LongHorn Steakhouse service

I really enjoy longhorns, I have celebrated my birthday, my mother's retirement dinner and enjoyed dining with others. Well this past Sat 9/7/2019. I had waitress who just seen like our needs were not important. She told us things that was not correct far as the sides, she also sent my granddaughters food out early, then when she started eating she came back and took it away. Well at the end I did pay her for the meal, and after leaving out i discovered I lost my Debit card after paying for the meal. Well that was the last place I had the card and it bothers me that they say nothing was turned in. I still will continue to support longhorns because I love their chicken. I just wish I never have to encounter a bad waitress Like that again

LongHorn Steakhouse waitress being unprofessional

Today is September 6, 2019 and it is 7:32pm here in Dublin, Ga. My husband and I was at Longhorn in Dublin, Ga. We were seated by the hostess. After we were seated a group of 6-8 people were seated across from us. There was a waiter and a waitress at the table across from us knowing we were there before these people.The waitress comes to our table and say" I'll be with y'all in just a minute." We're thinking she had to walk off somewhere else and come back but she go over to the table and start taking their orders before us. After seeing this I tell my husband that I no longer want to eat here and I don't feel they should get my business because of what had just occurred. I don't remember the waitress name but the manager that is on duty is Robert Taylor. He was there and he knows that we was there because he knows my husband and spoke to him. I expect for this matter to be handled because my money spend like everyone else's money. If I arrived first then I expect service first. It was very unprofessional and I will be letting people know about this bad experience. Customer service says everything to me.My name isMickie Ross and my husband name is Dante Flanders. Typical bull crap complaint we hear from people left and right. Lady your not royalty, your eating at a fast food joint! You think the whole world comes to an end because your [censored] is not being kissed the way you wanted. You said it yourself that you knew the manager, so there's got to be some rumor floating around that your a cheap [censored] tipper. There was another table that didn't have your reputation of being a cheap [censored]. Just because you spend money in the place doesnt mean you give anything to the wait staff. Outback give them the bare minimum of $2.xx an hour and they have to make up the difference on customer gratuity to make up the difference to get close to minimum wage! Funny how people like you think the whole world comes to an end if they arent kissing your butt! Next time use some brains, just by your reaction you expect people to kiss your but when walk into the place that you just have to get on your phone and complain about it on a complaint site, get a life!

LongHorn Steakhouse Service and cleanliness

I went to the long horn on city ave and first problem we could not get seated so we went to the bar area...tables were dirty where we sat the old food and drinks where still there and no one came to ask about taking a order or to even clean the table...It was supposed to be an anniversary dinner that was so bad we didn't even eat there...We had to go across the street to Friday's even though we really wanted Long horn...My name is Kevin I can be reached at [protected] if there is anything you can do? LongHorn Steakhouse service

I was very disappointed in the service we got the other day at your restaurant. The server made many mistakes with our order and meal. Then at the end of the meal we paid with a card and she added a 20% tip without asking us. We left a cash tip for her so she got tipped double and she wasn't even worth 10%.
Very very dissatisfied.

LongHorn Steakhouse coupon

My husband and I were in this establishment on 8/20/19. I had a coupon from Retail me not for either a free appetizer or free dessert but when I presented it to the server she told me that she was unable to take coupons from Retail me not. I asked why and she said it was "a third party thing" if this is the case then these coupons should not even be available. I also feel that the server could have tried to at least somehow compensate us.

LongHorn Steakhouse Customer service & food

My brother & I took Mom out for her 81st bday, early to avoid a wait. She is disabled. At 4 on Friday we were told it would be 5-10 minute wait because they only had 2 servers. We were seated & the bartender, Jake, waited on us. Long story short, we all ordered MR Ribeyes that all came out rare to say the least. My brother & I ate the edges & figured when we nuked leftovers, it would continue to cook. Mom couldn't eat hers, looked like Carnage. Told Jake when he finally checked on us & he asked if we wanted it taken off the bill? Um, yes, so he told my mom that he couldn't let her keep it. No apologies, nothing. Said not one word to us when he dropped the bill off. I contacted the manager, Valene, & apparently I am not very important. I have emails to/from her & she has not called or replied to me as stated. This is the 2nd time our service has been less than favorable at this location.

