L'Oreal International studio line creme fibre (hair wax)

Bought this product last week at Walmart in Langley BC. I had a bloody cut in my finger (pointer) when I was clearing up the wax on edge of the lid on Dec 14, 2018. The material that was used was very sharp and thank goodness that it was me who cleared it and not my 10 yr old boy. This needs to be brought to your attention as there will be many many more people who might experience this incident. I am looking forward in hearing from you. L'Oreal International customer service

Hi,
I contacted your customer services department because I have been having problems with some of your liquid eye liners, not lasting as long as they used to and actually feeling really empt within days of purchase. I spoke to someone called Amrit who didnt really gave me any explanation. He asked me for the details of the last eye liner and i gave them to him. After that he offered me £8 as a Good Will gesture! I haven't even received that. I contacted him again and he said that I will receive them in 3 to 4 working days, still nothing. I sent him an email about 3 days ago but he hasn't answered at all.
This is an appalling customer service. I have been buying your products for at least 20 years but I should take my custom somewhere else as I dont think you appreciate your customers.

L'Oreal International we try to establish collaboration but nothing happens or no one explain what is the reason for refusing

We are a new opened beauty studio in Baku, Azerbaijan called Red Point. We would like to became an official and the first Red Ken studio in Baku, Azerbaijan. We request the collaboration guide from Loreal Ukraine office Ms. Yulia Polishuk but we have not an official response on it. We have just telephone conversation that it is impossible now without mentioning any reasons.
Please, could you kindly email us with the official point of view to the problem and provide us with the reason why we are not able to became Red Ken salon.

L'Oreal International l'oreal paris excellence creme

Hello, I have been using L'Oreal hair colour for over 20 years. The last 5 crème colours I have bought when I have tried to mix the colour to the developer the piercing piece of plastic does not work. I don't know why you have changed from the original, I only know that I have to take a pair of scissors with me to enable the colour to open. Please can you look in to this and also the plastic gloves are also not as good. It's very difficult to get your fingers in to the gloves, and when you pull the bottom of the glove by the wrist the glove rips. Apart from these small things I have always been very happy with your product.

L'Oreal International your hair dye 8.1 natural ash blonde

I purchased your hair dye on Friday 10th November at a savers store in Bloxwich. I put it on in the evening and it has sent my hair morning like a light brown. I am absolutely fuming as it has took me soo much money, time and effort for the past 1 year to get it blonde to now have it completely ruined by your hair dye. I tried putting another blobde on my hair and it has now gone ginger at the routes and a weired grey looking colour for the rest of my hair. I have had to put a semi permenant colour on just so i dont feel embarrassed to walk out my door and go to work. It is now going to cost me soo much more money to get it back to blonde.

I never complain but on this occassion i want to bring this your attention as i am an assistant manager in a pub and a licncee and image is a big thing at work as you can imagine and your hair dye has absolutly ruined it for me.

The picture attached is under a light so looks lighter than it was but it was very dark

L'Oreal International colorista hair paint silver grey

I bought this to use on my very light blonde hair. It has come out purple to say I'm shocked is an under statement. This is a terrible result and I can't go out like it ! I did everything to the leaflet instructions. And never have issues with hair colour. I feel I need to attend a hairdresser for colour correction and I would like L'Oréal to tend to this expense please. Am happy to send photos.

I was contacted by Indeed here in Canada about a job listing from L"Oreal, I was happy and excited as I have been a Graphic Designer for over 10 years. All information is below, I do not know if this is a scam or not as I can not see any of your employees in HR or Recruitment having such an unprofessional code of conduct when interviewing a potential candidate. Every question that was ask was a 20 min gap then 45 min gap, Then nothing . Not so sorry I am really busy ! or can we continue this interview on a different date.. The EXACT thing happened to me this week! I cannot believe these scammers are preying on starving graphic designers desperate to get their dream job in this cut-throat industry!I'm FURIOUS that I wasted 3 hours of my life for an online "interview" only to be asked at the end to go purchase Amazon gift cards of $300... APPALLING! :(

I was also contacted and after some investigation i believe "Christiana Smalls" is a bot.

Notice how the emails given had no formal footers with proper contact info and everything was sent from personal gmail accounts. ex: "lorealdesignjobs2018@gmail.com" not "humanresources@loreal.com" or something.

Also the lengthy amounts of time between anwsers in pm was my indicator it was a bot. When I asked the bot simple questions it gave the anwser expected, but the more complex my statement and the more garbled my indicators, the longer it took. When I asked for documentation to prove her association to loreal she never responded back. Also according to google, she seems to not exist at all and wont appear on any L'Oreal sites or even social media for that matter.

This as well as her being unwilling to talk over call or webchat, her inability to keep anwsers beyong what a bot is trained to say, her lack of proper grammer and punctuation, and her not being attached to any proper loreal accounts kinda told me it was a scam.

