I recently tried London Weight Management's EZSlim treatment. This treatment focuses on reducing fat in specific areas such as the tummy and thighs. The sessions were comfortable, and the staff was really friendly and supportive.

However, I was expecting to see noticeable changes in my body a bit sooner after a few sessions. Despite attending multiple sessions, I didn't observe significant differences in my body shape. I hoped for a quicker impact on fat reduction.

Overall, the treatment offers comfort and friendly service. Yet, for those seeking faster visible changes, it might require a bit more time than anticipated.

Hello, during my visit to London Weight Management, I noticed a strong sales vibe. While I understand the need to promote services, a more laid-back approach would create a nicer atmosphere for everyone. Finding a balance between sales and comfort would be appreciated. Thank you!

I wanted to share some feedback about my recent visit to London Weight Management. While there were aspects I appreciated, I felt slightly uncomfortable with the emphasis on sales during my visit. It would be great if there could be a balance between promoting services and ensuring a comfortable experience for customers.

Additionally, I believe there's room for improvement in explaining the services more thoroughly. Clearer explanations would enhance the overall experience for customers like me.

Hi.. Good day.. Recently I went for free treatment in kepong branch and they brainwash me and my daughter by offer rm888 package on 20th december 2023, I pay rm500 and my daughter rm100. When register they never mention any terms and condition and they never talk about anything. Once I told I couldn't attend the slimming program and told them to refund my money back, they mention cannot do any refund. My question is why never mention anything before and if a person doesn't interest means why still forcing to attend it?

I really not satisfied with this program.. Kindly please refund my money. Dont cheat people money. Rm500 not small amount.

I went to LWM for 2 times free offer. But after 1st triel they ask and fouse to take the pakage almost spend 2hrs. After that they ask to take another pakage to total is RM8000+++. I already done almost 23times but no any result even 1%. Now they melt the mind untill i took another 1pakage is RM5000. Now request and waiting for refun. Its really same like *casino* 1s enter difficult to out from this place. They keep on ask use to take the package.

I took a package on weight loss and painless treatment when signing up, but then after the treatment was painful and hot, when I told my staff, she kept saying this is what I asked for and didn't want to talk to me. The first time, they will talk very nicely, but after that, don't bother. I left a message on my incomplete package that I took twice for a better outcome. but the staff never got back to me at the Woodlands Civic Centre. The one who was in charge of me was Rachael. 

I would say do not take any packages from London Weight, but I recommend Body Perfect. It's very good and the outcome is seen.

I saw LWM's ad on facebook and signed up for their 2x free trial. Just wanted to give it a try. When I went there, the nutritionist briefed me on the steps of the free trial. Finally, she briefed on the packages which was available & asked me to sign up on the package. She then kept lowering the $ and eventually requested me to only sign up on the membership package which it seems was on 50% discount. So, I agreed to sign up for it. All these happened before my trial programme. The trial programme only lasted for half an hour I could say (in the ad they mentioned it was 2 hour). Later after my trial session, I was sitted in a room & the nutrinionist was [censored]ting about exercises basically don't make people lose weight but their product does! Then she again forced me to buy the additional packages of 5 sessions. And I did. Then the manager/supersisor if i'm not mistaken came into the room & asked why 'why don't u upgrade your package, and I will give free this & that'. So I refused. And then another 2 person came into the room & rudely asked me 'this much also u cannot afford to pay monthly'? I said I have few other stuff to look after as well. Then they kept pushing me and never let me leave the place! This place really con people's money. Why they don't understand, 'if someone says NO its a NO! Coming back home, I got screwed from my husband for signing up those packages.

I visited LWM at AMK outlet only wanted to try out their trial womb care massage during early month of year 2020, prior to the Covid-19 CB period.

Ended up I was being hard sell by a Consultant named Ms Ann to signing up an unneeded LWM package at S$7,251.36 without even any measurement taken nor tailor-making the package to suit my body needs. Please note I do not have any weight problem at point of signing up.

I visited AMK outlet again after the CD period to enquire more details about the confusing purchased package as I was unsure of the package signed since I did not notice seeing any sales or purchase agreement being given to me. I was told that it was a slimming package which I was not aware of and other LWM Consultants mentioned that I’ll need to wait till the return of Ms Ann from Malaysian to clarify on the actual nature of the package,

During the few visits, I was again been persuaded to fork out another few thousands to purchase the LWM detox coffee, in which I was rejected the request to use the already paid S$7K+ to deduct for the coffee purchase.

FYI - I was an old customer of LWM which have not visited LWM for 10+ years and still having balance slimming package not yet utilized.

I have filled up a Sales Refund Request Form for $5,000 with Ms Ann on around date in Nov or Dec 2020.

I was only given the repeated answer “need to wait” each time I checked up with AMK outlets. Ms Jenny did not follow up nor update me further after my What’sApp text to her on 3 May 2021. She stopped replying completely after my text to her on 24 June 2021.

