resolved to the customer's satisfaction
As a trusted non-profit organization for over 35 years now, we at Longwood, Inc. are well aware of what it takes to provide excellent products and services. As our online business has steadily thrived over the last 10 years we have also become increasingly aware of many internet-based scams that have threatened the likes of our potential customers. One unfortunate result of these scams is widespread panic and paranoia. We would like to state here that Longwood Industries is not a scam. We understand we will never be exempt from complaints. We will make mistakes, and we will make amends. With the online presence that we have we will also continue to do our part to increase awareness and educate our consumers regarding the scams of which we are aware. As you do your due diligence in researching our company or any other company, we would suggest that you put your own filter on what you read...
Ask yourself a few questions:
(1) Did the person filing the complaint ever actually use our services?
(2) Is the complaint about something that actually took place or something that they were afraid MIGHT take place (just paranoia)?
(3) Is the complaint about a service provided or is it about telemarketing? Most telemarketing complaints against us are unjustified. We abide by all telemarketing regulations and strictly maintain an internal Do-Not-Call List. To have your number applied to this list, please call [protected].
We are available between 9am-8pm, Monday-Friday, to answer any other questions you have. Please do not hesitate to call. We will be happy to assist you.
