Lowe's craftsman products

On September 28 at about 430 pm I entered lowes store 1937 in Jersey City NJ. I seen Amanda from customer care to honor my craftsman warranty. I brought my Craftsman versastack box, 4 inch flat head screwdriver, 4ah battery and box cutter blade all for swaps due to the items being broken. Amanda says she could not find my purchase through my Lowes credit card therefore she says that I had the item over 30 day to 90 days. Be that as I may I said the items all are under warranty whether being lifetime or 3 years. She went to her colleague and left me standing there for 35 minutes. Then Henry shows and tells me the same that Amanda told to me and would not let me get a word out just to tell me his store has changed the rules on how warranty is honored. I tell him quickly and ask him to hear me out basically begging him to listen to what I have to say he then ignored me and told me to have a nice day while walking away. I asked for his name and said that I will be reporting his unprofessionalism to corporate for not going the extra mile to call Lowes to retrieve a copy or the receipts in question  and getting me the tools I need for the work that I do as a electrician in the city of New York.

Lowe's sales of pressure washer

I tried ordering a pressure washer off the internet from their website on Monday 9/23/19. I did not get anywhere with a local search so I called the customer service # 800-445-6937. I talked to Stephen and was told Panama City, Fl had one and he would have them ship it to my local store in Port Charlotte, Fl. and someone will call me back to let me know when we can pick it up. I did not hear back by the following afternoon so I called the above # again. At that time I was told that can't be done and they were sold out but the one that was advertised was Simpson Pro Series 4400-PSI 4 gpm gas washer fr $274.75. At this time with climbing the ladder I talked to Brian and he offered me the same specs on another pressure washer for 10% off of $979.00, model # Simpson 4200-PSI 4 gpm. This is a switch and bait scheme that they are trying t pull. After emailing the CEO, Marvin Ellison on 9/25/19 I get another person Sadie from corporate trying to tell me more or less "too bad". Do not deal with them! They could care less about you! I have enclosed a copy of the internet ad for everyone to see.

Lowe's promotional 0% financing

On July 1, 2019 I purchased a washer & dryer on line along with the necessary pig tail, dryer vent, etc and a ladder from the Fargo, ND store to be delivered to Alexandria, MN. Order #[protected]. I chose the 4th of July promotional 18 month 0% financing option on my Lowe's credit card. The items were delivered & installed on July 19, 2019. When I received my statement I was being charged interest at 26.99%! I have the email order confirmation dated & time stamped July 1, 2019 at 6:02 PM verifying the 0% promotional financing had been applied. Thinking this would be a simple correction, I called Customer Care. Boy, was I wrong! After 2 days on the phone speaking to 10 different people from customer care, internet sales & Synchrony Bank the issue has not been resolved. The explanations received range from the delivery date outside promotional period to the use of a 10% off Lowe's issued coupon negating the financing option. The order confirmation applied both the coupon & financing options & shows the delivery date. Customer care transfers calls to internet sales, who transfers back to customer care...in a loop getting no where! Synchrony Bank won't do anything unless instructed by Lowes. The financing option & coupon were the only reasons I ordered from Lowe's. Sure wish I had ordered from anyone else! Will never order from Lowe's again & would strongly recommend no one else trust their promotions. This transaction reeks of outright fraud. How can they change conditions of the sale based on the flimiest of reasons? I have definitely been duped! Buyer be ware when buying from Lowes!

I selected valspar stain based on a 45$ rebate on each 5 gallon pail that I purchased. There was a 10$ rebate on a gallon. I purchased 3 five gallon pails and a gallon can over a couple weeks. They eventually sent me a check for 74.58$!! The pails alone should have netted me 135$ plus a debate on the gallon. I would not have bought the stain for the price...

Lowe's harbor breeze ceiling fan remote

Long story short, I bought 3 fans and the remotes on 2 of them will not shut off, yet won't work at all. The red light is acting like it is stuck or something. It has happened before and eventually worked again. I have had the light in the fan on all night because I was unable to turn it off. It is really ridiculous that the remote, being less than 2 years old, is junk. So now I can't turn the fan or the lights on. These were a big purchase for me and I had to hire an electrician to install them also. I am super disappointed, as I sit here and sweat in the dark without the fan or light. Will NOT buy again!

