Gas is cheaper everywhere else
These places aren't any dirtier than other truck stops nor any different in amenities offered. But the biggest difference is that their gas cost is between 5 and 20 cents a gallon higher than all competing truck stops like Pilot, who has actually the best prices. I drive between the southwest up to Michigan twice a year, and every time Love's gas is more expensive, and last time I filled up there, my car didn't take off like a Ferrari or anything as a result of the fuel quality.
Great prices
When on the road we always buy our fuel from love, they have the best prices and are located just off the hiways. Very convenient and fast
Always stop at Love's!
Any road trip were on, we stop when we see a Love's. It's great to have a place that's well lit, open all the time, and we can grab a snack, use the bathroom, fill up the car, and get on our way!

Adolph [protected]@ Store #392!
On a run in our semi from California back home to Illinois we stopped for a small break and when we returned to our truck it wouldn't start. Adolph Martinez, an employee in the Truck Center diagnosed the problem with our starter and got us running again, plus noticed a air leak in our brake line and repaired it as well. He was wonderful, so helpful, and we appreciated the personal attention he gave us in getting us back on the road. We would give him 10 stars if that was possible! Went to i40 Seminole Oklahoma Love's store on November 9th around 2 am, filled up my truck bought a carton of cigarettes and I get down the road and noticed they were the wrong cigarettes so I take them back to get the right ones I asked for and all I get for my 60+ dollars is rudeness and they said they could not exchange them for the right ones! Manger is very rude to black customers and the black employees, and something needs to be done about this. Had white man in front and behind me she was very nice to him and then gets to me and was rude like it wa the worst thing she had to do was wait on me, then took my order and afterwards was yelling and had a attitude with a black employee, she went on to take the other white man's order and she went back to being the nicest person ever. Stopped overnight parking for travelers
If you are traveling Loves truck stop in Springfield Ohio hung new signs stating no over night parking. Even if you're traveling thru .. down in Tennessee we don't mind if customers pull over and rest . We were appalled to find out the same hospitality doesn't work here in Ohio. .. . Love’s #748 in Econ, OH. I was having issue with holding air in one of my class A motor home tires. This is truck size tire so I stopped at this Love’s. I spoke with the service manager (Preston) at 2:00pm. He said they could get to it today but it would be a couple hours. We decided to wait and parked motorhome just outside the service office entrance and waited for him to call me. He had told me had three in front of me.
At 4:20 I decided to check in since I had seen three other truck get pulled in. One of the service technicians was in the office and I pointed to to service clipboards where mine was next up. He said it wasn’t going to happen today and would be first thing in the morning. Well obviously that isn’t what I was told and would not work. Preston came in and said they closed at 5 and he could not allow overtime. Obviously I was furious and asked Preston why he had me wait for over two hours and it took me walking in at 4:20 to find this out. I pleaded for overtime knowing it was just a nut on the inner rim that needed tightening. No major patching; the tires were new 4 weeks ago and I could hear the air leaking from the nut. To no avail, he just closed up shop and left me hanging. He had committed to get it done but could care less about me and how I was going to get home on a Sunday. It seemed the tech wanted to stay but the manager said no. He did not even try to forewarn me as the day progressed. Terrible management.
Desired outcome: I just want people to know how unconcerned these people are about their customers. They seem to know you are at their mercy and don’t care about how their actions will impact real people.
Unable to pump gas
Loves took over an ez-go gas station here in Lincoln, nebraska. Exact address 2555 O street, Lincoln, nebraska. However, so many of us customers at night can't get gas because employees don't chase off the people that just hangs out, bumping their music. This is every night especially on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. People race off through the parking lot. Squiling their tires. Like people literally treat this as a club. The police will even sit up here and hang with them. This is so difficult for other customers that are just trying to get gas and other service. Have to worry about being ran over, hit by a vehicle. Night employees will even just go right along with this behavior. Theirs a lady employee that's short, bleached blonde hair interacts with the crowd. Can't even get through. Something really needs to be done about this situation. The time us 11:58pm July 21,2023. The lady employee is still hanging out here. How is this all ok.
Desired outcome: This needs to be fixed. Employees need to be directed to not allow this. It's safety issues. Employees shouldn't be involving themselves in this behavior. Police department needs to stop allowing this. It's not a club
