Ok so today I went on a quick lil lunch date at longhorn, & as we're following the waitress to our seat the manager looked dead in our face without greeting us... So I didn't say anything then! So she sat us down at a both, it was 4 boths total in our section! Now this same racist man continuously walked up/down the walk way & everytime he would approach our both he would do everything in his power to over look us (mind you we're the blacks in that section) ok that's cool! So then this is what took the cake this ignorant racist "manager" approached every both in the section asking them are they ok & do they need anything except ours🤬🤦🏽♀️... So I told my people we ain't staying in here so when he finish his drink we out! Our server came back & I said we'll pay for the drinks but you can keep the food. She said what's wrong I asked her is that man in the burgundy shirt the manager she said yes! I said well he racists af & told her what happened! She sends alan over to our table & he was sooo choked up trying to apologize (I called his [censored] out & let him have it!) he said I was going to say something & I said you lying you racist af & it's [censored]ed up! I said when you take your [censored] home tonight look in mirror, ask for forgiveness & for god to remove the hate that your have in your heart for black people bc we are here to stay & ain't nothing nobody can do about it! We go everywhere everyone else goes & if he don't like blacks he don't need to have that position & keep his [censored] in the house! I said I don't know or care what you were taught as a child, but that [censored] dead period! My daughter and I came to this restaurant for dinner. We stood at the hostess stand for several minutes watching the 2 hostesses have a conversation, never acknowledging us. The manager, Richard, even came up front, but as he told me, he was talking on the walkie and didn't see us or pay any attention to us. REALLY? Is this the new customer service approach your company is trying? After complaining to Richard about the treatment we received, we left and had dinner at Logan's. I often eat at the location in Southaven, MS where I live and really enjoy the food. However, being ignored will force me to spend my money elsewhere permanently.

On Satirday 091419 we entered the restaurant at 615 pm. We were told 30 minutes for a party of 5. I observed 2 large booths that sat full of glasses and dinner debris. 1 for 15 minutes and the other for 25 minutes before anyone attempted to clean them. This was the same thing in the bar at the hi top tables. They weren't cleared until someone wanted to sit at them. This happened twice.
This is not our first visit to this restaurant. We are local and our daughter likes to frequent the restuarant but I'm always reluctant because it's always the same thing slow service and slow seating. Another man in front of us experienced the same issue. He was told 30 minutes. At 45 minutes he asked for the manager. The female advised she was the manager and he explained the issue. He had a pager but the number came up unissued. She threatened to call the police on him if he didnt leave.
This is my first complaint on this restuarant. The food is always good but the rest needs some serious help. I volunteered to help clear tables so we could eat.
We were seated at 715, an hour later. Food ordered at 730. All food ordered dinner and appetizers because I knew it would take awhile. We were served at 805.
Not sure what else to include. Thanks for your time.
manager nowhere to be found.
Went to have dinner on 9/13/19 with a friend. The food is very good here. My problem is that customers with children came in. Now don't get me wrong I love kids but I feel that when in a restaurant you control your children. I did when mine we small, we didn't stay if my kids didn't behave. Anyway, these kids began to run around screaming and just being obnoxious. My dinner time was ruined because of it. We got up to leave and my friend said we didn't come here for this. The parents proceeded to yell they are just kids, and telling us then don't eat here. Really, still no manager to be found. One parent said [protected]@## you not once but about 3 times. Again no manager to be found. Then a mother with a kid on her hip got in my face with her finger. Big mistake I may be an older person but I do not get intimidated by this. It just pisses me off. Then a server came over and said just leave. I had to laugh and again no manager to be found. Mind you I wasn't the only one that was unhappy about it but the only one that said something. Through all this no manager to be found. I would think that the manager could have avoided all this by asking the parents to control their kids while at the restaurant. Needless to say nothing happened as the manager was nowhere to be found. Also even though I love the food I will never set foot in that Longhorn Steakhouse.
