LovelyWholesale very disappointed

Placed 2 seperate orders on June 6, 2019. 1 with camouflage jacket and blue dress the 2nd was for pair of XL bellbottom jeans. Today is June 20, 2019 and I received the jeans almost a week ago in a very small size the zipper doesn't work and they're not the same color as what appears in the picture. I've tried for 3 days now to submit a ticket and the website show no record of it or I get "network congested" message? (I've never heard that before anywhere). Plus, I'm still waiting to receive the order with the blue dress and camouflage jacket. I have tried to track the order but receive "congestion" message again! This is HORRIBLE and extremely frustrating especially since I've already paid for shipping for both orders and will have to pay shipping for wrong item already received and am now unable to reach customer service department since June 14, 2019. I REALLY WOULD LIKE ANSWERS and IMMEDIATE ACTION, PLEASE?

LovelyWholesale confirmation

I ordered two dresses just now and it only says status confirmed and with me submitting all of my information including credit card and address info, I'm not really sure what it means. I haven't received any email saying payment successful only "status confirmed" I'm trying to make sure I'm not purchasing the same two things twice. This would really upset me. LovelyWholesale I placed a order and never received a package or a refund.

I placed a order on nov. 11, 2018. To lovely wholesale. Never received a package or a credit or a refund. I've tried contacting lovely wholesale several times. Submitted several tickets. LovelyWholesale did not receive my item

Hi good afternoon, this is the first time I order clothes from lovely wholesale on May 28th 2019 at 23:21:49 and receive a tracking number R2019052850070. I waited 24 hrs and then decide to check the status of my item, when doing so using the tracking number provided by the company I get a status of invalid tracking number. My debit card was charge 137.41. This is poor customer service. I will like to know if I will be getting my items I purchase or just refund me back my money to my card.

LovelyWholesale item defective, I need another size for some, and wrong item

I have been trying to submit a ticket all weekend, and it has been giving me the "Network congestion, please try again later" error. I was excited to order my new items. I received my items on 5/17/19. I was surprisingly disappointed about some items I received. Item (PG160726703) the chains were hanging off by a thin string. 2 chains fell off of the string they were on. I would need to have another pair sent where the string it firmly attached. Item (YQ1808062002) was extremely oversized. I would need to have the item in a medium size. Item (GQ1808238611) was extremely too small. I would need to have this item in a XL size. Item (ZH171218410) was saggy everywhere, and it was not form fitting as the item looks. I would like to have a refund on this item. Item (HG19042214118) was not remotely close to what I ordered. I would prefer a refund for this item. I would like to know how we could resolve these issues. Can you please respond with a resolution? I would appreciate it. I am eagerly waiting for your response.

Professional service and good quality items
Happy customer!
I would recommend anyone to purchase their clothes from Lovelywholesale.There are good deals and flash sales.
The customer service have responded to all my concerns in timely manner. I have been a customer since 2014 and have gotten all my items.
I just made another order (3 in 30 days...woohoo) and waiting patiently for the arrival of my lovely items.

LovelyWholesale return wrong size items for my refund

Their customer service representative solution team is no help. I just continue to go back and forth about my damn money. I purchased clothing wrong size in december 2018.. I center customer service by email to receive an return label for shipping to get my money back and their customer service team emailed me back stating to please keep items there is nothing the can do with items and it would cost them more to restock item and I would receive biggest discount on a new order when I get ready to order. I asked them a want would my discount be... These horrible people said 10% discount off my order.. I was in shock that they would offer such an silly solution being I spent over $50.00, I stated absolutely not.. I will send items back for my refund. I received another email for 12% discount claiming this is the biggest discount they are willing to give. I am past my outer limits with this fraudulent company. I've been going literally back and forth for 3 months with these scam artists company. I just want my [censored]in money... This company is a scam.. Fraud and you will not get a customer service number to call... Just email from [censored] non american foreigners.

LovelyWholesale I have not received this

I have not received several items from you guys and I have my emails that my payment went through and that it is on the way. For one item, I have a this tracking number LT40484733CN, order number is P2019030619959. Is there a different tracking number for this?

And the other tracking number is LT434537148CN, order number, P2019031325038. I have not received this one either. Can someone tell me what's going on. I have receipts for both saying that my payment went through an that they are on the way. My money was not put back on my card either.