Since I was not getting any reply from the AMK outlet, I called up LWM hotline on 29 July 2021 to feedback on my long pending matters and was attended by Ms Jolene Su. She was very polite and promised to get the PIC from LWM to contact me.

I contacted the hotline number again on 11 Oct 2021 after getting no respond from my previous call. It was Ms Jolene Su again and she was very surprised to hear that I have not receive any return call yet.

Thereafter one lady called up and identified herself as the PIC for both AMK & NEX outlets and promised to help resolve the pending matters.

However, to my disappointment, nothing was done nor follow up any further, other than helping to arranged delivery of 6 boxes of my pre-purchased LWM detox coffee to my house.

As such a reputable Company in the weight management industry, kindly do resolve the long pending issues and not just staying quiet. Please settle it professionally.

I have schedule an appointment with one of the staff from London weight management. However I am unable to make it due to my period came unexpectedly. When I wish to postpone, she seems sarcastic in her reply. This made me doubt the customer service from London weight management. I do not even want to attend anymore

She mentioned “a lot of customer suddenly come mensus this month”

I mean What is she trying to imply from this statement ? It felt like an indirectly insult

Ipoh branch...my consultant name Celeste...she provided a poor after sales services... Before signed the treatment package and after signed are totally different faces...I called up during the PKP in Ipoh and asked for any alternative plan to convert some of my treatment to be able me to mentain my weight even not be able to do treatment in the center...she provided nothing and the way she is doing are destroying the company images...as a servicing line...I believe that you are always wanna to provide the best for the company but not letting your staff make her own decisions by pushing the clients needs...this is any unacceptable ways to doing sales...I don't trust her or London management ... She is not even bother to call me back.. although I make a few calls to the center and keep pushing me and telling she has customer to handle during then...is that the way you the management way to treat your customer?...I was telling she is the only person are in charge in Ipoh... meaning I have no others choices but things must get back to her hands while she is the only person in charge in London management...

I signed up with London Weight Management (LWM) for 30 session's treatment early February this year. This has cost me RM 10, 300 for 36 months of installment with two different banks. I wasn't intent to sign up so many sessions initially, because I do not have weight problem. Eventually, the staffs were so keen and started to takes turn to telling me many bad things about my body and tried to persuade me to sign up for more sessions. This is how I end up with 30 sessions of treatments!
I have been there only 3 times for treatments, of cause I did lose a bit weight on the spot which definitely water. My last visit to LWM was on 7th march-20. I stopped visiting LWM since MCO until now. Not only because they were not in business during MCO, but when LWM were back to business on April/ May, a lady name Yvonne (the branch manager, Melaka) started calling me for appointment very frequently. I understand that she was just doing her job, but this is really annoying.
During this critical period of time (Covid-19 pandemic), every time she called, very patiently I told her the same thing- "I don't feel comfortable and safe to come at this period of time; I will call you for an appointment when I wish to come". I believed she heard what I said but actually she was not listening! She kept telling me LWM has SOP……. (Good SOP can only act as prevention but will not guarantee there will be no risk of infection! ) Covid-19 had affected everyone globally; people are alert in protecting themselves the best way they can.
During the signed up LWM told me I can come for treatment any time I wish to, but till 26th October-20, this lady call me again and this time she told me that I must come for a "renew" since I have stopped visiting for 8 months, otherwise the customer has to go to KL (LWM) ! I don't understand what "Renew" is all about, and what does she mean by have to go KL! This had never been told during my signed up with LWM!

Since I cannot complied with what she called a "renew" at this critical moment, I told her that I wish to terminate the remaining sessions I have left (27 sessions) and to get a reimbursement, she ignored my request and ask me to reconsidered to come for the "renew"! On 9th November-20, the first day of cMCO in Melaka, she called again and this time she really pissed me off! On 10th November-20, again I request for termination, I've send her sms regarding my request, this time she just dropped me a line saying that "No you cannot, because you have start coming for treatment! What kind of nonsense is this! With this kind of service quality, isn't that consumer has the right to request for termination!? I try to call her on the same day but she was not picking up my call and I did drop her sms to ask her to return my call yet she ignored it again! What kind of service is this? … Is this how LWM trained their staffs?
I don't wish to get any services provided by LWM anymore; I want to terminate whatever sessions I still have and to get my refund back.

I am a long customer of London for many years. I purchased a few packages in london mines outlet. However, I sustained a bad ankle fracture recently and will need a long time to recover fully. I would like a refund of my money. Due to my injury, it is risky for me to come to a place like london with poor lighting, steps & wet floor. I would like to stop all my treatment in london & get back at least some of my money. Hope to get a reply from you.

