Longs Drugs Pharmacy

Why can't pharmacy call another to see if they have the meds in stock? What happened to customer service care? At least make an attempt to call at least 1 other place, instead of us having to drive 4 different places? Or let us know we had the option of having our doctor call the pharmacy to see if you had it in stock? This was Longs Kamehameha ctr

Desired outcome: Make it easier for pts to find out if there's supply or if it can be ordered... don't brush them off. Especially if they're elderly

Longs Drugs Product/service I file a complaint on money order machine that's been out of order for 3-months.

I'm filing a complaint on the money order, that I usually purchase at Machine at the Pearlridge Center-Longs Drugs Store. For 3-months the money order machine has been broken and out of order, every time I call the Pearlridge Longs Drugs Store and is connected to customer agent and to ask if the Money Order is up and working, I always get the same answer they need to get someone to fix the money order machine.

Desired outcome: Please just get the Money Order fix

Longs Drugs 24 hours sign is always on. But they are always closed by 1 am.

I work nights and everytime I get off of work at 1 am I usually stop by the kahului location in maui mall to get something I need to make my late dinner. This is literally the 14 time I have come here around this time (1am -3:00am) when their open light and 24 hr sign is lit up. But the doors are closed! Either take down the 24 hr sign and quit falsely advertising or follow through with what you advertising.

Longs Drugs 1 angel soft bath to 23os $13.99

I Told the Lady at register #2 (ERNA)
Trn#1303 cshr#0845379 strd9259, that I had $12.82 left in my card and I'm paying the rest in cash, I'm waiting for her to tell me how much more I need to pay, she tells me "the payment is already done".
I get home, check my balance and now it's -$1.83.
What can I do?
How can this matter be resolved. I need help, can anyone help me.

Longs Drugs Discriminated against because of the color of my skin also I was threatened and kicked out of the store.

On 4/02/2021 at around 8:11pm at longs drugs store #09877 in lahaina Hawaii 96761. I was simply trying to send money through Money gram making a business transaction which I have been making these same transactions for over 20years at this same longs store. When trying to make this money gram transaction I was told by a longs worker by the name of Ana that I was starting trouble and she doesn't have to service me and told me to leave the store now! I was confused on why she thought I was starting trouble when all I wanted to do is send money off through Money Gram. The only reason it could possibly be is because of the color of my skin. complaint #S-3264736 with Longs drugs store corporate office for references.

Desired outcome: Ana should be removed from Longs drugs store #09877 and discipline by Longs Corporate

Longs Drugs Customer service manager and cashier

When I could've just stayed with you when you opened up againProblem I was upset already at the three customers I'm still in line because she told me to go to the other lane then she made a comment and say I didn't see you standing in the other lane and I was standing in the other lane how much would I know she couldn't transfer to another line then I asked for a manager to come by I'm about a time I'm upset so I'm trying to explain to Manager at Susan cashier Shauna tried explaining my situation I'm talking through a mask didn't quite understand me so I got my voice a little loud for me to come tone down I try to keep talking he said thank you very much gave me his name and walked away from me then he comes back to me and try and explain himself and I walked away for me it's not Customer Service but I turned around and decided to walk away again for me so I'm filing complaint against them both I feel definitely discriminated against for not being able to be helped and I need to speak to somebody my telephone number is [protected] my name is Mario Corpuz

Desired outcome: Nothing was resolved I walked out upset no apology from the manager for what he did to me just walked away from me

Longs Drugs Poorly trained or untrained cvs cashier

I have a complaint with your Long's Drugs Store at 46-047 Kamehameha Shopping Center, Kaneohe, HI 96744.

Complaint: on 14feb2021, I went shopping at above store early this morning. My wife did her usual long's shopping, while I went to look for and picked up two six packs of beer (not on sale) for my coming birthday. I got in a long line of customers and finally reached the cashier to pay for the beer. Apparently, the young cashier was young, so young (?) that he said he could not sell the beer to me! Why did (wtf) management allow an underage cashier to work, especially, on a sunday of all days? To simply ignore and embarrass their regular senior citizens. Was this discrimination because of age/race? Apparently, this must be the current cvs management philosophy because I have never had this kind of problem before with the old long's... Service was always paramount. What a transformation... What a pity... Auwe... Auwe for the locals this sucks... : (

Desired outcome: The old Long's customer service ethic that really cared about their customers :(

LONGs aka CVS has no concern for customers. The computer system makes the schedule and if the cashier is under age to ring up alcohol, they don't care. Call a manager. .. They need to remove the Longs name off their stores. they ARE NOT the LONGS DRUGS we all grew up with. When it was owned by the Long family of California they cared about their employees and customer service was vital. CVS could care less. I am a former 42 years employee.

