Absolutely awful company - I ordered three (3) pairs of leggings in January 2017 and decided to return one pair since it did not look anything like on their website. Packed it nicely, added the return slip, and started chasing for acknowledgement for the refund after a month (it does not take a month to send a parcel from UK to US) - nothing. I am still waiting for my refund (end of March 2017), and none of my several emails have been responded to.

How is it possible that these kind of companies are allowed to advertise, or sell to general public!?

Do not order anything from Lotus Leggings - the company is a scam!

Lotus Leggings' Refund Policy states "Contact us at [email protected] for a return mailing address" I think the use of the indefinite article "a" is significant. A return mailing address. Any address, lol :D Even a random one in North Carolina or a US post office!

Your original package from China should have the sender's contact details on it. Does it read?

    Mr Zheng, Bei ling xin,

A Google search of the telephone number links to this company in China:
"Yiwu Moshiner Network Technology Company Limited - China Leggings"
