Loot Crate lootcrate

I got sent a crate with the wrong shirt in the box. OK, no big deal. I asked them if they could fix the problem. I'm a female and I ordered a women's XL. They wanted a picture of the item. Fine. I assumed it was for proof and not just someone trying to get a free shirt. So I sent their "support team" a photo of the huge unisex tee I got.
They got back to me with some story about all of the shirts for that month being like that. OK... so send me a shirt that is a women's XL. I don't care what shirt it is but I paid for the crate. I want a shirt I can actually wear.
Nothing. Nadda. No fixing the shirt. No refund. Nothing.
So I cancel my account and future crates.
They decided to send another crate two months later, regardless of my canceling my account and removing my billing information.
They billed me and threw my bank account into the red. Customer service number? Nope. I find one here. Sorry. You can't talk to a live person. Either leave a message or email them. They can choose whether or not to respond to you. There isn't much of a team to speak of, apparently. So I sent an email. I demanded that they fix their screw up. I took my billing information out of their system. So they used a bank card that they had in their system from a crate I got two years ago. Awesome. Just awesome. I now have to pay an overdraft fee as well as the 23 dollars to cover the cost of the crate they billed me for. Do not use Lootcrate. Their website is unreliable and their "staff" doesn't give a crap about their customers.

I ordered a crate and got the wrong size shirt! They sent me replacement shirts 3 times - all the wrong size again - before finally telling me that I would never get the correct size, so I had to pick a different shirt. Then, after sending me another wrong size shirt, they replaced it with the same shirt from the crate I got the month before. Garbage Company!

Loot Crate purchases not received

I became a LootCrate customer in early December. I ordered two crates to be sent as Christmas gifts for two teenage family members. I never really got a confirmation of delivery but assumed so. Then in March I decided to use the service again to purchase items for my son's 14th birthday. I ordered the items at least 6 weeks before his birthday and had the shipment sent to me so I could personalize it. The original email with my purchase order gave an approximate 2 week delivery date. At the end of May, well past his birthday, I still had not received the shipment. I reached out to the "help center" which was no help. It took more than a week to get an email response to my status inquiry. In my inquiry I was concerned about missed delivery or incorrect address; giving them the benefit of the doubt. The email from the "help center" was a joke. Telling me they ship the items when available and the items I ordered were at a warehouse...THEIR WAREHOUSE! IN THE STATES! And that they would "go ahead" and ship my items from that location A.S.A.P.
Why wouldn't it had already been dispatched from there. And why is this other location, that mind you belongs to them, be an issue?
So unsatisfied but hoping to finally get my son's long overdue gifts, I accepted that the items would be shipped in a timely manner. Here we are at the end of June and still no shipment. Now I am questioning whether or not my Christmas gifts were ever received. But, conveniently for Loot Crate, none of my purchases even show up on my customer profile on their website.
I wish I had just went to Hastings or Spencer's Gifts. I would have what I want, probably cheaper, and tangible; instead of the falsities Loot Crate sells.

Loot Crate non delivery of 2 months subscription

Paid full subscruption for 12 months. Received tracking numbers for March and April packages, but have had no delivery to date. Trackung only states in transit to Australia. When inquiring only get the same response on email. Wait 2-4 weeks, if not received contact them again. And so the circle goes. It has been 2 months already and no luck. They take credit card payments but do not deliver.

Loot Crate loot crate anime customer service

I tried repeatedly to contact customer service by email and phone to be sure they updated the shipping address on a loot crate gift subscription I had. Unfortunately the recipient of the crate passed away and I wanted to be sure NO future shipments would arrive at the families home. I explained this in detail in emails and by phone. Not only did I have to wait 2 weeks for an email response - the response I received must have been automated or written by a really stupid representative as it just stated - sorry please update the forwarding address with the USPS ! Seriously?!?!?
Seems they only know how to process your payment - not help. Way to drop the ball big time and in such a sensitive case . Very disappointed . Will never use this again and will share this story with anyone interested .

Don't buy from loot crate ! Massive rip off and not worth the money. you would be better off going to the store to buy your stuff. at least you know what your getting.

was promised an amazing crate, I didn't get it .

False advertising all the way!

after waiting for several months I didn't get what I ordered.

promised 4+ items, T-shirt and bonus gift . what I got was a box of pathetic items that I wouldn't spend $10 on.

horrible customer service and lack of support.

hopefully you read this before you sign up.

Loot Crate crates and subscription charges

I canceled my subscription months ago and they are still sending crates. I even deleted my credit card and parts of my address so they will not be able to deliver the crate. Do you still sending it. What's wrong with them? No one answers the only phone number there is. No one replies to email sent or the contact customer support messages sent. What's wrong with them? What's worse is that you have to call both FedEx and ready post to try to get them not to send the stupid crate to you. It weighs almost an entire day on a Saturday because that's what they send it out. And of course you can't really reach anyone that can actually help you. And in the post office wants to charge you to stop at in transit. Never used this company services they will screw you over.