Lowe's grill

To make a long story short I purchased I grill, asked for help from staff at Lowe's . Staff damaged my car Lowe's said they were not at fault bc I asked for help. They also told me a could submit more evidence if I want to dispute the denial of my claim but they will not give me the video footage of Lowe's staff damaging my car which would be my only other proof smmfh. I will never spend my money there again NEVER! I don't know what else to do so frustrated...

Lowe's Extended protection plan

I have repeatedly tried to get my hybrid hot water heater serviced for two weeks. Told many times someone will contact me in two business days. No one calls or comes to do the repair/replacement. "Appliance Doctor" from New Braunfels, Texas, was sent out in the beginning. Couldn't repair it, said he would contact GE. He didn't. He doesn't answer his phone or return phone calls. Turned in a report that he fixed the water heater, which is false.

Lowe's extended protection plan

It has taken six weeks to go from my initial reporting of my non-functioning Husqvarna lawn mower to a rejection by Lowes of the warranty claim. Six weeks! And now Lowes says it is my responsibility to deal with Husqvarna directly since they, not Lowes rejected the warranty claim. My Lowes Extended Protection Plan states under Parts and Labor, "We'll partner with the manufacturer to make sure you're taken care of during their warranty, and pick up where their warranty ends." Now, according to Lowes that means they will pick up and deliver the mower to the service center, nothing more. It is up to me to fight with Husqvarna directly to get them to honor their 5 year warranty on the mower frame which broke under normal mowing conditions. I will never purchase another Husqvarna product or set foot in a Lowes store again and I recommend that everyone else on the planet do the same. Go to Home Depot - if they screw up they fix it!

Lowe's failure to deliver as promised.

I ordered a dishwasher in house at the Camden, DE Lowe's. I was told it would be delivered on August 6, 2019 and that I would then be contacted. On August 8, I called Lowe's to get a status and was told it arrived that day. When I askd why I was not called, I got a run around. I asked when it would be delivered and was told the next day, August 9. Lowe's subcontractor would contact me between 7 and 9 PM. No call happened. The next day, August 9, I receivd a phone message that my diswasher woulkd be delivered between 1 and 5 PM. At 5 PM, I called the subcontractor who told me that "Thomas" at Lowe's had cancelled the delivery. I then call Camden Lowe's and asked for a manager. "Monique" answered the phone and told me 1.) my diswasher arrtived August 6, not August 8, and that 2. NO ONE HAD SCHEDULED A DELIVERY, and Lowe's still had my dishwasher. She guessd that a cashier made a mistake. She promised delivery the next day. She said she had my diswasher there. She said this time it would be delivered because she was taking care of it personally. I was skeptical and told her I would not accept further delays. One half hour later, she called back to say that she would have the unit delivered within an hour. An hour later, Monique called me to ask if the unit was delivered EARLIER THAT DAY. She then said the subcontractor, not Lowe's, had my dishwasher. I am now stuck without a dishwasher, I lost a day I had set aside to receive and install it, and have to get my money back from Lowe's. Don't make the same mistake I made. DO NOT PLACE IN STORE ORDERS AT THE CAMDEN DELAWARE LOWE'S!

It's been 3 days and we still don't have appliances and keep getting the runaround.
Manager George assured me he would follow up today and make it right... never heard from him this morning and when I called she said he was off today.
Delivery is still pending... unacceptable

Calling up the line to hopefully get some help somewhere. Very disheartening.

I was at Lowe's yesterday looking for a refrigerator. I was there for about an hour along with other customers. You had 2 employees working in that department and all they did was stand at the computer talking to each other. No one that was there got waited on. Why pay people to stand around if they are not going to help the customers. I left there and went to HomeDepot down the street.

Lowe's I am complaining about a french door refrigerator

We ordered this refrigerator when we built our house. We waited several months to get it. When it finally arrived it was damaged. We sent it back & waited weeks for another one. We have had the refrigerator for almost a year. We have had to have it repaired about 4 times. The ice maker stopped working & the food was freezing. After the third time here, they decided to order a new door. We waited about 4 weeks. When it arrived it was damaged!, so they put it on, hoping it would make ice, and he ordered another door. It did not make any ice. I am so disappointed. We purchased all Kitchen Aid appliances. I will never buy a Kitchen Aid product again. We spent probably $10, 000 with you. I will not recommend these products to anyone either! I am sure I am wasting my time to write this, it is ridiculous what we have had to do. When you buy something new, you EXPECT it to work. We might as well have a Used refrigerator. I had always thought that Kitchen Aid was a good product, but I was WRONG.

