Louis Vuitton Manufacturer fault

I'm writing in regards to the quality issues I've experienced with LV jewellery piece. Last year, for my 30th Birthday my partner got me a LV chain bracelet. On the 18th of February 2022 I wore it for the private viewing of the exhibition opening ceremony at Herbert Art Gallery & Museum. During the event, I've noticed that my bracelet is missing, and alerted the staff. The bracelet was eventually found, the lock was still attached to the chain, but the chain piece itself was open. I was very dissapointed that this has happened, as I didn't expect such issue from Louis Vuitton jewelry piece. I've pressed it back together, and it seemed to be holding again. The next day, when I was getting the train back home from the event, the bracelet fell again, on the platform, and I was only able to pick up chai links that I could see, the rest of them was not safe to recover, as it must've been on the rails, and the platform was overcrowded, due to the train cancellations during the storm Eunice. I had no choice but to take the train, as I was risking to get stuck in another city. The whole experience, and the fact that I've lost the bracelet from my partner, which I was hoping to keep forever, and it was a tradition to celebrate events with LV presents to each other - is deeply upsetting.

I have witnesses that can confirm that bracelet was lost due to quality issues, such as staff and organisers of the event in Herbert Art Gallery & Museum in Coventry, and other reputable, well known people in fashion industry, who were present on the event.

Desired outcome: I would like for the bracelet to be repaired or replaced.

Louis Vuitton Return policy

My husband bought me a $3000 bag for Xmas at Kenwood in Cincinatti Ohio - I put my stuff in bag and noticed that the bag kept slipping off my shoulder - the next day I took everything out of the bag so I could exchange - the store manager would not allow me to return it saying it was used - how else will you know it is going to slip off shoulder ? She was extremely rude - her name is Jena and has zero customer service skills - I thought Louis Vuitton was classier than that- we spend thousands of dollars at that store every year- you would never of known I used it for a day- Louis Vuitton should be better than what this store manager represented !

Louis Vuitton LV Wallet Completely Ruined on its own

Hi Bought this LV Wallet from New York USA the wallet has gotten completely spoilt, i did not even use it more than few times and kept it securely, but extremely disappointed to see that a high end product has gotten completely ruined, not exceptable from a brand such as yours...I request a replacement for the same ... Louis Vuitton Service / staff / attitude

I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied the way how such a huge brand, treat their clients!
I brought my bag to fix a handle and hooks, and they refused, because it old collection (!) 2year old
Later on the staff told me, they need a receipt and who purchased it! Otherwise I have to pay"repair" by myself to fix this small issue happened to my bag, first of all why it's matter which collection and who purchased it? How dare they are to ask it? If it's a gift?! If it's Less branded and less costed item I would not bother myself, but I have some bags from Charles and Keith even no single scratch over the years, and such amount payed for LV bag they couldn't repair for me with no drama, I'm totally shocked how staff acted to me and in this situation, and destroyed all the feeling to wear it brand again!
With the behavior and attitude they looked at me and didn't help, and de-escalate the situation, it was unacceptable, and when I asked a manager to give me a carton bag to put my broken item he rudely refused, shame for them all and the way how they deal with customers! (this happened in Dubai mall)

Louis Vuitton Poor communication and service..

Visit louis vuitton in dublin ireland
Ordered a necklace back in june waiting for few month, calling back to the store 3 times
Drive from where i'm to the store takes me 2.5h.
Twice been told they don't do anymore of the colour, so refund as in gift card.
The minute i'm arrived home got the email from louis vuitton the item is in the store?
No one contact me from whatapp or email, until the third time visit the store eventually they have it….
And this time told me the reason was the delivery issue… after I paid with the gift card didn't even scan of my loyalty card of the shopping store, said will do it on the next day, of course nothing done… unreal service and communication very shocking bad service never any other place like here.
And end up make me feel like is was me annoying and keep coming back looking for the same item.

Louis Vuitton Boots

Greetings,

I am contacting Louis Vuitton because I'm having an issue getting a package that I paid for over a week ago. The UPS has attempted to deliver 3 times during my work hours. On Wednesday, I spoke with a Louis Vuitton Representative about changing the delivery option to a facility pickup. I was told that I would receive a call back but I never did. I'm still trying to retrieve my package. Please advise.