My account was canceled. My money was not supposed to be taken out because of the cancelation my hope is that we can resolve this quickly so we can move on my number is [protected]. Loot Crate how to get some money back from loot crate

was able to get 1/2 refund of my order that was suppose to be guaranteed delivery by Christmas showed up mid January. Don't let them keep your money if they break breach of sales and guarantees.

lootcrate seems to ignore papal requests/cases so if you had an issue with an order and lucky enough to have paid via paypal submit a paypal ticket.Then when they don't reply in 30 days you'll be asked how much money you want back which also gets ignored and you'll just get all or partial money back on your order.

suck it lootcrate your bad customer service at least PayPal's is good

Loot Crate stay away from this website

Please, don't order anything from them unless you like to get orders with missing items and wait forever for them to be sent again.
This service is not customer-oriented, they don't care how you feel after you open a package and see that some of the items are missing. No one wants to spend their time on hassling, but they have to because the money was charged and they just have no choice.
Saying this because I know this feeling. Because I went through the same experience and it was like hell on earth. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone at all, not even if it was my worst enemy. No freaking way!

Loot Crate loot crate

My elderly grandmother who can barely speak english bought me a loot crate once, and they have charged her card over and over despite cancelling the subscription numerous times. We even canceled the card and they still called her and then lied saying that she owed them money and would be in legal trouble if she didnt give her new cc info over. When we tried to call they would not answer the phone, when we tried to make contact on fb they blocked us. Do not use this company they will steal from you.

Loot Crate loot wear and wizarding world

I received email with tracking inf on both of these crates the wizarding world was suppose to be here today the last track of it was on December 11 and no updated since then the loot wear was tracked to Georgia on December 5 and no further update these are November crates not December crates I have NEVER had this issue with you before. Someone needs to contact me immediately and give me an answer or I will cancel my subscription because this is ridiculous

Loot Crate 1 month service billed multiple times.

ordered 1 month non recurring gift and they charge me again.looked in my account and no current sub so cant say i was sneakily put on some thing i have to cancel.they only have 1 month 3 month 6 and year sub so why am i being charged again.only way of contact is via email.this is clearly a biz scam.i hope some agency fines them this is not user error or didnt read fine print.

Loot Crate subscription

I purchased an annual subscription to loot crate for my daughter and the packages quit being delivered after around 6 months. Not only did they not fulfill the first subscription, but they had the nerve to bill me for another year. Now this could simply be some kind of mistake, but try and reach them to discuss it. Total joke! You can email them but if they choose not to respond to you well to bad!

Loot Crate loot anime unauthorized purchase

So as of right now, I've been overdrafted for a canceled subscription to lootcrate and I'm trying to get any contact information of a phone number so I can settle this claim and get my credit back, it was authorized on 11/10 and I had bought my original lootcrate on 10/26, giving little to no room to settle my own billings. I won't even be getting my second payments worth of an item since I was forced to cancel as soon as possible so I wouldn't be charged again. Loot Crate rude employee of customer service

It's the third time I'm trying to tell the employee
Erson U. (J.K. Rowling's Wizarding World Crate) I signed the payment of only one Crate, for just one month($ 46) and I have to be certain that I will not be charged any expenses because I cannot afford it.

Loot Crate wwii limited edition

I purchased the World War II limited edition Loot Crate on September 23rd. This is my first time purchasing a item from the company. I did not receive any type of confirmation, email or shipping information for my order. I looked over their website and learned that my shipment should have arrived to me the following month in October by the 30th. When I still hadn't received it by the 2nd of November I left an email on the website. 2 Days Later when I had not gotten a response I left another message. Between then and now I have left 4 emails and one voicemail and I still have not gotten any response back nor have I received my order.

Loot Crate lootcrate past due/reaccuring bill payment

I recently got a monthly subscription to lootcrate and was unable to pay October's bill of 21.99 and I see lootcrate randomly tries charging the account to see if the payment would go though and recently the charged my on point account 21.99+30.00$ on the 11th of october and it made my bank account negative -50.00$ I would like a refund of the 30$ and an explanation on why the charged 30$ in addition to the 21.99 monthly payment

Loot Crate unauthorized charges to my checking account

Have tried repeatedly to cancel subscription yet products keep coming and charges keep showing up in my checking account. Subscription needs to be cancelled and my checking account refunded or my attorney will be contacting you. I'm aware of others in which this is also happening so I'm thinking a class action suit is most definitely possible. Loot Crate unauthorized credit card charge

I'm writing in regards to a Loot Crate charge to my credit card. This happened approximately a month ago with a few other charges that we believed to be fraudulent. We contacted our credit card company and reported it, a case was opened and a new card issued. Today I checked my credit card and found another charge from Loot Crate. I want whatever subscription that is being charged to this credit card cancelled!

I am in the same situation I have filed a fraud claim to my direct bank and as of the moment my case is being reviewed I am also trying to take some extra steps to ensure that they don't keep charging my direct account. This is a disappointment and shame of the company, I expected more dignity from their service.

I purchased a 1 month subscription for September through PayPal and noticed that I was charged twice. Once through PayPal and then another through Loot Crate. I'm very confused about this and definitely don't want to pay over $40 for just one box! I don't believe this happened the last time I did this, so I don't really understand what's going on! I'd like to receive a refund for one of the charges.