LongHorn Steakhouse horrible service from the manager dave

We went to lunch at your restaurant as we do at least twice a week and ordered what we often order. Please keep in mind we have dinner at your restaurant at least once or twice a week as well. However, after today's experience with Dave the manager we will NEVER return.

We always order a chopped wedge salad with dressing on the side as our signature salad from you restaurant. We also order the 7 pepper steak with extra pepper and a fries and two jack and coke drinks. This is our signature meal with your restaurant to the point that our friends and family tease us about it.

Today the chef used the wrong lettuce and the presentation for the food was horrible. The fries were cold it was just a horrible experience. It took 40 min of our lunch break for the food to come and we were not happy with what we saw. I explained to Dave that the wedge salad is prepared with ice berg lettuce which makes the salad as great as it is. Dave continued to state that your restaurant NEVER uses iceberg lettuce for a wedge salad and that I am mistaking. I advised Dave that we frequent the restaurant and we order everything the same each week. Dave continued to state that we were incorrect and that he will make it the way we want however, they NEVER make it that way.

I then pulled out my phone and showed Dave multiple pictures of us at his restaurant and the food that we ordered. The salad, steak, and fries which the pictures verified are all prepared the same each time. Although Dave saw the pictures with the Longhorn cups in them verifying we were at Longhorn he continues to state we were wrong and that if I re-order the food it will be prepared the exact same way that it is now.

I advised Dave that he is ignoring the fact that we have photos and that we are advising him that we frequent the restaurant weekly. Dave took our food back to the kitchen and apologized allowing us to leave the restaurant starving and with no time to go anywhere else as we had to return to work.

I advised Dave we were on our lunch break, we were extremely hungry, and completely dissatisfied and Dave continued to say the meal was not prepared wrong even with the photos I provided proving to him that we have never had our meal any other way from your restaurant other than how the photos show.

I went online to google and the Longhorn Iceberg salad looks just like my photos. Dave treated us like we were liars and did nothing to resolve the issue. Our lunch break was ruined and now we are sitting here starving.

I only have OLD photos that I showed Dave today to prove to him how our food is usually prepared. I do not have photos from today because I DID NOT take a picture today because DAVE took the food back before I could.

Shame on Dave.

LongHorn Steakhouse odor inside the restaurant.

We visited the location in canton, ga last night, 8/14. When we walked in I immediately smelled the sour smell of dirty, wet, dishcloths. It was extremely unpleasant. I asked the server what the smell was and he said he did not smell it. Of course, he had probably been there for some time and had gotten used to it! The last time I was there a few weeks ago, the same odor was in the air. I would appreciate it if the manager of that location could be notified. I'm not the only one who could smell the terrible, stale, and sour odor. Just think of an old, smelly, rag sitting in front of you at the table... This is exactly what it smelled like. If they are using those old dirty rags to clean off the tables I can only imagine the bacteria they must also be spreading as well.
I have never complained about a restaurant before, but I normally love longhorns. I won't be going back if the issue is not resolved.
Thank you.
Refund/gift card would be nice. At least that would make the $80 dinner seem not so much a terrible experience.

LongHorn Steakhouse food steak, salmon, flatiron steaks and salad

Order the outlaw steak send it back 2x wasn't tasting right then the 3rd one was tough also cold the salad was stringy and chunks of lettuce also salmon dry .. both flatiron steaks were dry and cold also spent 100 dollars that I didn't have to spend on gross food and I go there all the time I think I'm going to have to stay away for awhile.. I mean a while ... thanks one last thing customer service SUCKS!