Be careful now that the bot has your email, full name, location, etc. It would be pretty easy for them to find where you are or attempt to find your credit card number (but since you posted that info here im more concerned about others who may find this).

I personally am going to have to keep a close eye on my phone, email, and bank account to ensure the bot didn't grab anything from me. So be careful.

Also if a company goes to you and not you to them, with money that good and so few qualifications be suspicious. Why would L'Oreal need to go on Indeed to hire some random designer no where near their offices. They dont even have university qualifications in their list of requirements. A company as big as L'Oreal would.

Looking back on it I feel naive and dumb, but at least now I know. Im sorry you got scammed too. But I hope you didnt give them any information. I'd suggest blocking them on google hangouts and well as blocking their emails.

I measure the success of my designs by how satisfied the team gets with the result, as well as the customer's feedback is satisfaction and sales. I usually ask for this information afterwards, to get an idea. I meet tough deadlines with organization. For that I use checklists, I stablish a workflow process before I begin the projects and I also take brief pauses when I feel I'm not being very productive in order to get back at full speed. If I feel I'm not going do meet a deadline I'll speak to the team as soon as possible explaining the situation and proposing a solution.
I'm totally ok with changing my designs as many times as needed. Even if I don't agree with a feedback, I'll always do it at my best because I understand that other people at the team may be seeing a better angle that I'm not. And sometimes it's better to test and see other possibilities than just arguing over what solution is better or not. If I think it's not going to generate a nice result I'll say something about it but I'm not sttuborn about it

L'Oreal International sublime bronze dry tanning mist, medium

Iv bought this many times withno problems, i loved it as it is a mist and goes on easy, unfortunatly the bottle was faulty and the spray cap was broken as it did not spray, struggled to get any out of it and was left feeling very fed up, out of pocket and no tan :(, it is a faulty top, these should be checked before sending to shops to sell to people like myself, i dont have much money, this is a treat to myself as i like to look good, its really cheesed me off as i cant remember which shop i bought it so i cannot take it bk for a refund

L'Oreal International pro matte les chocolat lipstick

This products has a great smell so whoever came to the fragrance A+. However the formula of the lipstick I believe was not thoroughly tested on enough women to accurately match the colors portrayed. It's deceiving! It's very drying and disappointing. Having the consumer in mind should cover all bases not just a chocolate smell to entice them. I feel tricked into buying a product purely because you made it smell good, not look good.

L'Oreal International infallible eye liner in black noir

I purchased this item because my normal - Cover Girl - was out of their product at my local store. Everything was great until I had to try to use my sharpener (special one for eye makeup) and I couldn't get anymore of the actual pencil out. I think spending nearly $8.00 on eyeliner is ridiculous anyways but then to only be able to use the product for 1 week and have to buy more because I am unable to sharpen it without it breaking in tiny pieces and making a mess is insane! I am hoping I can get a refund for this product and I will never again attempt to use L'Oreal. I would rather drive to another store for a product I know works well than deal with this and basically throw $8.00 in the trash! Very disappointed!

L'Oreal International complaint against an employee in apac marketing for misconduct and mental harassment

To whomsoever it may concern,

I work for an agency who's account is LOreal. I'd like to raise a complaint against a L'Oreal employee in the marketing division of APAC for mentally harassing me by writing extremely unprofessional mails, text messages and publically humiliating me. I'm very saddened by her act and would like to pursue my complaint by providing rightful evidence. It will be great if you could let me know how I can proceed further.

L'Oreal International loreal hair cream inoa

I have applied L'Oreal inoa hair cream which is ammonia free when i applied i suffer from allergy on my beard and haed.
I was not accepting this thing from ammonia free hair cream and it is from such a good company loreal. I just have a picture after applying it there is no more detail because it was not acceptable but i am so dishard and angry that this is really bad thing and fraud like your company has written that it is ammonia free but its making a reaction or allergy but plzz stop supplying this or just remove the ammonia free subtitle from the inoa hair cream so people cannot be get fooled by your company and i will also do a case on your company that your company is making people fool by writing ammonia free.
So please answer me and take an action on this complain as soon as possible.
You have to be shameful on this complain
I hope you will take action and donot think that i am blackmailing you its a serious complain or else i will just do a case on your company.

L'Oreal International infallible longwear eye pencil in cobalt blue

On 9/7/18, I purchased an Infallible Longwear Eye Pencil in Cobalt Blue from Harmon Face Values. The cost was $7.79. I am a long time user of Cover Girl cosmetics and since they did not have their blue eye pencil in stock, I decided to try your brand which was a higher price. All went well until I tried to sharpen the pencil. I have a cosmetic pencil sharpener, only used for my eye makeup. Every time I try to sharpen your pencil, the color breaks off and I try again with the same results. One side of the pencil wood remains a sharp point that has scratched my lower eyelash line and no matter how I try to sharpen, it remains and the color breaks off. Needless to say, the fact that I paid $7.79 for something I cannot even use has made me very unhappy. I would like a refund of my purchase. Please let me know how we can resolve this issue. Thank you.

