Louis Vuitton ladies bag

on 6 November 2019 I purchased ladies bag that I found that it has wrinkles & fine lines in front and back side leather. I returned within 24 hours to the manager of Marrina Mall branch (Abu Dhabi) who promised us to bring a new bad from Dubai.
when I returned to the store again they told me that the new bag does not have any wrinkles as the purchased one but it has scratches. so naturally I was not going to exchange the defected by another defected one. so I asked for a refund as clearly stated on the receipt that a refund is granted if there is defection, but they refused.
by logic wrinkles will not occur on leather in less than 24 hours. if I did not pay attention to the quality of the bag in the store, because i only focus on design, does not mean i received it in good condition.

Louis Vuitton cancers flower boho bag

Zero for the whole company ! A big fat Zero for selling knowingly a boho flower bag which smells of poop. Well done LV ! I go to Harrods - our best store in the luxury retail sector in UK - to buy a bag for my wife for no particular reason. I am fairly seasoned in the purchase of expensive items and do accept that you do get issues with goods even if they are on the high end but this one has won all prices for deceit and frankly dodgy market like behaviour. Again well done, not for selling a bag with the added extra of poop smell. It makes it so Louis Vuitton.

Louis Vuitton shoe

Hi, I bought an LV monte carlo car shoe at MARINA BAY, on 25-10-18, how ever sometime, March 2019,
The surface leather starts to peeling off and most of LV aficionados are telling it looks like and defects or fake shoe, as I also have another LV shoe and Belt, where I don't have such problems. Only with this monte carlo car shoe. I am totally not- satisfied with this shoe. Can you pls find me the solution.
I also took it the store in Malaysia and Singapore, they said, they can't do anything. Such a reputable and trusted brand,

Louis Vuitton online purchase - neverfull gm

I purchased a Neverfull GM bag in December of 2018. (Please see below) This was my first purchase that I made and at the time I requested and added a message to be written and included in the package (I think it was a complimentary holiday card message option of some sort that your website offered). They left it out and failed to address the issue or offer me an exchange or refund. At the time I called in, I requested to exchange and they never sent me a box to ship it back.

Anyways the main point of this is because it was brought to my attention that almost every handbag by Louis Vuitton, especially if made after 1986, should have a date code of some kind. It is very rare that an item does not. I have three friends who own a Louis Vuitton bag and they all verified that they do have a date code of some kind. Again, mine does not and this is very upsetting. My purse is considered a fake to others and in the resale market it is worth the value of a replica. Please advise. I want a refund or exchange.

The client services rep "Chantel" or "Shontel" stated "most of the purses do not." That is false. Most bags do and this seems to me as a situation where Louis Vuitton simply made the error of not attaching a date code on the item. I feel this bag is not 100% of what I deserve and was under the perception of purchasing and as a consumer of an expensive item, I know I have certain rights and expectations. Please assist me with this matter. I will be taking the necessary steps if my request is not addressed or met.

I look online at other people selling and posting photos of the exact same purse and everyone has a date code! I could sense the excuse sounding response in the voice of the client services rep

Louis Vuitton louis vuitton security selling and use drugs inside and outside the store

Asia man, 5'5 or 5'6 white complexion, black suit clean cut black hair slick parted in half, built type, come out from a small green vehicle. Upon my observation the last three times. I have seen an Asian male approaching his job at Louis Vuitton smoking a pipe with drugs inside of them and passing it to another co-worker dressed in black suit too. I have pictures of him as he was using his pipe the last three times, is this the kind of employees Louis Vuitton hires? what kind of protection Louis Vuitton has? No wonder they keep on being robbed all the time. I don't think this employee dressed as it security for the right job. Please as a resident of Beverly Hills if you don't take action then I don't have another choice but releasing this pictures to the media in 7 days. We don't need Louis Vuitton to bring this kind people in our environment in Beverly Hills . Probably this Asian man is selling drugs inside Louis Vuitton store. I don't think Louis Vuitton once bad publicity letting the world know what kind of employees there hiring criminals. Please as a longtime resident of Beverly Hills do a background check in this kind of people before you hire them and bring them to our community.

Louis Vuitton neverfull

Good morning
I bought a bag on the Caesar's store in Vegas on the 21st of August. On my arrival to Frankfurt my wife noticed two small holes on the bag. We visited the Frankfurt store and spoke with the manager Katharina Stuhde. She offered a repair but no exchange as she could not do it. Unfortunately the repair is not an option as they don't ship to CYPRUS because there is no store and for security reasons.
Attached the photo and my invoice.
Right now I am not a very happy customer.
What solution can you give me?

