LongHorn Steakhouse - unethical behaviour, two different instances, filth

On Friday, Sept. 13th, 2019 my husband and myself visited your Orange Park location on 220 We were there around 12...12:15 We were sat at a booth near the bar. I don't know anyones name in my whole story here except for the cook. We were approached by a female server, young. I want to say Amber but could be mistaken. After serving our drinks she started to take our order, by memory. I told her I really wish she would use a pad and pen. Maybe old school but that's what I thought should be done since it almost every time causes a mistake. Her reply was "don't worry I got this" as we're ordering, a few unusual requests, I again said "I really wish you would write this down." Her answer to me was "I have been here a very long time and I know what I'm doing:" O.K. whether that is true or not, it should not have been her reply. So, now she's not smiling at all every time she comes to the table. As I am eating, I tell her, as a joke the order was wrong, I immediately said" I'm only kidding, just trying to get you to smile" still, nothing, no smile no nothing. When I was done I asked the cooks name because that was by far the best Ribeye steak I've ever had. She told us James. He is amazing. Now that we're done she's smiling while we get our bill. Food was amazing, service was just terrible.
Now, we were so impressed with the food, we decide to go back on Saturday, the 14th, the next night. We sat at the bar to have a few cocktails and get an order to go. It was 7:00 pm. No one at the bar, no line at the door, a little surprising. We try to sit at the end of the bar opposite of the servers station on the bar. Dirty, woman bartender, streaked hair, a little larger girl looks at us, no Hi nothing, and says move down there it's clean, 2 seats over, well no it's not, 2 more seats over, well no it's not, we end up sitting exactly where we did not want to. Serves our drinks, cleans the bar some time after that. Anyway I can't wait to get another Ribeye. So, my husband used the bathroom and the urinal has urine, on top of it. He said he's never seen anything so horrific. He didn't even tell me this until we get home and I mention how dirty the bar was. Mirrors behind the bar, filthy, the bar equipment filthy, can't even imaging what it looks like in the light. After hearing all the complaints from the servers standing at the door, about how someone got a 10.00 tip and should have got more, just all talking crap about their customers, we decided to go. I have to say at no time did we ever hear a peep out of the kitchen from the cooks. The professionalism was there with them. We get home and I can tell you James did not make my dinner. It tasted like a pot roast. I know all about how it can continue to cook in a to go container. I specifically asked the barmaid to keep the container open until it came out to me. I was pretty excited about the Parmesan spinach as I love both. It was amazing, too bad I got literally about 1/4 C. very disappointed.
I threw out the steak and ate the spinach and the Stuffed Mushroooms. I'm not kidding, the mushrooms were hard a rock even warmed up. I know how to warm up a mushroom. So with all this said, I hope the corporate office can somehow start to instill some rules on attitude and cleanliness along with the tlc a cook should have. As we were leaving multiple male servers were at the bar checking out, also just like laying on the bar. Very unprofessional. A female employee, I'm guessing new, because she was walking on glass trying to get an order to go through the bartender, now this is a different barmaid, blond hair, very rude to that girl. Just a waste of 130.00 on our second visit.
all three charges were run on the 16th 54.89...94.96...34.72

First would like to say that along with others, this is NOT Longhorn Steakhouse nor any other restaurants website. It is a sneaky website trying to be like yelp to get people going. This was intended for the management at Longhorn to learn and deal with, however they desired. If I wanted to destroy them on Yelp I would have done that. However all issues have been addressed by management.

The rugs in the LongHorn Steakhouse restaurant, at 1001 Baltimore Pike, Springfield, PA 19064 smelled absolutely disgusting, of mold and human vomit. The food served was totally disgusting, and was unfit for human consumption. LongHorn Steakhouse - food, manager, and dining room environment

On June 30, 2019 was at restaurant in Fleming Island1605 County Rd. 220, Orange Park, FL. There was a dog at the next table to ours under the table scratching constantly and licking his butt. No evidnece he was a service dog of any kind. A totally disgusting environment. The manager was called over by someone at onother table and she said that they don't have to have anything on the dog identifying them as a service dog.
Food was brought out and food was cold. By the time the mashed potatoes were brought back I had eaten most of my steak and no longer wanted them. Food was served cold. My brother's steak was cold but totally inedible full of gristle. The waitress asked the manager Melissa C. three different times to come over to our table and she refused. Waitress name was Allyssa F. and she was really good. No complaints with the waitress. Your animal policy certainly should be looked at if you allow all animals in dining room with no concern for guests. Terrible manager, food and environment.
