Initially I placed my order and sat down to wait. I observed a young lady walk in the restaurant and as she walked toward the restroom an employee told her the restroom was for paying customer and then just walked away. It didn't matter to her that the young lady was trying to tell her that she will place an order after she leaves the restroom. After a 2-3 minute discussion someone finally opened the restroom. Once the young lady received her order her fish looked like it had been sitting in the bottom of the fryer all day. When she complained the manager came out rolled her eyes at the lady grabbed her bag and walked away. Now when my order was ready it was not correct so the manager came out with a really bad attitude and said now what's wrong. She walked away and didn't try to resolve the issue. As I told the cashier that the manager has very bad customer service skills for a manager. She heard what I said and said very loud what is she talking about ain't nobody thinking about her. At this time there were quite a few customers in the lobby. This manager was very rude and should not be a representative of Long John Silvers. She should not have a managerial position. I actually wanted to ask for a full refund. I will definitely not be patronizing store #70229 in the near future

I went there Sunday 11/17/2019 restaurant #7179 we orders 3 meals took over 25 min to come with the food then the orders came out wrong had to send it back twice by them the beans were cold if I spend 30$ I expect hot food and at a reason time I could see if they were busy but they was not employees had no hussel and did not get a sorry I left unsatisfied and I am sure I was not the only one if you need to contact me my email is .[protected]@rocketmail.com thank you just needed to vent

On September 26th 2019 at 7pm I visited this store. We ordered thru the drive thru. We waited 10 minutes to get to the speaker to order. After ordering we waited another 25 minutes to get to the window to get our food. When handed our drinks the ice had melted and i asked the girl at the window for fresh sodas because it was watered down because the ice was melted. She just poured some out of cup and added ice. I then told her again I dont want a water down soda she sighed and got me fresh sodas. We parked in lot to eat and everything we ordered was cold and tasted like grease. We will never go here again. Customer service was awful, food cold and long long wait, totally not worth the price we paid.

I ordered an 8 piece shrimp dinner plus 2 pieces of fish.The meal was fine, but the service was sorely lacking.I asked for ketchup, tarter sauce & malt vinegar.The employee repeated it back to me.When I got home there was no malt vinegar, no utensils .I realize this alone is not a big deal, but it happens all the time.I have been going to las since they opened & I will have to say that the attitude of the employees has gone steadily downhill.They act like it's a real chore if you ask for ketchup etc.They are even sometimes rude.I love your fish, but am considering never coming back because of your employees attitude toward the very people who pay their paychecks.Really lousy service for a number of years & it just seems to keep getting worse.Maybe las should consider employee upgrades to get a better class of people who actually care about good service because that's what u are selling...service & your' sister absolutely terrible.

Last night we purchased an 8 piece family dinner from Armando P, the cashier. All Fish . I do not eat chicken. He asked 2 times if we wanted half fish and half chicken. We got our order and moved out of the pickup lane to check our order. Instead of 8 pieces of fish, we got 3 pieces of fish and 4 pieces of chicken. We tasted one piece and it was chicken. We got back in line and Armando insisted it was fish, not chicken. After a time of arguing he exchanged it for all fish. He was very rude and very mean. Otherwise, the new fish was very good.

I went there on September 10, 2019 around 4pm. Only one person was working. Waited approximately 8 minutes for service. The register was down and was give my receipt written in pen on a slip of paper. Order 2 piece chicken and fry meal. The soda machine was out of ice. The ketchup dispenser was broken. Given my food to go even tho I ordered dine in. Opened my order and was given fish instead of chicken. Didn't bother saying anything as it would've taken too long. Just ate my fries and left as two other customers were waiting for their orders. Very disappointing experience. Haven't been in years and will never go again.

I can't believe we were the only other people in there and still took over 1/2 hr to come out n when it did it was well overdone..won't go back there. I was very very disappointed. I usually love long John's but now I am rethinking it. It was a totally terrible experience especially because that's where my fiance wanted to go for his birthday. What a bummer

My Order was horrible, the Chicken was dark orange from either sitting all day or being over fried, It was so tough, and had a bad greasy taste to it. it was impossible to even bit off a piece of it, the hushpuppies were so tiny and the Coleslaw was bitter and tough, overall, It was a horrible meal that could not be eat and had to be thrown away because we lived to far away to return it.

We ordered 12pc Chicken and 2 piece fish with husppies to and got home and order was incorrect and missing hushpuppies . We went back to store which is 9 miles and the manager was rude and not accomadating. Several other customers were complaining also due to raw chicken. This is not acceptable. I spent over $30 and have worked in the restaurant Industry for 20 years a mb d I expect some action to be taken immediately.

The cashier at the window assured me the reason for the long wait for my order was due to the freshness of the fish and grilled shrimp. He assured me the food was fresh. Because of this statement I did not check my order prior to driving off. When I arrived home I discovered a piece of Fish was not edible. It was overcooked in appearance and I could tell it cooked in grease a second time. Its consistency was hard and grease soaked. Due to the distance of my home, I did not return to the store.

