L'Oreal International l'oreal colorista one day colour

I purchased a bottle of L'Oreal Colorista 1 day colour, mint green, on Friday Nov. 1st at Shoppers Drug Mart, White Rock, BC. I chose this particular colour as it was suitable for blonde hair.

I dyed my hair for a Halloween party on Saturday Nov. 2nd, and instantly my hair felt crusty and extremely dry. The color stained everything, and it wasn't the pastel mint green, more like a bright shamrock green. I ended up washing it away as my hair felt horrible. After the first wash, I still had some colour. I let it be for the evening for my party, and in the night I washed my hair 3 times and in the next morning a couple of times again. Still light green. The same night I washed it again and let it air dry. I noticed that my hair was damaged, especially in front the endings had had breakage and my hair was shorter and frizzly.

Now it's Tuesday Nov. 5th and my hair still has a light green hue. I need to go to a hairdresser to fix my hair and even out the endings.

Needless to say I'm very disappointed, shocked and all of this becomes expensive as well. For a 1 day it shouldn't be a disaster like that. My hair was in a good condition before this, and I haven't dyed it at home before so I thought this would be a relatively safe and easy option to change my look for one day.

I'm hoping for a response and would like to know how L'Oreal takes responsibility on this.

L'Oreal International preference hair colour

I have used this product for many years. Results are always good. Now I older I like that it covers the grey well. The fact that I am older I have difficulty opening things. I was disappointed to discover that the lid was smaller, and also the tube had a different lid. I tried squeezing it out but did not work. I resorted to having to read the instructions and what a complicated procedure just to open the tube. As I said I have been using this product for many years and never had to read instructions. My other complaint is that colour seemed thicker and was more difficult to apply. Please revert to your previous sizing of tops. Keep in mind the older generation.

L'Oreal International l’oréal revitalift skin smoothing cream cleaner

I've used this product for years and love it. However, I've notice that the past few times I've purchased it, the material that the cap on the product is made of has changed. And not for the better. It's cheesy lightweight plastic. Each time that I open the cap for the first time, it snaps off in my hand. I dropped it in the shower recently and the cap recently shattered into many sharp pieces which is potentially dangerous. One of these shards of plastic could easily cut someone's foot.

I really don't think saving money by manufacturing the packaging more cheaply is worth it. It's truly a nuisance dealing with a cover that you can use.

L'Oreal International feria absolute platinum

I purchased feria platinum blonde. I used this product on my light to medium brown hair. The box shows great results for even dark hair! For all over color with no results. Incredibly disappointed. I have used your products before but after this i think im done. This producr was a waste of money and time. I am usually very pleased with your products. The photo attached is after i did all over color with 2 boxes!

L'Oreal International preference hc md rose blonde 8rb

I have been a customer for many years but on Saturday 8-24 2019, I used the color above. I am not sure what was rong with it but when the 25 mins were up and I went to the shower the haircolor in my hair was a darker bright red and my scalp was burning a little. I finished the wash out and conditioning and what I had was pink colored hair. Pink was pretty strong as I got a number of comments about it. I returned the empty product and the new one that I had also to walgreens and they were going to contact you about this. I am not sure what was wrong but nothing like this has ever happened! I will have to live with my pink hair for a couple of weeks until my scalp heals and I can put on another color. Previous to this I used the Rose gold blonde and it was great! Please bring that back if you will. It is a good color. meanwhile, I hope you can figure out what happened to cause this to happen. I am attaching the walgreens info as I am unable to attach the actual receipt. It is PDF.

L'Oreal International l'oreal excellence hair color 7.01

My name is Erica and my email address is [protected]@gmail.com. I live in Vietnam now and wanted to color my hair. I've been using L'Oreal Excellence Ash Blonde coloring for the past few years and had no problem . I came to Vietnam and couldn't find it. I could only find the 7.01 Cool Blonde and bought it. I colored my hair today and it came out a dark brown and very far from blonde. It looks terrible. It's the first time that I've been so disappointed in these products. I never wanted my hair to be dark like this. Is there anything that you can do about it?

I recently purchased a can of L'Oréal men expert from Asda in frome I have only used it once and the spray cap as broken leaving me with a full can of anti-perspiration, I have used your products for many years and his is the first time I have ever had a problem with any of your products I don't usually complain but felt I should inform you about this problem

L'Oreal International l'oreal paris excellence cream hair dye 8.1

I have been using the above hair dye for the past few years with really good results, but the last time I dyed my which was on the 12th July 2019 the results came out quite wrong, I noticed to start with that the gloves in the box were really tiny, there was no conditioner in the box, and then when I put the product onto my hair my scalp starting really burning which it never normally does, I was about to wash it out straight away when the burning stopped, I then left the hair dye on my hair and after the alloted time washed it out and my hair colour came out a very dark brown instead of the usual ash blond colour, and my hair felt like it had been burnt, the condition that my hair has been left in is awful and this past week I have spent a small fortune on products trying to put some moisture back into my hair, we had visitors at the time so I reached out to L'oreal for some help in fixing my hair, its a shame that you don't actually have consultants that people can talk to that can help fix things when they go so horribly wrong, so I have been walking around with horrible dark brown hair for the past eight days with no help from L'oreal or a way to put things right, after contacting L'oreal with all of the details of batch number etc, this is the email I recieved this morning.

L'Oreal International the true match blush

I have been purchasing the compact of the true match blush from WalMart, but the last two I have purchased after using about an 1/8 of the product it breaks apart. and can not used as it go everyway. I would like to have them replaced or a refund for the product.

L'Oreal International l'oréal paris revitalift day cream. anti ageing and extra firming.