LongHorn Steakhouse wings

On August 12th I placed a to go order at the Longhorn in Florence SC and the wings were horrible. I asked the lady who took my order to put in a special request for as many flats as possible. She stated the wings are prepackaged and i would receive 4 flats and 4 drumsticks. When I received my wings they were warm and also i had no flats all drumsticks. The wings did not look or taste fresh.

LongHorn Steakhouse dinner

Eating dinner today 8-8-2019, I ordered sirloin 6" with rice pilaf, the steak was hot and I requested well done as I prefer this type of steak. Not everyone likes rare meat! The rice was cold! The waitress asked me how my meal was and I was honest and told her the rice is cold. The manager came over, his comment "I see you gave a well done steak. You see we have a process where we place items on the plate first and then add the steak, since you wanted well done this is why the rice got cold" what a smarties answer, this was a poor excuse. If they knew I wanted well done, why didn't they serve the rice last after the meat was fine. Disappointed with your restaurant and will never go back

LongHorn Steakhouse eating experience

Last five out of seven times in a month and a half steak overcooked girlfriend got wrong food Chili always warm sometimes cold never get any plates removed from our table have to exchange dirty dishes for my steak and entrees only remove those dirty dishes if you order a sandwich manager scenes disgusted that I've complained five times when it's clearly not my fault the steak is medium well or well done if I ordered it medium

LongHorn Steakhouse food delivery/chef

Within the past two months, I have dined in a total of 6 times! The longhorn appetizer wings are AMAZING! I have ordered them along with an entree every visit, but yesterday I received TWO wing orders that were over cooked and salty! I asked for a remake, and they came back undercooked! I'm very disappointed because I honestly didn't even want to pay for the meal, but I wanted to avoid confrontation. Later on that day I started feeling sick to my stomach, and being that longhorn was the only place I'd eaten at it's safe to say that I won't be back for a while!

LongHorn Steakhouse rodent

I AM DISGUSTED!

My family and I decided to have dinner to pass the time waiting on our connecting flight . About 15 minutes into our meal noticed a mouse running through the dining area! I alert our waitress Tina! Her only response was "Really"! We ask for a manager and Tina came back with the check! We alerted the hostess who's response was "wow" as she sat other unsuspecting patrons in the exact area where the mouse continued to run around. The manager never addressed /acknowledged it! Needless to say I will never visit another long horn steak house again

LongHorn Steakhouse unhealthy food

On Saturday, July 20, 2019, At 6:30 We were a party Of Five, at Longhorn Steakhouse we all order steak dinners there was hair in two of our orders and a roach in another which made the other sick and afraid to eat their meals. The manger Leena was very unprofessional, we told her about our complaint her response was that did not come from here was spray for roaches once a week and left us sitting at the table as if we brought the hair and roaches with us. LongHorn Steakhouse I found a bug in my salad

I was at Longhorn Steakhouse in Tupelo, Mississippi on July 12th, 2019 at approximately 12:30pm for lunch and I ordered a strawberry salad alone with my combo. When my salad arrived I was eating when I saw something moving and I looked only to see a bug in my salad. I informed the server of the bug and she said that she will get the manger. The manger came out and asked if I wanted another salad " I refused " and asked for my ticket and left. I also have a picture of the bug. You know the thing that's upset me is I don't know if I ate one or not, I will not be to quick to order a salad any more.

