Condition of lease trucks
The following is an email I sent to Lone Mountain regarding the multiple issues: Invoice copies are available.
Yesenia;
As we discussed, here are the invoices of all the breakdowns since I leased the 2016 PB 579. I have also attached a spreadsheet detailing the repair costs, amount covered by the warranty that I purchased, rental truck and towing costs, and the amount the down time cost me (when operating properly, the truck makes a minimum of $1, 000 a day before expenses)
The truck currently has 444, 191 miles, which is not considered middle aged for a heavy duty truck. Of course some maintenance and repair issues are to be expected with any truck, new or used. But had Lone Mountain performed due diligence in examining this truck, its mechanics could have easily detected the major defects, especially the Transmission, Exhaust Manifold, and ABS Harness. The mechanics who did the repairs told me that these faults were present at the time of lease, but were cleared by Lone Mountain. Simply put, you were aware of these defects, and you leased me the truck anyway. Here is a summary of what your deceptive business practices has cost me has cost me (see attached spreadsheet and invoices):
Repair Costs $26, 558.07 - Warranty Coverage $9805.97 = $16, 752.10
Lost Time and Truck Rental $17, 500.00
TOTAL COST: $34, 252.10
I know the lease has me bound by contract, and I have already paid for the repairs. But rest assured that I will make it my business to post this information everywhere I can to prevent other drivers from leasing trucks from Lone Mountain.

The truck broke after the first trip and the owner didn't want to pay for the repair
I saw the advertisement of Lone Mountain Truck Leasing and after I spoke with the rep, I have wired money for the truck. These guys persuaded me to buy the insurance as well, which was additional $700 per month. I have paid $3, 000 per month for the truck only and they stated that the truck was in perfect condition. However, the truck was towed after the first trip and it was nightmare to deal with this owner. He didn’t want to pay for the repair and asked money from me.
Lone mountain truck has a long history of doing this. Document everything and all contacts with them. Save all receipts and mail from them. Go to pacer monitor and look up cases involving Cresco capital and lone mountain.
I am trying to find pacer monitor... but no luck. Can you direct me please.
This company replaced air compression incorrectly
The company Lone Mountain Truck Lease replaced the air compressor and after two weeks I noticed that the compressor and truck was in oil. I went to the nearest shop and the mechanic said that the compressor was replaced wrongly. I immediately call to the company and started to yell at the owner, but this guy didn’t care and he said that he would pay for the repair. He hung up and I didn’t call him again. The worst company and their services are unprofessional.
The truck was awful and I could do nothing about it
People, be aware. The company Lone Mountain Trucking Co Cresco Capital Lenders are the worst and completely dishonest. They offered me to sign the contract with them and sold me the bad truck. But now I have no possibility to return this truck or to repair t as well. They were rude with me, when I told that the truck was rubbish and they couldn’t sell such cars. The rep yelled me and was completely unbearable.
