Lowe's A failure to complete an installation door order Project #[protected]

Door was scheduled to be installed on 9/13/2023

No one showed up nor call with an update.

9/14/2023 I called Lowes and was told that they could not find the door. I was also told that they would call me back when they found the door.

9/16/2023 After not getting a call back, I called and was told that they had found the door and was told to expect a call by Tuesday the 19th to schedule a new appointment for installation.

9/19/22023 After not receiving a call back in the morning, I called the store, #686, and was told to expect a call back by Thursday 21st of September. This has been one of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever had in my many years in dealing with Lowes. When you review this project, please answer this question, is this the kind of customer service I should receive for my expenditure with your store?

Desired outcome: I would like my doors installed with a date that can fit my schedule and can be met by the installation team.

Lowe's Damaged property

One day we came home and our mailbox was in the ground. We checked our ring camera and saw a Lowe’s truck backing into the mailbox and pulling it out of the ground. With the concrete pad the mailbox was bolted into. Must have hooked the handle on the mailbox. I called customer service and they started a case. Almost two months later nothing has been resolved. I have been instructed to email the video footage to the store manager ( store near our house). We did exactly that and the store manager confirmed the receipt of the video. Nothing happened. I called and called and called. Spoke with multiple customer service representatives. One assured me that she is sending the info to corporate. Nobody contacted me. It’s an absolute shame the company doesn’t want to assume responsibility for the broken property.

Lowe's Kitchen cabinets

I bought several of your pre made kitchen cabinets around 3 or 4 years ago. Two of them are the 36 inch base cabinets. (Portland) the drawers were much too wide. They should have come with two smaller drawers, so they would have proper support and not one huge one. Also the hardware that came on the drawers is weak and low quality . So now both of the drawers are now unusable. The runners are bent and the drawers fall out.

Desired outcome: I would like upgraded hardware for both cabinets.

Lowe's Paseo del norte

I am currently getting a home ready to be on the market for sale, I have had to frequently go to the paint department l have been so fortunate to meet the best employees any company can have.

John,Jayden,Bill, and Pete, have been exceptional in customer service/support.

I will always return to Lowes on Paseo del norte and tell everyone to get their painting products there as long as these employees are there

Lowe's Dishwasher

My installer open the boxed materials only find the dishwasher was damaged, I Can send you pictures of the hanging part. This is getting madning because the dryer you sent me was damaged. Now i will have to pay my installer twice once you send the replacement dishwasher. I feel Lowes should install my replacement dishwasher at no charge to me. My cell phone number is [protected]. We are so sorry to hear of your frustration.

By contract, Lowe's is only able to exchange a damaged product if such damage is reported within 48 hours of receipt of said product. If that is not the case, you'll need to contact the manufacturer to service the item.

If the plumber was scheduled through Lowe's, Lowe's should be able to assist in the installation. Please let us know if that is the case.

Lowe's Credit card lost

I just got off the phone to report my card being loss thinking its a simple issue, apparently not.. First they want all my info ss#, ph#, where I lost it anybody have access to it then after all that she wants to send me a ink to somewhere I then link onto it on my phone and it leads me to no where... To verify its me who filing the loss... So I told her its not working then she has me on hold to then comes back and tell me to try it again... I told her im 70 yrs old and im computor illiterate, I then asked to speak to her supervisor because were not getting anywhere... Then after another 10 minutes no supervisor answer im a great custmer of lowes I pay on time, I spend thousands and this is nuts this is simple you cancel the original credit card, then re issue a new one you have my address then put all these obstacles in place very disappointed I can easily go to home depot with a lot less hassle

Desired outcome: simple cancel my credit card and issue a new one is that so hard further get rid of these needless obstacles

I'm so very sorry Mr. Duby.

We don't take your frustration lightly, nor do we want to see you upset.

Many things these days require the use of technology -- otherwise we wouldn't be using credit cards at all and strictly be a cash and carry society.

Hang in there with the process and contact card services back. It's important your card loss is reported correctly or you could be responsible for transactions you didn't make.

Lowe's Delivery of vanities

I ordered (2) 72" vanities online from Lowes (order #[protected]). They were delivered by Estes Freight. I was unaware anyone was at the house. The vanities were left sitting in the yard. I was not contacted at all to advise when the delivery would be made. I had to pay to have the vanities put inside the house. They were very heavy. It rained the same day they were delivered. This is not acceptable service from Lowes or Estes.