Ordered fish/chicken/shrimp platter, $9.49 and clam meal, $7.99. Showed girl the coupon before I ordered. After I ordered the $9.49 platter, she told me the coupon is not good for the platter and I wound up paying full price. Coupon does not state what meals are accepted. A meal is a meal, especially for $9.49.
I feel there should be some compensation

Long John silver has pulled their advertising from Tucker Carlson on Fox News for exposing the "white supremacy" hoax of the Jewstream media to demonize and attack white people in this nation. I am not a big Fox News fan, in fact all mainstreams media is run by lying Zionist Jews but by doing this Long John Silver has made it clear in no uncertain terms they support Agenda 21, the Kalergi Plan and demographic replacement and genocide of whites in the Jews New World Order neo-fedualism serfdom plans so I suppose LJS is also pro slavery. You people are disgusting cowards and people that know what is happening in this world will not forgive or forget.

Monday, 8-12-19 @ 630 pm. Went thru drive through out of French fries. I live 15 minutes away. Got home with food. Worst food ever. So bad could not eat it. Fish burnt and greasy. Hushpuppies appeared to be soaked in grease. I dont think that I will ever eat at Long John Silver again. Whoever sent this food out should be fired because I know that they dont give a damn about food quality. Only 2 employees in the building and no other customers should have told me what I needed to know. I anticipate that this store will not be in business much longer.

building is in need of repairs inside, flor has cracks that are holding dirt and grease, walls has torned paper all over sitting area, tables and chairs are worn out with cracks and tears, the codiment and drink area is dirty. disc player music is out of order.food wa soo greasy could not eat. service was bad, waited twenty min for order. not but three people working, at six pm long johns headquarters needs to visit store 32085. it;s time to do something with thie store before someone gets sick from the fifth. date of visit 08/10/2019

Service took over 20 min. Then finished meal before I got my freeze drink. Said something to the csr. Who then gave me a snotty come back. Finished entire meal before finally brings half the cup to me! The chicken was the good thing about the whole exp.i will not bring friends and family here. The service was more then terrible. Plus it was filthy-

When my girlfriend went in to order food from LJS there were 2 guys who sexually harassed my girlfriend while she was waiting for her order. The 2 guys were hanging out with the cashier who took my girlfriends order and laughed while my girlfriend was being sexually harassed. The cashier who's name was Kajori seemed to think it was funny. When my girlfriend told me about the sexual harassment I went in and asked for the manager. Who then took up for the 2 punks and told me to leave. Needless to say I or my girlfriend will never recomend anyone spend their money at the farmville VA location. I was furious that about the 2 guys making vulgar comments towards my girlfriend and even more angry that the manager on duty took up for them and the employee "Kajori" who thought it was funny. I will encourage my girlfriend to file a lawsuit against LJS for this. Maybe then LJS management will take their job of providing a safe and professional atmosphere for their customers.

Everything in the order was not completed. 2 of the plates were missing chicken, fries & hushpuppies. The service was very poor, I didnt even know where to get my food when they called my #. The shrimp were not cleaned properly. I attempted to talk to the guy whom prepared my order & he said I'll be right w u, the entire time I spent waiting he never got to me!. I was hoping for a decent meal for 30.00 but no, [censored] service & crap food! I'd like a full refund because nothing was done to solve my issue, I paid for my order & did not get a complete order. Food was disgusting a cold! People whom came after me were served first! I want this address & a refund! Oh and the entire restaurant was filthy, who are they paying to work there?

I purchased a 6 piece crab cake box on Fri July 12 . I got home and ate two of them, saving the rest till later, and spent the next 3days with food poisoning. I was violently ill Fri and Sat and very shaky on Sunday . I know it was from the crab cake because I hadn't eaten anything else that day. I don't save receipts from fast food restaurants just as most people don't save theirs. I reported this to the store on Monday when I felt good enough to go in and explained my situation and asked for the return of my $5. but was told that without a receipt they could do nothing. I've called 3times to your "customer complaints " phone number for the past 2 1/2 weeks and haven't heard a thing back so far, hence the necessity for this letter. I'd appreciate some form of response acknowledging this email and a solution to my complaint.

My wife and I ate at this location tonight. This was out second visit. We like LJS and have enjoyed many other locations over the years. HOWEVER, this location gives your chain a bad name. The floor was slick with oil (greease) and obviously had not even been swept in a while as there was trash under the condiment counter.
The sidewalks out side desperately need to be power washed, and the inside appeared to be, at best, dirty. Around the baseboards in several places there was damage that is now full of filth.
Your staff was more interested in listening to the radio, than in waiting on customers.
Ironically, this is a great location for your store --but the lack of detail upkeep cheapens the whole presentation. The store is, in a word, Junky.
to sum up this store isn't helping your corporate image. There is no malice intended--but you can do better than this. James Bailey