Hi, I'm trying to contact all the numbers from website to seeking help to cancel my package which I'm not interest due to covid situation, I'm also facing financial issues, I never use any of treatment from the package that I sign up for, I really need refund badly, hopefully someone will assist me on this, instead of giving contact numbers which not able to reach.

I am previously a London Weight Management client with signing only S$300 - S$500 packages. After a year, I went back to finish up my final treatment on the 18 Sept 2019, in which the consultant in charge (Tiffany) will keep trying to persuade me to sign up new packages. During the treatment she will always be in the room discussing on the fats area and requesting me to sign up a new package (up to 200 times of treatment) so only I could achieve a slender body and informed me that there wont be any other additional hidden cost or no extra purchases required. She and her managers are in the consultation room to up sale the products and treatments which tentatively requesting me to take out all my credit cards to sign for the approximately S$20k packages. Due to pressure from their end, I did sign up using numerous cards as per the bank statements send earlier while lodging a complaint. A few days later, I decided to call off the transaction/package since they have a 14 days cooling off period, however, to my dismay, they informed that I am not allow to do so as I have used up one of the treatment. Hence, I have no choice but to continue going for the treatment and to bear with the huge expense monthly. After just 2 or 3 weeks later, there is no decrease in weight and they request my end to purchase their coffee and detox drink which will help in slimming and it is guaranteed. Once again, due to the pressure provided and the frequent sales talk, it causes me to sign up again as I am really reluctant to listen to all the sales talk during treatment. Hence, I have been trapped in it and the persuading of purchases is always during treatment session, they will be promoting new packages to my end and requesting me to sign up for it. However, during CB session, I felt a sense of relief and happier as I am no longer being involved in this traumatic scene. They will do a follow up as always and requesting me to continue my treatment during phrase 2 and I went over by informing them I have shifted to Ang Mo Kio (AMK) and no longer staying in Tampines. Hence, I wish to change outlet. However, to my horror, she told me in which my package only left with a few treatment session (out of the 200 times session) and if I am to transfer to AMK branch, then they will no longer be giving me additional perks (such as free treatment which I am unsure whether its true or fake). Hence, I continue with the treatment in Tampines branch. However, I felt very pressured as they will provide me new free treatment during my session and keep on selling the treatment, persuading me to upgrade or add on treatments, products which will then increase my chances of slimming. It came to my senses that all of this are sales talk which I am unable to tolerate any longer as instead of paying to enjoy the treatment, I felt suffocated emotionally. Hence, I would like to stop the treatment and request for a refund. I no longer felt this company as a professional slimming center.

I have send this issue to CASE and London weight management decided to just kept quiet. As such a reputable company, kindly do solve this issue and not just staying quite, please do settle it professionally.

I joined member for last 10 years ago at Puchong IOI mall. In the beginning the consultant was good and thereafter they keep changing the consultant with different service level provider. I'm actually not satisfied and they did pursue me. Ok then and I did get a try again. But I'm still find what I hv pay for the value was not justify what I gotten.
The consultant has been called me for few time and saying that I still hv treatment to do. I did mentioned that I don't like the service and I wanted to get my refund. Seem so many year nobody called and reply me.
I wish the London management will take it seriously and follow up of my messages here.

Providing the bad service. I joined the treatment for almost ten years. The branch in ipoh has few problems even I had made many complaints previously but the problems still there.

1) they didn't inform the client when the consultant was resigned so I didn't know who is my consultant

2) didn't follow up with the client to see either when they are coming for the next treatment.

3) irresponsible delay the treatment.
Waste many time in waiting during the treatment. Never get early preparation.

I'm a very valued customer of London Weight Management & Dorra Sliming for more than 10 years. I've spend almost Rm200k.
My complaint :
London Weight Management made me a life member for usage of sauna steam bath if I signed up their treatments which I did.
Lately i want and asked to transfer my file to their Melaka branch as I will transferred soon n wish to continue my sauna steam in Melaka.
But to my disappoinment, Nicole from London Weight Management told me to look for the consultant who had promised that n ask her. As for your information Nicole was my consultant Louise boss at the time I signed up. Since now Louise had resigned, Nichol too washing her hands off.
I expected a professional reply from her instead told me to look for a person who had resigned or make an official complaint. ... which I'm doing
now.

Another complaint is about my products purchased.
According to my records I still have
Coffee Mix 19 boxes
Detox 12 boxes
FDF. 11 boxes

But to my disappoinment London Weight Management said there is only one FDF. I told them I want to see my customer card where I normally signed when ever I take my products. London Weight Management staff told my card is no more as I've no more treatment with them
OMG what a lie ...I want them to show my card whereby I've signed as acknowledgment.
When I approached, the staff asked to make a complaint instead of showing me the proof.

What's happening to the prestigious/ international company like London Weight Management..

Please solve my problems...the reputation of your high esteem international company like London Weight Management should not be tarnished by these trival matters