Louis Vuitton LV twist bag (black with silver hardware)

I bought a black LV twist bag $5900 from Sydney store on Monday 15/11/2021. I wore it twice with extra care and only within 3-4 hours time frame each time. After the second time, I saw the metal LV logo twist open/close hardware was scratched. I was so disappointed that it was scratched easily as I believed in the quality of the product should be at a higher standard than that for the price I paid. I took it back to the store and wanted a refund or exchange. The sale representative advised me that it can not be refunded or exchanged so I spoke to a manager. The manager explained it was under wear and tear and if metal comes in contact will have scratches. I was totally not convinced with the fact that LV uses bad quality metal and it get scratches only after second use? The manager offered free assessment and repair for my bag. They kept my bag and I am waiting to hear from them. I went home with a greater disappointment and dissatisfied with the quality of the bag for the price I paid plus the service that the LV team offered. The sale representative should have advised me on the metal that if it comes in contact it can get scratches for the product then I wouldn't have brought it and bought another product for same price. I have always stuck to monogram but this time I wanted to try a different design and it is a sad choice. I believed in the quality of LV products and have been purchasing a number of products over the years. My money spent on LV products increased each time and I expect the products should meet its standard. I want a refund and I want this resolved asap. Thank you.

Louis Vuitton Client advisor Ms. Sedzani Weathers

I visit this Louis Vuitton location to purchase the neverfull MM Damien Ebene tote for $1690 and the matching wallet for $545. I was told by this advisor that the tote is not leather and was made of canvas and would crack, I replied I purchased the Neverfull MM Monogram tote and was told it was made from the highest cowhide leather, she replied, that's not true, its make of canvas as well and over time it would crack. I didn't like the information I was given and felt like she was for what ever reason, miss leading me. I am knowledgeable of LV products, they are well made, my concerns are who she tell this information to who may not be familiar and maybe she's not. Hopefully you look into her. I decided not to buy my purse and left.

Louis Vuitton Customer service in Dubai Mall

I'm a regular customer at LV and frequently visit stores in both Dubai mall and Mall of Emirates. One thing I should say, the service in Dubai mall is one of the worst. The workers are the most ignorant human beings I have ever come across. I waited for EXACTLY 45 MINS before I left only because I wanted to know the price of a belt. Nobody helped or came to assistance. I asked multiple workers for the price and nothing more and they said they'd get back to me but still kept me waiting. I would completely understand if the store was packed with people and they had a limited amount of workers but there was barely anyone in the store and the workers were just standing and having a chat. The same workers I asked for assistance from. It's a really disappointing and annoying behaviour. I don't know what's the goal of the workers to treat the customers this way but the only thing it does it just make you never wanna enter the store again. This type of behaviour is only at the branch in Dubai Mall. Get your act together. I get that it's a high end brand but that attitude isn't impressing anyone. It's tacky.

Desired outcome: Less ignorant and arrogant attitude from the workers.

Louis Vuitton Grease Sunglasses z1044e

My fiance purchased these glasses for my birthday March 2020. I may have worn then about 10 times before the adjustable nose pad came broke off. Because Covid happened and the country was locked down I didn't have the pleasure to wear the glasses as much as I would have liked. When I first contacted Louis Vuitton about the issue and sent pictures they explained that I could go visit one of the stores but if that wasn't possible they would be delighted to proceed with a virtual assessment for my service request. I opted for the virtual assessment (which never happened) but instead received another email explaining that due to the nature of the damage there will not be a repair service that can be offered. I spent over $700 on these glasses that I may have worn about 10 times and the rubber nose pad breaks off so easily (no damage to the frame at all). I believe the rubber nose pads where defected or not manufactured in the best way. I would just like to get this matter resolved as quickly as possible. I cannot wear my glasses now and I am very disappointed. Your help in this matter would be very much appreciated.

I bought Card holder at last week for Valentine's Day present. And I bought the most c
cheaper card holder so that my husband he can exchange what he like. After 1 weeks I go back to the Louis Vuitton Sydney George Street, NSW 2000. They told me that the card holder has been use, can't exchange. But I just let my husband open to see one time. We no use the card holder.

