Lowe's New refrigerator not working after delivery.

Waited for delivery over a month for a refrigerator that was "in stock". No show no call first delivery. 3 weeks later stove and refrigerator were delivered. Stove & refrigerator turned on. Was told to wait 24 hours for cooling. Never went below 80 degrees. Local lowes solution. They can pick it up and we wait 4 weeks for a new one. Or "just buy another refrigerator". We planned for 6-12 hours of food cooling, but will most likely loose most of it. Nothing they can do. "Buy another refrigerator". This is a small town, lowes is the only appliance place. Such poor customer service. We are so frustrated. Not even a chance for a comprable exchange.

Desired outcome: New refrigerator asap. Not waiting 4 weeks. An even exchange would be fine.

We wish it could get out to you faster. Unfortunately, unless you know otherwise, Lowe's has to wait on inventory through their distribution system.

Lowe's Un-fair firing of employee

I was recently fired from Lowe's in Hagerstown, MD for no reason at all! I have been treated un-fairly and would like someone to check into this issue please. I was excellent with customer service, always on time, and valued employee - at least I believed I was... I loved my job, I really would like to have it back! Is there anyone who could help with this? I've written to corporate but have not heard anything. Phone # [protected] is best way to reach me. Can you help me work again at Lowe's. Lowe's Millworks

I ordered 2 garage man doors, two different sizes, and styles, and colors. The doors where installed in the wrong casings, on June 6th, 2023. The door that should have been installed at the attached garage, was ordered and installed at the detached garage, and the detach ordered door installed on the attached garage casing. Both Wrong. Since June 6th we have tried to correct the problem, with Lowe's, to No Satisfaction, and still getting no where. Please have someone look into this problem, and email me with the solution. Desired outcome: The correct doors installed, but no casing, because the contractor fryed our door bell and transformer, which cost $344 to fix, which Lowe's agreed to reimburse.

Lowe's Washing Machine

Delivery team came with the new washer and one person went into the laundry room to disconnect the old washer while the second person unloaded the new washer. The first person was trying to loosen the washer from the pedestal and damaged the pedestal. When I called him on it, he said it was already damaged. He and the second installer moved the washer on the pedestal into the hall. I told them to stop and contact someone as I know the pedestal was not damaged. He called his boss and apparently was told to tell me to either accept the new washer or they would leave the old washer. I said I can't accept the new washer until we resolve the pedestal as the new washer was to sit on the old pedestal. He said he didn't damage the pedestal and I told them to leave.

Desired outcome: I want a new pedestal that was damaged.

Lowe's Custom window order

Dr. Mr. Ellison and Leadership Team,

Back on May 13, I met with a window sales associate David Barzen. David sang the praises of the Lowe's brand windows, so I ordered windows for my entire house.

Fast forward almost 6 months later and I have poorly constructed windows installed by a team that has no follow up skills and store managers that never return calls. The windows and door that have been installed are poor quality, made incorrectly and I'm still missing a window in my bedroom as that window showed up completely broken and had to be reordered.

Desired outcome: I want my windows replaced with quality Pella windows and not the garbage that was installed in my house.

Hi Laura.

We are very sorry to hear of your dislike of the windows you've purchased. We'd like to confirm your dates however. If you purchased the windows on May 13th, today would be just slightly over three months, not six. Is it possible the May 13th date is incorrect?

If you've now decided upon a different brand, we're sure that can be arranged. The Pella windows would come with a charge but, whereas this would be the second set of windows purchased within a year, it's possible a form of discount may be worked out. Contact David back and see what he might be able to do.

Lowe's Kitchen cabinets

I am still waiting to complete a kitchen 5 months later. There were damaged cabinets on the first delivery, so we had to wait for new cabinets. They said it would be expedited. Well, it took another 6 weeks for the 2 cabinets to come in damaged again. We made a new cabinet out of the 4 damaged cabinets. It is another 6 weeks and I still don't have the sink base to finish the kitchen. This is costing me money. I can't get the client into her home. She had to get temporary housing because the home wasn't finished on time. I also have subcontractors on hold. They can't finish until the kitchen is complete. I risk losing them if they have to take a job that won't free them up to finish mine. They can't pass up work on my word anymore. Every time I tell them when to start, I have to delay it again. This delivery was supposed to be delivered 2 weeks ago and it has been delayed twice since then. I still have not received the sink base. This is just so unacceptable. Not one person was willing to help me get these cabinets sooner. I am in the construction industry and I will be sure to tell others to steer clear of your business. The aggravation isn't worth what I've been through.