LongHorn Steakhouse service was poor and unprofessional

We had a party of four adults and two children, one infant and one toddler. Upon arriving at 12:50pm on Sunday, July 21st we were told it would be 15min until we could be seated so we sat on bench inside to wait. There some type of confusion at the hostess station between girls. One girl was just staring at seating chart and the other was running around cleaning tables in between greeting people. During our wait there was a dead roach on the table in corner between between benches. Our wait turned into 20minutes and a group of ladies who had been waiting before us gave up their table for us because we had children and they were not in any hurry. Once seated we gave our entire order at once to hopefully expedite getting our meal. Several times our server told us our food was "about to come out". After waiting 30 with no food and no refill of drinks the server said our appetizer didn't get put in but they were doing now and it would be no charge. I told server to please forget appetizer and just get our meals. We waited another 10 minutes and at that point I had watched several tables that came in after us being served and even getting their check. When our server retuned with no meals I told her we were going to have to leave and she very rudely told me "she can't do anything about the kitchen". So now it's been 45 minutes since our order was taken and another server brought out our meals. Needless to say this was not a good experience and it was very tense due to the fact our children were crying because of waiting so long to eat. A couple in a booth next to us apologized to us because they felt bad that they came in after us and had been served and we were still waiting on our meals. I have never filled out a complaint for any business or restaurant but I could not even eat once we received our meals from the tension from server and my children crying.

LongHorn Steakhouse server in the restaurant told my child to be quiet

My family and I were at longhorn today (July 14) around 7 pm. Myself my husband and 2 children. My son is 2 years old and was laughing at something he was looking at and as the server walked by she shushed my son and said be quiet. I could not believe that someone would do that especially in the food industry where we come to relax and enjoy time with family. I reported it to the manager on, Matt who also went out of his way to greet 5 other tables and never checked on us once. I had to go to him before leaving the restaurant and alert him about what had just happened. In a very monotone voice said "oh wow" I was expecting him to take me more seriously as I also work in the restaurant industry and couldn't even imagine telling a young child who does not understand to be quiet especially. I then told him that I was uncomfortable with her doing that and he replied " yea that's not okay" seeing that he was not going to handle the situation and did not care at all clearly. We decided to wrap up our food pay the bill and leave. I am so disappointed in the way this was handled and do not plan on returning. We thought that it would be a nice night out after a long work week. With one day off. Turns out I was wrong.

Disocredo is right. No one wants to hear that [censored] while trying to enjoy time with THEIR family. You know a little noise isn't a problem but once other tables can hear you it's time to quiet them down. Again Disocredo is correct the child would know what it meant to be quiet if YOU were telling him.

LongHorn Steakhouse carry out and manager

Ordered carry out 7/9 at 6:30 pm. Was told it would take 15 mins for two salads. Sat at the bar waiting and it was 40 minutes before I got my salads and drink. Called the manager Mathew after driving back to discover no bread and butter and sprite was just soda water. He said he would email me coupons that night. I have not received anything yet. I felt like the manager acted like he took my email address with no intentions of ever sending. I spent 60 bucks in there the night before. LongHorn Steakhouse manager service

Hi, my name is Bryce A. Green. Currently employed with LongHorn Steakhouse of Florence S.C. on 3120 West Radio Dr. We have managers here that are just not fit to be. Kathleen Welch, the manager that screws all the black cooks that she can and if she can't screw then she tries to find ways to pick at you and get you fired...(in which the case I'm in now). Then you have Mr. Dorian Sumpter, "Store Partnering manager". The one that never shows up to work, or if he does come then he's either drunk, hung over or late! Maybe even call out cause "I dont feel like coming in" (since when did that become an excuse). Ahhh, Mr. Neil Grant...LAZY. ALL of them Lazy, be it his Lazy is no match for others. We always doing his work while he either hung over or high off the stuff he be high on and he's never on time either. It's bad when your prep team is waiting at 8 am and you arrive 45 min later...multiple mornings. I haven't been clocked in on some days, I'll ask to get clocked in and the response is, "oh. We'll get it done later in the office". This has happened on more the one occasions and I'm just it getting treated fair here. I'm a year into being a newly wedded couple with 5 mouths to feed...i need some answers here please.

P.S. We've been working without AC for a couple weeks now and it's very hot at times these managers really dont care about anything but they're vacation time that they'll get a the end of the week and brag about it daily. Florence needs me Managers! Josh Hallman is the ONLY great outstanding manager there that actually cares and will help anybody with anything!