Louis Vuitton Returned items but they do not want to issue refund

I bought my wife 2 purses and a key holder October 8, 2020. However, she decided she did not like what I picked. So we shipped the 2 purses and the key holder back using the prepaid shipping label that Louis Vuitton provided in each of the packages. It took them about a month to get the returns.
1.) First return was delivered on 10/28/2020 with a tracking #1Z598FW59007634495,
2.) Second return was delivered on 11/04/2020 tracking #1Z598FW59007634333,
3.) And lastly, the third return 11/05/2020 with tracking #1Z598FW59007634100
I thought they will automatically issue the refund. I followed up after a week or so of not receiving any emails in regards to my returns. They said they are behind because of the pandemic and it is very busy because of the upcoming holidays.
I continued to wait and followed up every now and then for my refund and because it was in the middle of November/December, I understood when they said they are very behind because of the Christmas Holidays.
January, I contacted them again for my refund. They said they processed the refund and it should go back to my bank account in 7-10 business days. However, after 2 weeks of waiting, there was no refund.
I contacted them again, and they said wait another week or so. So I waited.
Beginning of February, I contacted them again because it has been more than 2 weeks and the promised refund is still not processed.
What they told me was unbelievable. They said they cannot find my returns and they are looking for them.
Today, I contacted them AGAIN, and they told me they received an item that I never even sent! I am not sure what they did with my returns. But this is just crazy.
It has been a 4-month dilemma trying to get my money back. For this amount of money that we pay for this brand, I would appreciate way better Customer Service than this. They have been lying from processing my refund, then they said they lost my returns, and then now, the Customer Service said they received a different item? After 4 months of receiving my returns, that's what they going to tell me? This is unbelievably unprofessional and unethical.

Louis Vuitton Chance swain csos

I purchased a purchase from this store and rep in Salt Lake City. Chance assured me, I would not have a problem returning it. I then called before Christmas and ordered another in a different color, again assuring me if they were wrong it would be easy. I have tried returning them since Dec. 28th. Calls, emails, text; I just get excuses. I have purchased several LV purses and items from Dillards, but we do not have a LV store around where I live. I have ordered one or two direct, but these two are the first I ordered from a LV store. I was talked into or sold into the idea of buying one in Salt Lake City while I was on a business trip by the rep Chance Swaine. He assured me this would not be a big deal returning if I got them wrong. Well, I did. My wife wanted a different one, even more expensive than these two together, so I was trying to return them and even sent him a picture of the other. He told me, he would do the return first on my credit card, then order me the other. That was over a week ago, and it had already taken me over a week to get him in the first place. Now, he tells me his manager was suppose to send me a return label, that he is off Mon-Wed. but here we are on Friday again, and I can not get any response. I have called, emailed, text, done everything I know. The LV customer support line is no help. I had to beg to speak to a compliance manager over complaints to help, and she just kept me on hold for ten mins to come back and tell me her manager would email that location to send me a return label. She had told me before I must return to a LV store, there is not one in my state, and I do not trust sending two purses in a box to that store that cannot even handle returning my calls or emails. Whey should I trust them to open a box and credit my credit card? And the customer service at your home office cannot even get someone to speak to me on the phone, when I directly asked several times to speak to someone in compliance, not just the call persons manager, but then they could not even have the decency to speak with me to help.

Desired outcome: To be treated properly would be a start! I want these two purses returned, then order the one my wife wants for Christmas.

Louis Vuitton LV X NBA pocket organizer

I ordered this pocket on the phone. Unfortunately, this lady record a wrong address at Jan.07th 2021. So I immediately call to the customer service to try to change the address at same day. I even called them twice, they both said they corrected address already. But, they still shipped out to the wrong address at Jan.8th, since they told me the address has problem. And one of the lady name is Jeniffer said I shouldn't place this order. What? And I have to wait for them to return to the LV, then LV can ship to my correct address. Or I have to contact the person in wrong address to take it. What?