Longs Drugs Marketing practices

In Dec 2020 CVS has started calling my home phone already 2 or 3 times with an automated message about ordering a drug. I am not currently using CVS pharmacy and do not want these calls.

When I phoned CVS pharmacy on 70S Nashville it gave me a CVS number to opt out, and that number gave me another number which gave a message that I needed to wait for 15 minutes to speak to someone. There seems to be no easy way to opt out of this CVS practice. I am being subjected to a CVS corporate decision/practice which CVS corporate initiated but will not end.

This is unacceptable. I will be less inclined in the future to shop at CVS because of this harassment by phone. I want CVS to take responsibility to end their undesired automated phone calls.

If CVS wishes to promote their business CVS should stop subjecting me and other customers or possible customers to this abuse.
If CVS wishes to succeed CVS needs to treat customers like me with respect and end these calls.

Longs Drugs Lies

Your employer Ashlyn Brown who works at 555 Kilauea ave, Hilo, Hi put a TRO on me and lied to the police officers saying she made eye contact with me and I refused to leave. My cousin Rhonda Endo was there the entire time. I have a witness and also I am fighting this case in court. Dec 9 is my next appearance. Hope to from someone before then.

Longs Drugs Poor service by luana at kaneohe windward city shopping center

Store No:9953.. Cashier:1513443. Register:12. Helped:Luana at Kaneohe, Windward City. Visited this store twice in one day, unfortunately assisted by Luana both times! She was extremely rude and definitely needs to be trained on customer service! No greeting nor eye contact. When I attempted to move my items, she raised her hand up in a scolding manner and said "Don't touch that!" I was taken aback! By the time she was done and muttered, "email receipt" I just agreed as I was afraid to even ask her to print a receipt. She never thanked me after and SHE walked away! I needed the receipt for my tax purposes and figured I would just print my receipt when I got home. My business with over 100 pride ourselves on customer service so when I received this type of attitude I was shocked. I went back to the store, again, Luana assisted and when she asked for my number, she hand motioned to hurry up! Again rude! I will drive further to the next Longs if she continues.

Longs Drugs Uncooperative pharmacy clerk

I called Makiki Long's today (11/16/20) to ask if they could include some NyQuill liqui-gel-caps with my pharmacy order to be picked up at the pick-up window tomorrow. The girl I spoke to said they couldn't check out regular-store items at the pharmacy. That's ridiculous. When I used to go into Long's, I could pay for all my items at the pharmacy cashier. If she couldn't leave the pharmacy area, why couldn't she ask a clerk to bring the NyQuill gel caps to the pharmacy to be picked up with my prescription? I'm trying to avoid going into the store and being exposed to possible Covid-carrying people. I think this girl is either lazy or ill-trained. Can you please make it possible to get another item or two through the pick-up window when someone is picking up a prescription.

Longs Drugs Pharmacy store # 9317

On Tuesday, 08 Sep 2020 at 8:30 am, I walked into the Longs drugs Store # 9317 with the purpose of receiving my seasonal flu shot. As I walked in I overheard an announcement over the PA system that flu shots were available. I proceeded to the check-in counter and gave the technician my ID and FEP medical insurance card which I already knew they have on file from previous services they have provided me. Upon completing check-in, the technician asked me to wait in the hallway. I was reluctant to wait in the hallway because for the past two flu seasons, I have waited in the same hallway and they seem to forget that I am waiting since no one can see me. I have waited between 40-60 minutes in the past with no explanation or reason as to why, other than they forgot and didn't see me in the hallway waiting. It has never been because they had a influx of customers. Today, I was the first one to check in and waited 35 mins before a nurse/technician serviced 6 other people ahead of me. I asked her if she had an order for "Wheeler", she stated no. I went back to the check-in counter and was redirected back to the hallway. I waited another 10 mins while other people got their flu shots. Then I left because I needed to use the restroom and could no longer hold it. I have rationalized their lack of attention to detail in the past, but now I believe this is a trend. This store displays lack of efficient protocols for the pharmacy as well as clear and concise communication between the technicians as well as to the customers.

