I was a former employee at loves. Nichelle was very unprofessional telling me to "get my [censored] together" and telling other employees that "I am jealous" of another coworker. She speaks very low of her employees and I am not the only one who can verify it. It was very rude and unprofessional to be going around spreading rumors to employees. Other employees even notice her talking about me like if she hated me.

On Saturday Aug 3rd around 11p, I was in Loves in Dayton Ohio shopping around when I heard an employee by the name of Rachel I believe, yelling loudly and cursing at another employee. Found that very unprofessional and unacceptable. Also there was no sweet tea or lemonade . There was also no times it date on the tea and lemonade and from previous visits, there was always a date on the them . I will no longer come to this location due to the unpleasant, the unprofessional employee . Whatever they had going should've been token care of outside of work .

I spend money on keno however the reader never works and I'm sick of it..the [censored]es at the counter are rude in general so asking about the lottery machine is a death wish. That being said Im forced to spend that $20 on a scratch off I didn't want ( hence the keno play tickets I fill out)

I recently was scammed by Loves Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc., when I purchased gasoline from the gas pump. I paid with my debit card and later that day I checked my account and found out that this company charged me again for $35. I contacted their customer services and asked these guys to return money back and the rep excused and said that it would take 3-5 days to return the money. Unfortunately, this person lied to me and still hasn't refunded. I just want to warn all other people users of their gas pumps.
I replaced a loves recap trailer tire in 09/10/2023，today I found a tire bulge，And they left yellows signs there，I went to complain，they said I need buy the other one！Why gave me a damaged tire？and no exchange for me？I trust loves too much，I did not check it carefully before I leave？is this the loves attitude for your custom ？
6am guy tells me they close, told me they open in thirty mins. The Guy has on house shoes as well while cleaning the area, No gloves no fish net on braids very rude!
I interviewed with a manager named Nicole at MIMS, FLORIDA location for restaurant crew member. After the interview, I received a voice-mail over two weeks later saying that someone wanted to interview me. I called and asked for a manager and she said,"I was told over the phone "You're the Nicole with the disabled children at the interview."
Rebecca M. Is the manager assistant. All the employees don't feel safe or comfortable with her. She makes sexual comments and acts towards the younger employees. A few employees have reported her to our Manager Doug but no changes have been made.

I refuel at love‘s number 399 in Lambsburg Virginia, on 11/5/22. The upper level parking lot has some really deep holes on it and are in need of immediate repair at night. These holes are impossible to see and are causing untold damage to trucks.
Store #714. 2603 Sam Wilson Rd, Charlotte, NC. On 10/03/2022. I filled diesel in my truck. I got an advance and they charged me for it. When I wasn’t suppose to get charged for it. The manager didn’t care and brushed me off. I won’t take my business there anymore.
They are not providing showered for two months.
I bought 104 gallons of fuel earlier today from loves in Monroe LA then about 10 minutes ago I tried to get a shower and a manager at the loves in Tallulah LA told me he could let me have a shower without a card. His name is BB Lewis or close to that. He's a night manager here on Aug. 17th 2022. He was rude and snobby and deserves to be fired
