The benefits of owning, with this timeshare, are more problems than they are worth. What a waste of money.
The benefits all seem to be more problems than a good thing.
Falsehoods presented to us:
-exchanging would be easy. Not at all
-this was a smart investment and we could sale for a profit. It is impossible
And they offer no assistance even though they told us they would be there to help. They lied.
-they threatened us into making a fast decision by saying this amazing deal would go away if we did not sign then. That should have been our red light bulb but we are honest people and thought we were dealing with honest people. That was not the case.
Thomas was diagnosed with alzheimer's and we can not use it now and we have tried on many occasions even with this new information to get out and they refuse aid, help, correcting their unethical and probably illegal manner in which they did us to get us to sign up for this timeshare.

We do not trust people anymore because of this company and that is a sad thing when the consumer does not feel safe and the companies refuse to properly remedy the issues.