Louis Vuitton Repairs/chevy chase md

I sent my 2012 Hampstead bag to the Chevy Chase MD store in November 2019. COVID hit, I understand the world was on hold. I have been calling to get my bag back for 2 months. Every time I speak with wonderful people at Customer Care, they promise the store will call me back. That never happens, this is a constant revolving situation. My bag has either been stolen or lost. Do I have to get a lawyer to get the $2500 bag back?

Louis Vuitton Defect product and bad after sale service in george st sydney

Hi There, This is Xyna, I purchased one pochette metis and yesterday when I open the dust bag and tried to wear it, I found both-side flap are cracking again. It's abustoulty disappointed, I really love lv because it's repestaent the craftsmanship. And it's cracking again, so I went to louis vuitton sydney maison store to try to find a solution. But it feel so bad and so wrong after checking with the store manager who carry the overbearing manner told me: ‘the soloution is go back home and put this pochette metis bag into house bin! And the canvas cracking according to her reference is normal wear and tear, can not do anything about this bag at all. My bag only use less than 10 times from purchasing day, and it's always in it's own dust bag when I store it. This is not the right attitude to serve customer, and as a store manager represent lv, but suggest lv's bag should put in rubbish bin? It's out of all reason.
I'm not satisfied with this kind of ‘service' and as the sydney masion store is one of your flagship shore, should bring a five star service to match the position. Because I cannot find any help at sydney maison store, so when I change to the rocks store, staff there help me to check whether they can send my bag to fix, but from my point, fix is not the best solution, as this flap cracking may happen again. Could you plz help me to check with the rock store and as it's not my fault to let the flap crack, it's just quality defect, a design flaws. As a high-end fashion brand, you should improve your design all the time to hold your reputation.

Louis Vuitton Never receive my purchase

Purchase a bag from Louis Vuitton almost two month for my wife. It was Suppose to be anniversary present. This was my first purchase also buying a bag this expensive. I made the purchase with a rep and the rep assure me that i don't have anything to worry about . The package must be signed for because I was nervous about online. I really should of gone with my gut feeling, and take the chance and hope that my noisy wife would suspect anything. I never receive the bag I was out of town when the bag said delivered. Got home and it wasn't there and what's even messed That the mail man signed for my package and put a wrong signature. I filed a claim and since Then I been getting the run around from LV reps and managers! My claim has been open and close then open again. At this point I feel hopeless! I can't believe something that suppose to be so beautiful and amazing turn into a total nightmare! It's been Going on two months I have not got my money Back or my the bag!

Louis Vuitton victorine wallet

Hi,

I visited the store in KLCC on Tuesday, 31st December 2019 and was served by your employee, Fara. I purchased goods on 31st December 2019 and was told by Fara that I could only collect the item the next day which is 1st of January 2020 @ 1pm. But item wasn't ready stamp as I was told that there was crowd in the store. I was nice enough to compromise and gave her ample time and told her that I could only collect it in evening and there was no reply via whatsapp. As I reached in the evening, I was told by one of the staff that Fara was on break. As I requested, I wanted the hot stamp to be done on my wallet with 6 initials. Was told by Fara the guidelines and I told her that I do have another item with 5 initials printed on it. And so she agreed to it with 6 initials. Since nothing was done in KLCC outlet, I had a good mind to collect my item walk out from the store and travelled to Starhill outlet. Before I proceed, I already asked one of the chinese staff of how I want my wallet to be printed. She explained to me that all LV stores are all align and I assumed that it can be done in Starhill as well. When I was in Starhill outlet, the person in-charge of the hot stamping on that day told me that it can't be done with 6 initials and I told her that Fara have already agreed on this. I spoke to the manager in-charge of Starhill and explained it to her how Fara have already agreed and how she promised me to get things done. I honestly feel that if those were the rules and regulations in LV, the staff shouldn't agree and promise before it can it be delivered. I am working in a service line too and I don't think this should be the way. Further more it's a high end brand. I am so disappointed that it made me travel to and fro just to get my item done. Big thanks to the store manager in Starhill, Karen for assisting me. I had an impeccable service extended. I do expect some form of response to my feedback above. I hope the store manager in KLCC will receive this and I hope that the necessary disciplinary actions will be put in place upon the staff.
