My daughter and I came to this restaurant for dinner. We stood at the hostess stand for several minutes watching the 2 hostesses have a conversation, never acknowledging us. The manager, Richard, even came up front, but as he told me, he was talking on the walkie and didn't see us or pay any attention to us. REALLY?? Is this the new customer service approach your company is trying? After complaining to Richard about the treatment we received, we left and had dinner at Logan's. I often eat at the location in Southaven, MS where I live and really enjoy the food. However, being ignored will force me to spend my money elsewhere permanently.