Longs Drugs Pharmacy

The pharmacy in Kailua Kona on Palani street, is the poorest run pharmacy I've ever been to. I have stage four inoperable cancer eating up my right hip bone and socket. The pain is indescribable. I supposed to be prescribed [protected]@ 100 mg Er morphine. They will only carry 60 mg. The other Kong's in Keauhou, helps me every time, any way possible. I think this place needs cleaned up. The pharmacy techs are so incredibly rude.

Longs Drugs I forgot to use a $10 off coupon if I spent $40 or more

I spent $49.37 on 3/24/2020 at Makiki Longs. At 4 am today I realized that I had a $10 off $40 next purchase coupon. I spoke to a manager today, who was very professional and cordial. She explained to me that I need to bring the products back to the store and then I could use the coupon. I explained to her that I was already using the products. I did show her my receipt but she was adamant that I must bring back the products. I know exceptions must not be made but it would be kind of you during these stressful times to issue me a $10 credit. My extracare card number is [protected]. I purchased 5 items yesterday: 2 CVS hydrogen peroxide, 1 Bounty SAS 8Giant, and 2 large black drain trays. I peeled off the labels for the 2 black trays as I used them yesterday. I checked the trash cans for the labels but I had already thrown out the trash bag. Otherwise, I would've hauled everything back to the store. Can you show some kindness by crediting me $10? Longs Drugs pharmacist

Came onto Pharmacy to ask about medication cost with coupon. After 5 mins pharamist states " can you please sit down and we will run the information". Infirmed him I hadn't given her all the info to run RX as I waiting for her to write it down. He then states there are people waiting behind you. I said I understand but she hasn't written down all the info. He said please sit down. All I wanted was to see what cost would be. He was more interested in getting me to sit down when the tech was still writing down RX.

This is same pharmacy I came to thru drive thru twice and no one ever came to window to help. Wanted to know why RX went from 60.00 to 80.00

Now they are saying they never had insurance card on file which I know they did as I filled RX here in past

Longs Drugs personnel

Im complaining about an employee at Longs Drugs on Kuakini St in Kailua-Kona. Her name is Kim and she's a rude, angry and condescending person. I am a paying customer and I have choices as to where I can get my prescriptions filled and if I'm ever treated rudely by her again I will move my husband and my Prescrpitions to a pharmacy that wants our business.

Longs Drugs makaha computer down can't use coupons or rewards

After carefully shopping using my CVS App to get all my discounts, and rewards, I get to the cash register the cashier told me that their computer is down. That was over a week ago it's still down and I don't think they have plans on fixing it soon I was told to go to longs Waianae. the corporate or main office make it a priority to get someone out to Makaha to fix it. I couldn't use my coupons or my rewards. My pharmacy items were not counted towards my new rewards. I find it's just not acceptable to tell me to go to different longs.

Longs Drugs cashiers

July 27, 2019 Alexis (Cashier #1513542) shouldn't be working on register. We was waiting for 30 mins to get our things ringed up. There were only 4 registers open and had a lot of workers on the floor. Like get plenty ppl waiting in line, is there ppl qualified to work on the registers? Why hire ppl who can't keep up with jus scanning items and collecting money? Need more better customer service please.

Longs Drugs mix drink

I was in rush when I went to the store and I found sweet and sour mix drink which i was looking for, and I grab 6 of them. And when I came to work place I realize 3 of them was margarita flavor. I went back to the store an hour later and looked the section where I picked the sweet and sour and it was just mixed with sweet and sour and margarita in one section. I went to the cashier for exchange but she talked with store manager and said she can exchange the items. Man I looked up the longs return policy but there is no mention about this product can't be exchange or refund.

Longs Drugs no access to restroom

I was not provided access to restrooms when I requested to use it. Every excuse was given on June 20, 2019, as to why I could not use the restroom from "It is out of order" to "We do not have a restroom." A manager and a cashier gave contradictory information about the availability of a restroom to a shopping customer—me. No Public Restrooms is a common practices of businesses in Hawaii, but Long's? I do not understand. The CVS in Florence, South Carolina, allows shopping customers to use the restroom. Remember, some shopping customers have medical issues and may need to use a restroom.
