LongHorn Steakhouse - Steaks

Yes I brought my family out to eat on the 25th of January I used to work for Longhorn for almost 3 years I know Longhorn is famous for heavily seasoned steaks we came in we all ordered the outlaw and needless to say they were full of Gristle there was hardly any flavor on them whatsoever and I know what boldly season means I was never so disappointed in all my life because I have loved Longhorn since I've worked for them and was so excited to have this steak dinner needless to say $164 later it was the saddest steak I had had at Longhorn, in Canton Ohio. The service was great no complaints there the other thing I noticed manager was not on the floor greeting all tables the way my manager was. Unless things have changed. But had the manager come around I would have been happy to show him my steaks needless to say we brought all of our steaks home. I even asked for 7 pepper seasoning on mine and got none. And boldly seasoned it was not.

Desired outcome: Refund

LongHorn Steakhouse - 10z filet

They didn't give me a refund they played me out the size of my steak they wouldn't upgrade my size so I can pay the difference just not helpful at all I'll never come back their ever I won't my refund it's burned and everything someone could get in touch with me at [protected]. This is store number 5083
They would not even give me my money back who does that the didn't eeven ask me for steak sauce or even silverware their customer service was not even professional they played me out my money for this small old steak up just paid $28 for this little old State and I could have got a porterhouse for the same price but they didn't even want to switch that over for a couple dollars extra for a porterhouse sick of ityes I'm mad as hell I want my money back or upgrader state back off the same price how hard is it for them to do that

I had went to North Canton LongHorn steakhouse and I had hair in my asparagus and I went inside because I had hair might fool and she replace the asparagus and then as I went back out to start eating the new asparagus she had gave me I also had a hair and that asparagus again so when I went in and she said she did not do refunds but she will give me a card or something and she took down my name and I don't think that that was fair enough for her to have hair in their food multiple times she even picked it the hair out the food and said yes this is hair like that's too many times for my food to have hair in it twice and I'm I think I'm just I'm just it was my first time there too I already had made one complain complain about the state to you should get that too if anyone get can give me a call back at [protected] please cuz this is ridiculous

Okay I'll complain three or four times and they sent me a gift card that was $25 and I spent more than $25 in there and left hungry and had to two times I have hair in my food one time the first time it was hair in my food in my asparagus second time it was hearing my asparagus again and then the very first complain I had was they will refund me my money okay they say don't refund money back it just going to gift card okay cool whatever I was just going to eat the food or whatever the last thing the hair and my asparagus so I took it back in there and show them they replaced it again another hair and my asparagus again she took it out said it was a hair what my name down what my email down whatever sent me a $25 gift card with $25 a yard stakes is damn near $30 I spent $32 in there so you mean to tell me that you're not even going to replace what I spent in there oh yeah longhorn is out of order$25 gift card and I spent over $30 in there yeah right definitely not satisfied still
What kind of car what kind of restaurant don't get customers that have hair and therefood together all the way togetherI could have had a whole free dinner and I wouldn't .. cared.. but $25 I even spent more then that in there

Now my asparagus has hair in it not once but twice and I still get no refunds no gift card just my name and my phone number and my e-mail that's just unpredictable that was the worst first time ever that I came to LongHorn steakhouse I have hair in my asparagus twice not one time but twice and nothing still happen I just left hungry as hell yes I am very upset very upset I am a mad first-time customer yes I am