Louis Vuitton men's belt

had purchased a belt from LV some 3-4 months back from the Marina Bay sands store in Singapore. My husband has just worn it once and after the first wear only there were certain spots on the belt. Since, I stay in Kolkata, India and there is no LV showroom here so i had to wait for my next visit to Singapore. When I showed the belt in the store, a salesman told me that it was due to humidity and that i should use a brass polish everytime it happens. So he cleaned it and gave it to me. I was not very satisfied with the product and asked for a replacement but was denied in Singapore. When i had shown my belt in Geneva, those people told me that the belt was defective and were ready to replace. Due to the time crunch, I could not get it changed there. Since, my daughter stays in Singapore I wanted to get it changed there. I am pretty sure that LV customers will not buy products only to carry a brass polish with them everywhere? I kindly request you to look into the matter.

Louis Vuitton call service & order placement

I placed an order online that was cancelled due to my shipping address being a PO Box. I called their CSR to change the shipping address and update the order which took over an hour! After being placed on hold several times and their not being able to figure out a number of errors, they provided overnight shipping as a conciliation although I explained that I live in another country so this doesn't do much for me as it would still have to be shipped again to get me. Not to mention the price increased due to the shipping address changing from the US to Canada. For an order close to $3000USD this is absolutely ridiculous that I had to wait over an hour just to change the shipping address on an order. Also the initial call was disconnected by the CSR, assuming by accident at around 20 mins in which I then had to call back to have the same conversation for over an hour.

Louis Vuitton nicholas

I would like to lodge this lousy services sales associate who was promoted to store manager nicholas in singapore store at ngee ann city who was promoted to a store manager. Seriously?
. Louis vuitton has improved profusely recently with lots of innovative bags but the images of the store manager at that time along with nicholas impatient attitude has kept me away from lv, first of all he persuaded me to service my lv bag with a brand new zippers for my mum which I paid for as a gift for my mum for mother's day which I thought it was a brilliant idea to my dismay, it was presented like a trash bag without a box and a small carrier like some cheap bag compressed flat with a paper bag. This is absolutely humiliating and I lost all my interest in lv, all my spending went to chanel and hermes. He brought shame to your brand and seriously with a complaint like that, he was promoted as a store manager? As a singaporean, I am ashamed to have such a person with no sales ethics and driving clients like me away to other brand promoted as a store manger is just ironic. I am reporting this because he does not even qualify as a professional sales associate and now he is a store manager..?! On what basic? No complaints, service quality 5 stars? He actually begged for a full marks appraisal from me which I stupidly obliged in, the manager tried to settle this case with a foc box which triggers more disgust. Lousy vuitton has promoted a lousy, doggy eye sales associate without knowing the true nature of this person. His impatience and insolent attitude will bring your brand down, I tested him with a sub card from my brother who has limited amount and immediately, his attitude sucks. Louis Vuitton Payment done but product not dispatched

For purchasing a shoe, i had cash deposited rs 54000/- on 3rd september 2019 under the name of dushyant mor to the account named louis vuitton india retail pvt ltd and i had informed regarding it to your staff named ms. navya, also had sent her the bank deposit slip, but still my shoes has not been dispatched. i talked with bank and they told the payment has already done. it was for special occasion and still it not dispatched from your store. i am sending u bank deposit slip. please check the account n please find a solution for this asap. if it get late then its of no use to me. inform me as soon as possible.

Louis Vuitton store manager leilani mora cole

I spent $3650 on the Babylone handbag, took it home and tried to fill it with my everyday items all to find the bag is too small. Came to the store to exchange it for the larger bag and the sales lady and store manager Leilani Mora Cole accused me of using the bag and refused to exchange it. They were rude, unaccommodating and disrespectful. The best way I can describe this managers demeanor is that she had rent a cop syndrome. When you give someone with no class and no respect authority and all of a sudden they misuse/abuse their position of power to try to demean people. Now I'm stuck with an expensive handbag I'll never use. Louis Vuitton was historically a symbol of exclusivity, quality and class. Too bad the leadership and management team at the store in Fashion Valley San Diego Ca exudes NONE of these qualities.

Louis Vuitton the staff refused to issue tax refund form

According to laws, it is ok to help friends get a tax refund form when they will claim and take the goods outside UK. However, the manager in LV stores refused to give me the form even after I gave them my friends passport as proof.
What's worse is that the manager refused to explain why they has this requirement which is not same as laws requested.

Louis Vuitton defective heat stamp on speedy bandouliere

The bag has a major defective letter (F in France) on the heat stamp. It was originally from UK. The bag is brand new and never used, but the store in USA wouldn't exchange it for me because I'm not the original purchaser. The general customer service says it's under their policy that the original purchaser must be presented if an item was purchased abroad. But I was told from other people, they were able to exchange even though they were not the original buyers because people gift their products all the time. I'm so lost. What should I do?

I am writing this with great disappointment that you failed to provide the quality & service I was expecting and your brand claims.
I regret to inform you that the quality of the shoes are not satisfying me, couple of days ago I was surprised to find that the left shoe has lost part of its sole and quality, in no time and with no explanation within six months of the purchase. "Attached a photo for the shoes"
In addition, I have tried to visit your store one day ago in New Bond Street, but unfortunately was met by your unhelpful staff, who didn't try to show any kind of assistance or customer service level expected.

