I bought the standard loot crate subscription on the 10/11/18. It is now the 12/12. I have contact them and was sent the same generic email response every time. Upon till they barefaced lied to me. I requested a refund because I was very unhappy with the whole service they provided, I got the reply that my crate was already shipped and left the country so no refund was available. I then replied asking for my crate delivery date which was the 27th due to unforeseen circumstances which I understand cannot be helped. I received the tracking information that I had to keep requested a few days after expecting my crate to already be in England and on its way as it was the 1/12. How wrong I was, the crate had not even been sent till the 27/11 so I could of gotten a refund and there was no way my parcel would be in my hand on the 27/11 as it was still processing in America. I am still waiting and hoping to take this further as companies you trust with your money and purchases should never lie to your face about anything.
non responsive behaviour and lack of service
As a collector of all things Firefly related I signed up to the Firefly Loot create when it first started.
The first year I experienced some details but this year 2 crates weren't sent out and no explanation or tracking provided regarding deliveries. Requested info recently and chased for 2 month but apart from providing a refund for missed loot crate there is no other service or compensation offered. Request for management and in-depth complaint has been constantly ignored. Seems like a small thing but for a collector, this has bought on a high level of stress.

I've missed 4 months of loot anime, but was charged $36 each month. Asked them to cancel my account over a week ago, they didn't, they charged me again today, and it's beyond infuriating. I've had the hardest time contacting them and rarely hear back from them at all. I need a refund for the now 5 months of service and my account canceled for good. September 10-14th I ordered the crate, I can't remember which date inbetween the two of them, after emailing my complaint to loot crate on the 25th (the last date mentioned by the website that my crate should be at my door) and getting a response saying the warehouse was still processing the order I waited another two weeks or so until today October 3rd before calling and now I am submitting my complaint this way; simple Give. Me. Back. My. Money. And cancel my subscription. If your having problems with delivery dates DON'T POST THEM. [protected]. Call asap.

Hi there I am making a complaint in regards because I ordered the loot crate for the first time in May/April time and I paid £36 for one crate which it was advertised as £36 for two months.. then move forward to June time I ordered again and it's now September 27th and it's only just came now from the month of June. I am very unhappy with the service I have had contact over email a few times and the reply I have received was not great. I expect a reply and some sort of compensation! Thanks..

I need to change my address, but my account got locked. I have tried to contact Loot Crate by all means. When I click the "contact our support team", I keep getting a page that says, "403 Forbidden - cloudflare". When I call, it gives me an email address. Via email, I get an automate email that actually states, "no one monitors this email address."

I heard from a few different suppliers that Loot Crate makes them sugn co tracts and then never pays them the money fpr their items. They tell their suppliers they are having a cash flow problem but yet manage to have a booth at comicon and still afford monthly boxes. They need to be stopped and to pay their suppliers. They need to be held accountable for what they are doing. It is not fair that businesses should go bankrupt because another buisness lied to them and say they would pay them after making them sign a contract. It is illegal.
loot crate dx - subscription unhonored cancellation
It is now four times in a row that I have had to contact Loot Crate to have my subscription cancelled. They have not honored it now four times and I am now in serious financial jeopardy with how things are right now.
The last three times, I contacted by phone their customer service department to cancel the subscription, and each time they told me that it was cancelled and from what I saw of what happened, the cancellation was not honored.
Today, I tried contacting them to get it cancelled a fourth time and I had to go to my bank to get the card replaced so that they no longer have the current card on file. I am really frustrated about this.
Same issue here. They won't honor my cancellation due to I did it on the same day as the renewal and not 48 hours prior. I'm willing to work with them if they would work with me. Like a three month subscription but they won't response. I opened up a new ticket and they said I need to response to the original ticket. I explained I did but still no response. Guess it's time to get the bank involved. Fingers crossed.
Where did you find their customer service number? They don't answer the number listed on this site.

unauthorized charges
I received my credit card statement today and there are 3 charges which I did not authorize. Over $300 in charges! What the hell is Loot Crate?
Had to cancel my card and submit a fraud packet and file a police report!
Now, I have no credit available and have no idea how long the process is going to take to get my account credited.
I will be calling them tomorrow to find out how did they get my cc number!

Charges were made on 7/23/18 for 133.66 and 7/24/18 for 139.44, a credit for 133.66 was made on 7/23/18. I will not be paying this bill.. my attorney suggested that we try to resolve this before need to get involved
star trek mission crate
I've been billed for four crates now, but have only received the first one.
Because I signed up a subscriber, I was supposed to receive a bonus metal replica movie Enterprise. But despite charging me for four crates every two months, Loot Crate keeps insisting I only signed up for the one crate.
Every time I contact them through Twitter, they tell me to expect an update email within the week but it never comes.
I just want what I paid for, including the bonus gift I was promised, which was the main reason I committed to the subscription.