Lowe's - I purchased a shower towel from Lowe's from a company by the name of AKDY. Product defective and company will not allow me to return or get refund.

I purchased the shower unit from Lowe's on 4/13/23 for $287.89. It was delivered about a week after and it was installed on 5/24/23 by a professional licensed plumber. Drove to store #2221 to purchase a front load washer. Finally got someone to help me , they got the item i was looking for and went to the back to check availability, came back out and said they did not have them, so I asked them to check other stores he said store #0582 , I asked him to call to see if they really had 4 in stock well, he did not call, I had to get on my phone to call store #0582 Then I has on hold for 15 minutes , no one would pick up. Lowe's 3 exterior doors installation

We bought 3 expensive (to us) exterior doors with installation supplied by lowes. The installation cost of over $3,000.00 has by far been a frickin joke especially for the sh — ty installation we received. The doors are not what we expected but the major complaint we have is with the sh — ty installation on all 3 doors. Crooked handles on all doors which make for a rough operation to open and have scratched the finish off, broken and gouged door trim, all door sill screws are already rusted, the finish work is disgusting, there are large gaps where there should be none. We are totally not loving any of this $10,000.00 purchase and investment to our new home.

Desired outcome: Desired outcome is for every dollar and cent of $3,086.42 to be refunded to our original payment method . We will find and hire our own Professional .

Lowe's Billing

Set up auto pay on Lowe's website. After I hit the tab to agree to terms, etc. I did not get a response that the auto pay went through. I have had one heck of a time trying to talk to customer service. I can not believe Lowe's billing department. Have never run into so many problems just to try and set up auto pay.

Lowe's Lowes protection plan on hot water heater

We purchased an AO Smith Hot Water Tank/Heater in March of 2020 and in March of 2023 it quit working and flooded our garage and kitchen. We contacted our local Lowe's Service Desk with our receipt for the tank to which they responded they could not find our Lowes Protection Plan and directed us to find the supporting paperwork despite the protection plan charge was on the same receipt. We found the paperwork and went back to our local Lowes Service Desk and the clerk had to call management as she did not know how to handle our claim. We were told we would need to contact a 1-800 number as the Lowes Protection Plans are no longer handled in store. In the meantime, we purchased another hot water tank just like the damaged one (AO Smith 40 gal) from our local Lowes. When we contacted the 1-800 number they proceeded to tell us they could not reimburse us for the replacement hot water tank because we did not file a claim? This was why we were calling the 1-800 number since it could not be handled through the service desk of the local Lowes Store. I would like to know when the process changed for Lowes Protection Plans and how we can be reassured that our business with Lowes can still be considered trustworthy. We have spent a lot of time and money doing business with Lowes and have never had a problem.

Desired outcome: We are asking to be reimbursed for the hot water tank that we bought again from our local Lowes. We have the receipts showing our purchases.

We're sorry to hear of your frustration.

There's a basic process that is followed in order to be covered under any warranty program; the initial step to be taken is making a claim so an authorized representative can look at the unit and determin the problem. Whereas this important step want completed, there is no way to determin of the heater needed replacement.

Lowe's washer dryer

I purchased a GE Profile All-in-one Washer Dryer Combo. It was delivered on 26 JUL 2023 (the first day I took paid leave from work), and while installing it, the delivery team dropped it while taking it upstairs. As soon as they finished the installation, they left without testing it. Later that evening, its stopped working

Lowe's Door Order and Installation - Case#:[protected]

ORDERED ORIGINAL DOOR ON 06/22/2023

Installer came and Lowes Gave them the wrong door. Gave a Left Hand instead of Right Hand.

Called Lowes and was told that the manufacturer don't make the Door anymore.

Went to Lowes and Order another Door. Installer came and they still brought a Left Hand Door. Have been on phone with Several people at the Fayetteville, Ga Store and was told that they found the Door.

August 25, 2023 - Door was suppose to be delivered and installed. Got a call and still can't find the door.