Lowe's pellet grill

I purchased a pellet grill from Lowe's 19935 Katy freeway Houston Texas 77094 on 7/17/19. It was delivered 7/20/19 damaged. The delivery person had already noted it. I noted it on the receipt that I signed. Today 7/27/19 I went back to see what they were going to do to help me. I was told I either had to bring grill back or the damaged piece. I am nearly 73 and can't do things like that anymore. That is why I had it assembled and delivered. It seemed to me that their attitude was that I was just a bother and they really didn't care if I had a problem or not. I don't think my problem was handled very well at all.

Lowe's window replacement

We have received the worst service imaginable from Lowe's. We needed some window replacements and went to a Lowe's store in Delavan WI in the spring of 2018. The "expert" came and measured the windows and placed the orders. The Pella windows arrived approximately 4-5 weeks later but were wrongly measured. The windows were reordered and after waiting approximately the same amount of time they arrived damaged. The windows were reordered for the third time and arrived damaged again. We were so desperate to get the windows replaced that we allowed Lowe's yet another chance. We waited for weeks and did not hear from Lowe's. It was finally September and we went to the Delavan store and stated we wanted a refund. Manager there said that the windows were in but I guess no one had bothered to call us. We were at the store over an hour while four people tried to figure out how to refund us. It was too late into the year at this point to replace the windows so we decided to wait until spring of 2019. This is where I began to blame us going to another Lowe's store. Because of the style of our windows Pella windows were the closest option to matching our remaining windows and Lowe's offered a reasonable price for the windows so we decided to go to another Lowe's location this time in Kenosha WI in the spring of 2019. We explained out previous experience with Lowe's and the sales person assured that their window expert was exceptional. He made an appointment on 03-01-2019 for the window expert to come to our house for measurements. He was a no show and we couldn't reach him on the phone or leave a voicemail for him since his mailbox was full. We contacted Lowe's and no one was able to reach him or know where he was. Finally the person on the phone said that he might have called in sick. We decide to give Lowe's a last chance and we go to a Lowe's in Machesney Park IL in March 2019. The installer came and measured the windows. The windows were delivered 05-19-2019. The installers arrived the next day and discovered that all 4 windows were damaged and they were only able to replace a door. The windows were reordered again and we were assured that extra care would be taken in handling the windows. We received a call sometime in June that the windows were in but the installation crew wasn't able to install the windows until the 25-26 July 2019. On 07-24-2019 we received a call from a delivery driver around 6 pm stating that they couldn't find our house and their gps keep circling them around and they still had three deliveries to make so he told me to call Lowe's and tell them I wanted to change the delivery (like it was my choice). The installer called us few hours later and stated that the crew would arrive next morning 07-25-2019 around 8am. That morning we got another call from the installer stating that half of the crew was on it's way with a lift but the other half had to find out where the windows were. The windows finally arrived shortly before 11am. The head installed knocked on our door shortly after that, took us into our garage and showed us yet some damaged windows. Now only one window was undamaged and three were damaged. This was the last straw for us. We had been waiting for over a year for Lowe's to install some windows. The inconvenience this has caused us in insurmountable. We got no answer from a person named Cassandra McDonald who was supposed to be Lowe's installation member. No response to a phone call, a voicemail or an email. Not only has this causes us to waste enormous amount of time our house has suffered some damage due to not being able replace a leaky window.
This is a cultural problem with Lowe's. All three stores failed to serve us. No one cared. The CEO should be appalled by what we went through and there should be a thorough investigation to Lowe's practices. Please don't use Lowe's for any of your home improvements.

Lowe's lawn mower

I got a lawnmower in April and didn't use it until June. Needless to after putting the right gas and oil that came with it the 2nd time I used it, the engine blew. I took it back to Lowe's and at the so called customer service desk who was rude said it would be 3 weeks. Frustrated with time frame bc she said repair goes on vacation often I was ok. A month goes by and now they don't know when it would be fixed due to one part is on back order. When asked if I could get a loaner so I don't get evicted from my home a blunt NO. I called corporate office to get assistance I was told 24 hours at the longest a manager would call me. Never happened. So now it's another 2 weeks I called corporate back to find out why the manager didn't call me. The girl on the the phone put me on hold 15 minutes never checked back with me but when she did told me oh the part is on back order. Well duh I knew that I wanted to know about management calling me back. After many calls with no assistance I'm so done with Lowe's. They treat people like crap! Their management is worse never again.
