all I know na after 6 months meron na, yun pala dun pa lang mag start ang pag process yata nila, nagfollow up ako after 6 months, same reason wala pang funds..until today na mag 2 years na, wala pa din funds. Hindi na nga namin napakinabangan ung service ng burial dahil derecho cremate mother KO due to suspected Covid patients sya, pati ba nmn ang karampot na claims na yan tagal pa makuha.,pero nung delay kami magbayad ang bilis ninyong magsabi sa amin na maforfeit kaya gumagawa kami way to pay.

Loyola Plans Consolidated Educational Plan

I'm Mary Rose V. Morales (Educational Plan holder) with Contract No. [protected]

My plan has matured the last 11 October 2016 and I already sent pertinent papers like Certificate of Full Payment (original), 2 valid ID's (photocopy), and others they request from me.

I already made several follow-ups. My latest updated date 02-28-22 but no check release. They give me new numbers but the same answer no funds yet. I hope they give me sure date when I get my claim.

I am looking forward to getting the claim in full and hearing from this company soon! Thank you and God bless us all!

My name is Mr. Cipriano S. Medes from Tarlac City, Phils. with the same problem as Ms. Mary Rose V. Morales wherein my Educational Plan Contract No. CLR [protected] matured last [protected] and was issued a Certificate of Full Payment under CFP No. CLR [protected] with a maturity value of P500,000.00. Luckily I received my first payment last Dec 2017 amounting to P125,000.00 but after a series of follows up going to their Makati Office (before covid 19 ), & through text telling me/ informing me that there was no fund yet and still under request for fund still ? for six ( 6) years already ? from the Year 2017 - April 18, 2022 ? when Loyola Management promised that loan have matured already will be paid first. I am planning to visit the Makati Office on the week of April 25, 2022, to follow up again hoping that positive results will come out of my follow-up. I hope Loyola Management should be brave enough to inform clients if they were bankrupt or filed insolvency to the insurance commission or will not be able already to pay the matured loan so that we will not incur expenses in going or following up to the office at Makati. And what actions have been taken by the insurance commission in case Loyola management has filed for bankruptcy or insolvency.

I'm Rovelyn Manalo-Galang (Time Plan holder) with Contract No. 121153-3 and Certificate of Full Payment No. [protected].

My plan has matured the last 21st of January 2020 and I already sent pertinent papers like Certificate of Full Payment (original), 2 valid ID's (photocopy), and completed Availment Request Form# ARF000000004584 last January 8th, 2020 thru Marchelyn Salagoste at Virra Condominium - # 5 P Burgos St., Makati Ave. Makati City thru LBC. As per advice by Ms. Salagoste on thru phone.

I already made several follow-ups for almost two years now but no update given yet. I tried to reach their numbers but to no avail. I keep on checking the List of Claims posted on their web page but it seems it is not updated and I couldn't find my name in the list.

I deserved some updates and clarification.

I am looking forward to getting the claim in full and hearing from this company soon! Thank you and God bless us all!

I am following up payment of my CASH SURRENDER VALUE for the two (2) Loyola Life Plans.

I filed my request last February 1, 2019 and was told to follow up on May 2, 2019.

After several calls and text to MISS MELLY GAMAL, of the office of MR. RANDY DE LA CRUZ, Customer Service, until now I did not receive my Cash Surrender Value.

Loyola Plans Consolidated Educational Plan

My father (Zaldy Lopez) has availed of their Education Plan with the benefit of P500k. The plan already matured on December 30, 2006. They were able to send us some initial checks starting on 2007 but stopped wayback [protected]. Until now, there is still no update on our plan and we don't know if we are still able to get back our money. I hope this could be resolved as thousands of other Filipinos are also having this same problem.

Good day,

This is Danelle Valerie T. Tuzon daughter of the plan holder Mr. Danilo R Tuzon with Contract Number NLR53000386/[protected] sending you this complaint for any updates about the plan.

Its been how many years since the last time we received a partial payment amounting to twenty five thousand pesos (25, 000). We are always communicating with some of your agents and even visiting your office but to no avail.

We also send our Bank Details to lessen the hassle but as per monitoring their is no credited amounts since the last time we received the 25, 000.

We would like to know when can we claim the remaining 75, 000 pesos. It would be a great help for our daily finance during this pandemic if you could settle the remaining amount.

Good Day! Sir/Ma'am I'm writing this in behalf of my parents. It's been a long time that my family is longing for anybody that can help us to claim my Educational Plan that has been over due for 2 years already. I am an incoming freshmen college for the next school year of [protected]. My parents avail that Educational Plan for my education and future. I am about to graduate my Senior HighSchool as a pioneer student and until now we haven't receive anything yet nor a message or call from your company. I am WALTER Ducena ALMEDA JR, A Educational Planholder. I was invested my money of course a educational plan for my daughter. It was mature last October 2016. My wife been to the LOYOLA office with SPA to file for a release of my plan. Because my daughter was about to enroll in school. But bad the LOYOLA has having this kind of problem but still i want have my money invested in LOYOLA. I'm having hard time to earn money and invested for the educational plan og my daughter. Please help me for this because I'm having hard time paying my credit/debt for me to send my daughter in school.

Loyola Plans Consolidated Timeplan

I am Ely R. Martos JR a time plan holder contract number, full payment July 19, 2005. Maturity date September 19, 2020. I was told to follow by March 23, 2021, and was given a direct cellphone but to my surprised no one picking up the phone. I wasted so much time of calling without luck. I came to Makati office to follow up in person but to my surprise the office was transferred to Burgos Makati and was told to follow up again. The company benefits by saving for the last 15 years but when the maturity comes we just have to wait until they decide to give our money. This is very frustrating in our part to wait for a long period of time because of the company negligence.