Hey what's going on with my 2 orders? I hate this site now and I am going to blast this website. I think it is a rip off and nobody answers you back when you are complaining so what the [censored] is going on. I have been trying to get ahold of somebody now for a month. I know they see all these messages but you can never get nobody to respond. This is why I hate dealing with people in another country because they are rip offs. They say one thing but all of it is a lie. They think just because they are out of town that there is nothing that they can do about your order. No [censored], either ship my [censored] to me or give me back my mothafucking money. I will never use this site again. I'd rather spend my money with a company that keeps their word..

I ordered a dress on March 16, 2019 the dress was delivered to me damaged with a huge hole in the back of the bottom of the dress. I contacted the seller from Lovelywholesale and was offered $3.00 for a refund when the purchase price of the dress was 11.49 and i paid 8.94 shipping and handling. I received the dress April 15, 2019. I sent a copy of my receipt to the company and was offered $2.00 more for a total of $5.00 to be refunded. this is completely unacceptable. I would like a fun refund of this website to be reported to the better business breaue.

Please contact me asap as i would even be happy with a replacement dress.

My name is Ebunlomo Godbless.I have ordered for over 2 weeks now and I have not received my my order. I need to travel with my parcel next week. I need my order to be delivered this is my first time ordering with lovelywholsale and I'm disappointed already . I have been sending several emails with no response, send several tickets through their website and also on Facebook messager . They don't have a real customer person to talk to and I've not heard any response from them. I spent over 400$ on my order and this is beginning to get fraustrating

LovelyWholesale clothing

I've placed and order and paid extra to have it shipped out within 2-6 days. Why don't I have it yet? I placed it on 4/6/19 it's now 4/15/19. Can I have my money back or my outfit. Please? This is so unprofessional I have to have it by 4/20/19. I still don't have it... This is so aggravating... I haven't had one update on my package besides that it was shipped on 4/8/19... I never recieved it been getting the run around of being told to wait. It's been over two weeks so I wanted a full refund. U gave me credit. I'll never order another item of this [censored]ed up website I want my money back on my card in full like in full u took it off my card! Refund me back my money. Im going to my lawyer about this and yes we do travel and will travel to u to drop a lawsuit. I want my 127.74 back on my card. LovelyWholesale My order

I placed an order for over $169 and didn't receive any of the items instead I received a book and a baby's outfit. I need answers! The order was placed on March 4 and wasn't received until March 27. I opened the package only to find none of the items I ordered. There isn't a customer service number provided and email response takes days. I will never order off this site again.

LovelyWholesale multiple great shopping experiences!

I have ordered from lovelywholesale three times now and it has always been a great experience! The clothes come individually wrapped in bags to keep them from getting hurt during shipping. The quality is excellent! I did have one issue with a top that must have been exposed to sunlight so the material got faded. The customer service quickly responded to my request to exchange and told me to donate the top to a shelter near by! I was so impressed by this!
I'm in between sizes so I love being able to find cute clothes in plus size and regular. They fit well and are true to size. I have an hourglass figure and these clothes really make me look good!
I definitely will continue to shop at lovelywholesale.com!

I recieved a package from you guys today and nothing I order looks like what you advertise. Im highly upset. I was really looking forward to these piece and on top of that I didn't receive an item I payed for.
As well I as I received items in the wrong size and poor quality and ill fitting. Im highly upset! How about y'all stop having these people makes these for 2 dollars a day. Become a real reportable company and sell quality clothes. I spent over 250 for Trash! Your costumer service is appalling ! Im highly upset. Your automatic responses don't count! please improve or sooner or later y'all are going to go out of business. Y'all clothes are inconsistent and ill fitting your photographs are deceiving. If your a the same clothing in a different color its a different material. How does that makes sense?! I want a refund and I won't be ordering again.

Need a full refund of my orders paid for expidited shipping and haven't received any of my orders, P2018121602073 &P2018122470695 from lovely wholesale need to know what's going on. Ordered to different pieces of clothing never received one got a tracking number for 1 outfit but it never works on the website even used a computer to try and track it bottom line it never came yet I ordered this on December 3rd still not one piece of clothing im very upset this was for new years lovely wholesale is promoting false advertisment why are we paying for shipping if it comes this late
