Just posting up my negative logo experts review so that it can warn other people not to have their websites built by these Indian scammers.

I had contacted Logo experts back in November 2019 to build an online store for our hobby store, nothing complex, just your usual online store so you can sell products online. Through their live chat logo experts mentioned they could do everything that I needed for $899 which sounded like a great price.

I had paid them the deposit invoice to start the website, the designs they sent back were nothing that I had asked for, so I asked them to send through new designs, this went on for 3 weeks until they told me I had to choose a design, even though it was nothing that I mentioned in my brief.

So I chose a design, they asked for the final invoice to be paid before any further work could go ahead, I told them I would only pay them once my content and images were uploaded to the website as per the original quote specified, they said they had urgent bills to pay and needed to pay their developers to continue working, so i paid the final invoice.

After this I never heard back from them again, searching around online I can see that many other people have had bad experience using www.logoexperts.com.au and have been scammed from them.

Seems I have just lot $899 to these scammers and got nothing in return, do not use Logo Experts as they will RIP YOU OFF!

4 weeks ago I had paid $495 for a website to be designed and built by Logo Experts, I sent through the payment and after I sent the payment they said they will have someone get in touch to further explain.

I waited around and did not hear anything for 7 days, I called them and the phone does not answer, I have sent multiple emails with no response, I even went to their office address and it turns out they are not a real business and do not exist at the address they have listed on their website.

I thought it was a bit strange that they did not want to provide me with their ABN so I could check if they are a real Australian business, seems I have been a victim of their scam.

Luckily I was able to call up my bank and tell them about the fraud and the bank managed to return the money bank into my account.

For everyone else who has been scammed by Logo Experts call your bank up as you can still get your money back.

I had paid logoexperts.com.au to design a logo.

The brief was pretty straight forward, nothing too complex, they took 5 days to send the first mock ups which looked nothing like what I wanted to I gave them some changes, 4 days later they came back with more logo designs, still nothing what I wanted, this kept going on for 5 weeks.

Decided to pull the pin and leave them, this is when they got nasty and started to threaten me, saying they will leave bad reviews about my business if I do not pay them, started to get violent phone calls on private numbers.

So I had reported them to the ACCC and looked further into them and this is when I found out more information about them.

You will see that it says their ABN is 15317235415

Now if you do an ABN look up at https://abr.business.gov.au/ABN/View?id=15317235415

You will see that the trading name is: Magnif-Eye Lashes

I found this a bit strange, nothing to do with logo design, seems they just used someone elses ABN.

The owner of the domain name is Junaid Mansoor Ali

After typing his name into Google I found their was a forum on him at

Turns out he had another website called theprodesigners.com.au this website has lots of negative reviews online so seems they just registered a new domain called logoexperts.com.au to hide from their past dodgy dealings.

Just be careful and do not use Logo Experts.

I am being extorted for more money from Logo Experts.

Not only did they deliver an unfinished website which they are holding all of my back end credentials so that I can't move my website to a different company to try and save.

They keep telling me I need to pay them more money if I want my credentials. I have sadly already spent literally thousands with them.

I wish I had done my research. It is clear that I'm not the only one who has been scammed by these people looking at the other review on here.

Just wanting to share my Logo Experts review and experience I had with them.

The example website designs they present as past work are on a completely higher level of quality to what they actually provide.

So I decided to contact a few of the websites that they sent me examples to and turns out they never heard of Logo Experts and said they did not build their websites, false claims by www.logoexperts.com.au

They promise in their phone sales pitch that you can get a refund if they do not deliver a suitable website design, this is completely false and they refuse to offer a refund after you've paid and they
have now blocked my phone number so I have to call them via a private number just to get through.

The website I was after was just a simple 7 page website for my business so I could get my brand online and show my past work, so nothing to hard, not sure why they found it so hard.

Decided to pull the pin and went elsewhere, just be careful when using www.logoexperts.com.au