I purchased the L'Oréal Revitalift Day Cream at Edgars West Street, South Africa. I opened the box the day after and placed my hand inside the box to take out the cream. To my horror my fingers were [censored]ed and bleeding. The cream bottle was broken in pieces, only the lid was intact. There was no cream inside just a broken bottle. I have been using L'Oréal products for the last 25 years and this is the first time I experienced something like this. I have paid R194. 95 for this cream and there was no cream just bottle pieces inside. I am really disappointed.

L'Oreal International l'oreal infallible fresh wear foundation

I was traveling with my newly purchased l'oreal foundation, and I found out that the product was broken when I arrived and unpacked. It was new, and I didn't drop or anything, it ruined all my other products that were in the bag. Luckily the bag was thick enough, So it didn't ruin clothes and bags, I still am having difficult time removing the stain, and I had to throw away the new product. It never happened with other products, I have been traveling and using the same cosmetic-bag for years.

L'Oreal International l'oreal wrinkle expert day/night 45+

I bought a L'Oreal Wrinkle Expert day/night 45+ as a gift for my wife. The packaging was sealed, a sample tube of pure-clay cleanser was attached in the sealed plastic foil which was intact all over the carton box and the product. However, after unpacking and opening the jar, almost half of the cream was missing. I don't see where the slogan "Because We're Worth It" fits in here... unless I am worth paying full price for a half jar of face cream.

L'Oreal International loreal telescopic mascara

Hi, I purchased this mascara and by the second wear the brush got stuck and it no longer goes into the tube. The product no longer works. This is the second mascara I have purchased in the last two months where the same thing happened. I've attached the pictures for your review.

L'Oreal International refund not issued

I sent this message to rid aid but wanted you to informed about your product:

I purchased loreal root rescue on february 1, 2019 for $7.49 at rite aid. I open the box on february 2, 2019 when I realized that the comb attachment was not in the box. I went to the store and decided I wanted a refund, the sales associated treated me as if I did something wrong, she treated me unfairly and it was embarrassing. She kept checking (several times) to see if I had used the product. She also decide that I couldn't get a refund and that they would only exchanged it. I had decide to dye my hair that is why I don't need the root rescue. I am requesting a refund for this product.

L'Oreal International brow stylist definer ultra fine tip sharpening pencil

Hello, I've been purchasing this brow pencil for quite some time now and love it. This last time I bought it, I've used it twice and it was empty, I opened the pencil to check and it was already empty. I usually am able to get two months out of it. I am very disappointed that this was the result and I spent that money on this product. It must have been a faulty pencil.

L'Oreal International revitalift double lifting day

Hi I bought the Loreal Paris Revitalift double lifting day on Jan 15 2019 at a local Shoppers Drug Mart in Peterborough Ontario Canada. The first couple of times i used it only a white cream came out. About on the 3rd time the red cream out with the tiniest about of white cream. Since then only the red cream comes out so I'm extremely disappointed that this product does not come out the way it should. I was really looking forward to trying this product. I would like reimbursement for this product or coupon covering full cost so i can purchase a replacement as maybe it is just this container that is defected.

L'Oreal International feria permanent hair color

I wanted silver hair however in key West Florida it would cost me at least 400.00 to have it done professionally as I have med to dark brown hair with a quiet a bit of gray, so I made a decision 2 diet it one of your beautiful purple hair colors. The first one came with the wrong hair color in it red color as opposed to purple. So I waited a few weeks thought that

purple hair color and the color is continuously and constantly running out of my hair my hair as only Ben died for two weeks and all the gray is coming out I chose the permanent color so that it would stay for a while then all I'd have to do is touch up the roots as my hair grew as it stands now almost all the purple is gone out of my hair my towels are all purple and I'm very disgusted that I paid $18 time 2, 4 hair color to last only 2 weeks. My hair had not been dyed for 2 years before using your product let me know what you intend to do about it. He can't sell permanent hair color that last only 2 weeks. I was buying hair color at the dollar store that lasted almost a year before having to do my roots again seems kind of shady to me I think I should get a refund or have my hair dyed silver on your dime what do you think buy some more so I can ruin more sheets and pillowcases? Don't get me wrong right after we died it, it was beautiful I even started washing my hair only twice a week to help keep the color in even though that's not working I live off of $750 a month with a disabled child I can't afford to spend 3 or$400 to have it done professionally because first I have to have my hair bleached then dyed silver I'm concerned if I do it myself my hair might fall out help me out here what are you willing to do to stand by your product?

L'Oreal International casting hair colourant iced chocolate

Used this product for years Fab however used it 23/12/18 it wrecked my hair making it tacky and coated. Contacted L'Oréal told repeatedly to use clarifying shampoo and conditioner, I'd already said I had ! Told no refund as the product is not faulty just unsuitable for me ! Also informed the product had changed Sept 18 . Poor response from ‘soda'

That's a bunch of garbage. I just sent in a complainer. Bought purple permanent hair color the first one had a red tube of color having never used it before I didn't know any better. Got coper colered hair. Had to walk around for a month until I could try again, this box had the right color tube but it's only been two weeks and all the color has almost all come out to this day when I take a shower you can see all the color running out and all the grey is showing through. Guess I will have to back to the dollar store a use that again at least it took six months before I had to touch up the roots only! Sad products

L'Oreal International colorista bleach

I received a defective product and would like a refund, or at least a coupon to buy another L'Oréal product. My hair barely changed at all, and I followed the instructions to the dot. Left on 60 minutes total, 60 on hair, 30 on roots. Attached before and after pictures. I dye my hair all of the time, I assure you I applied it evenly, but it barely changed. I'm very disappointed with the lack of lightening.