I have use this hair dye before so my hair started changing back to my normal color so I went and purchased another one same color same brand know I have blisters all over my forehead going down my neck and back and all over my throat it didn't do it when I use it before I would like to have my money bk it was like it was to strong I have blisters every where if u do not fix this problem with me I am contacting a lawyer it won't let me add a picture but I have pictures of u all need to see them

L'Oreal International elvive dream length conditioner

When using the conditioner I left some on my leg, after leaving it there for a few minutes I noticed my leg started to go red and was itching. I washed it off and I am now left with a large red burning rash across my leg. If this product is burning my leg what is it doing to my hair?

L'Oreal International l'oreal paris magic root cover up 'spray'

I purchased your Magic Root Cover Up advertised by Eva Longoria on t.v. a week and a half ago. I sprayed this upon my grey hairs on my scalp/head and within a couple of hours my head began to itch profusely and I broke out with bumps and sores all over my head. The itch was unbearable but unfortunately that wasn't the end of it. A rash rapidly took over my whole body. I went to my family physician immediately who determined I'd had a severe reaction to your product due to toxins within the spray. I am not allergic to anything and am now suffering the consequences of a brutal red, itchy and burning rash which is extremely painful! I literally had to cancel an interview because of my appearance, especially on my scalp...it's bleeding and flaking due to the sores upon my head. The only place that wasn't affected which did not break out in an itchy rash is my face. I'm presently taking Benadryl in liquid format and calamine lotion and hydrocortisone were prescribed in order to alleviate the spreading of this insistent rash which has covered 90% of my body. The spray made my head hairs stiff and hard and it rubs off in your fingers. It's as if I sprayed my head with a can of paint! I am a fan of your products but am very upset about my personal, horrible and painful experience with the root cover up and feel you should include a 'warning sign' on this product's label. I am not exaggerating the extent of my outbreak...friends said I should sue your company but I am not built that way! Their reaction is fair as they're witness to the damage to my scalp and my whole body, you'd have to see me to understand my concerns and theirs. I would appreciate compensation for having had to cancel a corporate interview "due to my bumpy itchy and scarred rash" and the suffering and pain for which I'm still enduring right now at this time, it's been a week of distraught and discomfort. Thank you kindly for hearing me out...I would highly suggest you retest and remove this product from your shelves. I read complaints in a forum about other women experiencing blistering and sores upon their scalp from this product and one of your shampoos plus conditioner.

L'Oreal International l'oreal excellence hair color

I have been using L'oreal hair color for many years and have been pleased with it, however the last couple of times i've used this product the color wasn't even close to what I thought I was getting. Both times I purchased a light brown and my hair went dark brown. both times my hair was blonde when I used it I was very disappointed and had to go to a hair salon and get hi-lights to lighten it up. This can be very expensive. I would like to know if your boxes are mislabeled or the dye is put in the wrong box. I would like to hear from you as soon as possible. Thank you.

L'Oreal International micro tattoo brow artist

Dear Sir/Madam

Yesterday, 5th of September 2018, I purchased a Micro tatto brow artist product from a Portuguese supermarket. When I opened the product I found that the liquid which was suppose to mark the eye brow area was dry. As if the pen had dried out somehow.

Unfortunately I am not able to travel back to the supermarket as it is fair distance from my home. Hence contacting you directly.

L'Oreal International l'oreal evercreme nourishing leave-in discontinued

I applaud and reiterate all of the numerous complaints that have been posted about the loss of this excellent leave-in conditioner. In addition, I am currently going through cancer treatment, and I am so exhausted that just the extra step of having to use conditioner in the shower ruins my day. The leave-in spray had solved this problem, but I've just run out. I've tried several other leave-ins and they all leave a sticky residue and make my hair feel stiff-yet-rubbery. Please, please bring it back! I shall be boycotting L'Oréal and Garnier until that happens.

As a black consumer I have endless black hair care options specifically designed for my hair. But none detangled, moisturized and soften my hair like this product. I’d faithfully used it for a couple of years even when the price went from 4.00 to nearly 9.00 when I could find it, I still remained a faithful purchaser. It saddens me that it’s been discontinued. I’ve tried other products and none do what this one does.

L'Oreal International telescopic carbon black mascara

I have used this mascara for years. Love it.
The last three times I have purchased it seems like it drys out, so of course I go get another one. After three times I paid very close attention, there is hardly any product in the tube. I have never been able to see the red tips on brush and this time I noticed there a minute amount in the tube.
Have there been other complaints, I pay almost 9.00 $ per tube.
I am hoping that the next one I buy will have product .
I also noticed the brushes which I love, there really weak and is difficult to insert with out it bending.