I ordered loot crate before June's dead line and have not received my June's loot crate it was supposed to be by the end of june it's now july 11 and still no create so what gonna happen I already canceled July box I want June's box or please refund june I most likely will not use loot crate again you guys used to be greate I wanted to do the fright crate but iam not now since I can't get my first bix

I got sent a crate with the wrong shirt in the box. OK, no big deal. I asked them if they could fix the problem. I'm a female and I ordered a women's XL. They wanted a picture of the item. Fine. I assumed it was for proof and not just someone trying to get a free shirt. So I sent their "support team" a photo of the huge unisex tee I got.
They got back to me with some story about all of the shirts for that month being like that. OK... so send me a shirt that is a women's XL. I don't care what shirt it is but I paid for the crate. I want a shirt I can actually wear.
Nothing. Nadda. No fixing the shirt. No refund. Nothing.
So I cancel my account and future crates.
They decided to send another crate two months later, regardless of my canceling my account and removing my billing information.
They billed me and threw my bank account into the red. Customer service number? Nope. I find one here. Sorry. You can't talk to a live person. Either leave a message or email them. They can choose whether or not to respond to you. There isn't much of a team to speak of, apparently. So I sent an email. I demanded that they fix their screw up. I took my billing information out of their system. So they used a bank card that they had in their system from a crate I got two years ago. Awesome. Just awesome. I now have to pay an overdraft fee as well as the 23 dollars to cover the cost of the crate they billed me for. Do not use Lootcrate. Their website is unreliable and their "staff" doesn't give a crap about their customers.
I ordered a crate and got the wrong size shirt! They sent me replacement shirts 3 times - all the wrong size again - before finally telling me that I would never get the correct size, so I had to pick a different shirt. Then, after sending me another wrong size shirt, they replaced it with the same shirt from the crate I got the month before. Garbage Company!

I became a LootCrate customer in early December. I ordered two crates to be sent as Christmas gifts for two teenage family members. I never really got a confirmation of delivery but assumed so. Then in March I decided to use the service again to purchase items for my son's 14th birthday. I ordered the items at least 6 weeks before his birthday and had the shipment sent to me so I could personalize it. The original email with my purchase order gave an approximate 2 week delivery date. At the end of May, well past his birthday, I still had not received the shipment. I reached out to the "help center" which was no help. It took more than a week to get an email response to my status inquiry. In my inquiry I was concerned about missed delivery or incorrect address; giving them the benefit of the doubt. The email from the "help center" was a joke. Telling me they ship the items when available and the items I ordered were at a warehouse...THEIR WAREHOUSE! IN THE STATES! And that they would "go ahead" and ship my items from that location A.S.A.P.
Why wouldn't it had already been dispatched from there. And why is this other location, that mind you belongs to them, be an issue?
So unsatisfied but hoping to finally get my son's long overdue gifts, I accepted that the items would be shipped in a timely manner. Here we are at the end of June and still no shipment. Now I am questioning whether or not my Christmas gifts were ever received. But, conveniently for Loot Crate, none of my purchases even show up on my customer profile on their website.
I wish I had just went to Hastings or Spencer's Gifts. I would have what I want, probably cheaper, and tangible; instead of the falsities Loot Crate sells.
non delivery of 2 months subscription
Paid full subscruption for 12 months. Received tracking numbers for March and April packages, but have had no delivery to date. Trackung only states in transit to Australia. When inquiring only get the same response on email. Wait 2-4 weeks, if not received contact them again. And so the circle goes. It has been 2 months already and no luck. They take credit card payments but do not deliver.

loot crate anime customer service
I tried repeatedly to contact customer service by email and phone to be sure they updated the shipping address on a loot crate gift subscription I had. Unfortunately the recipient of the crate passed away and I wanted to be sure NO future shipments would arrive at the families home. I explained this in detail in emails and by phone. Not only did I have to wait 2 weeks for an email response - the response I received must have been automated or written by a really stupid representative as it just stated - sorry please update the forwarding address with the USPS ! Seriously?!?!?
Seems they only know how to process your payment - not help. Way to drop the ball big time and in such a sensitive case . Very disappointed . Will never use this again and will share this story with anyone interested .

crates and subscription charges
I canceled my subscription months ago and they are still sending crates. I even deleted my credit card and parts of my address so they will not be able to deliver the crate. Do you still sending it. What's wrong with them? No one answers the only phone number there is. No one replies to email sent or the contact customer support messages sent. What's wrong with them? What's worse is that you have to call both FedEx and ready post to try to get them not to send the stupid crate to you. It weighs almost an entire day on a Saturday because that's what they send it out. And of course you can't really reach anyone that can actually help you. And in the post office wants to charge you to stop at in transit. Never used this company services they will screw you over.