Louis Vuitton pochette mettis m40780

I am RICO LLAGAS SUASI working at Qatar Petroleum, I am working there since 2009, my wife and I turned 26th years anniversary this 2019, as part of my gift for my wife in our recent anniversary last MAY 31, she is dying to have the model of hand bag POCHETTE METIS M40780, unfortunately I cannot find even in which of your LV store located in Doha Qatar or even in Manila Philippines both of the said stores say's there is a long queue of costumers which reserved their names for this particular hand bag.

Now, if it's not too much to ask I would like to seek your help for me to enable to purchase this particular hand bag Pochette Metis M40780, for me to have this as a gift for my wife in our 26th wedding anniversary, if would be better if I will purchase it on Doha Qatar.

Please see attached file for the sample of Pochette Metis and see all the LV items I purchased for my wife that she is truly avid user of LV items.

Louis Vuitton return policy and staff in manchester

I am unable to return my bag at the Manchester LV store. They have no valid reason to not take my purchase back. My bag is in perfect condition THE way I bought it. I have two bags gifted and one I do not want. I have a receipt and the purchase with me. I am appalled at the staff at LV and the manager was so rude and undermined my rights to return the bag as it is in resellable condition the way I had purchased it. He disagrees and embarrassed me in front of other customers. I'm am disgusted with the customer service. I had spoke to The manager martin Berry of the Manchester branch. I am in my rights to return this bag and I have the receipt and I am not happy with the treatment I had received today at the store. You can have a look at the unused bag it self. Can someone please get back to me as my receipt is still in date and I would like a return on the alma bag I had purchased. I shop at lv all the time and I am truly appalled with the manager and staff at LV. No level of professionalism. I will be taking this further

Louis Vuitton bag

My friend and I purchased a speedy on same date and time in the St Thomas Virgin Islands store, January 3, 2011. After a while my bay started to look really defective and falling apart, the zipper pull fell off along with a gold ribbet. We both went to the store and Maggie yelled "that's the thing with you black people you don't return the items in the desired time frame and now we can't replace it. I put the bag in my closet and decided i wasn't spending money on having it repaired. I got a gift certificate and used that to replace the zipper pull. When I visited the store for that repair Linea shaded in the defects with a marker cause she said it looked real bad and I told her my encounter with Maggie. This bag has been sitting in my closet and i really don't think it is fair for me to encounter such a loss. My friends bag is still in perfect condition. I need to get a resolution for this situation more than ever when i saw a face book post as to the customer service behavior at the store.

Louis Vuitton belt not fit for purpose, no decent aftercare

I purchased a belt from LV on 5th Mar 2018. Item M9821U. The belt leather has split in two places & the belt buckle prong came away from the buckle. I would have thought the buckle should have been made from one piece of metal not a buckle with a prong soldered onto it, for the price charged (£365). I took it to the LV shop in Dublin & they sent it away for fixing on 8th April. Today, 29th April I got a call from the shop telling me that LV cannot fix the belt as it has been 'extensively used & crushed', May from LV could not help me further, just kept repeating the same phrase, said I need to buy a new belt, & has not sent my old belt back. The belt was not crushed, it was used as a belt should be. How can a belt that cost £365 last only 1 year ? This is a badly made product, not fit for purpose from a company which aims for the top end of the market. I would not buy from them again, the quality is Primark standard and the customer service whilst polite is slow and unhelpful, passing the buck all the time.

I'm a customer from italy. I was convinced since now that lv philosophy is the customer experience and this is what in fact I had since today in verona with my personal assistance anna chiara. I'm in paris for two weeks and I was looking for the same sneakers that I have already in white but black. The line was unsustainable today and so I told the consultant alexa that I didn't want to look around but just buy the sneakers if there were available or make an appointment explaining that anna in italy couldn't see in the computer to understand if the product was available in paris (in italy the black sneackers were sold out). The answer was: we are in paris not in milan so you must wait! If it weren't for anna with an answer like this I wouldn't buy from louis vitton anymore and I believe that on your part there is a need to train your orders on kindness and also to review the customer experience processes.

Louis Vuitton bag strap magenta 16mm

To whom it may concern,

I bought a bag strap december 9th 2018 at the galerie laffaete shop paris, the strap does not fit the bag. I demanded exchange though I did not get any answer from the shop for a month!

Now when I called (no one has ever emailed me anything) and finally reached the lady responsible for this issue, she assured me that I can come anytime and exchange for the color I need. I have been trying to reach her by email since wednesday, no reply. I need a written confirmation that when I come there will be sb aware of my problem.

I want to say that I am coming to paris only because I want to exchange the strap, the only possible option is a connection in cdg.

My email history is in your database
I demand the answer from the authority/official in charge of customer service, not a copy/paste email from some manager who does not care about the problem at all. I have already plenty of them.

Is it the way lv treats customers? In my opinion, it is outrageous to treat a human being like this.
