Hi my name is Rhys Simpson I have had money taken from my account of which was 44.99 on March 2014 I have also emailed twice about this to loan zoo and had no reply I would like my money refunded ASAP as I am now in debt with my bank and may rent which I cannot afford and to be honest taken money from people who look for loans is very wrong clearly these people need financial help for some reason and charging them to use the site should not be aloud and also the fact that the money was taken within a week of using the site also is not good how are people like our selves ment to pay the charge of the site and pay back a loan please could some one contact me on sorting out a refund please thank you

I had £44.99 taken from my bank without my consent from these idiots I telephoned the same day after being put on hold for 43 mins to get through I got told to fill out a form which was emailed to me within 30 days I would get my money back the 30 days were up I was told my refund was sent 2/05/14 and will take 1-5 days but it never appeared in my bank I called again to be told because of the bank holiday I would receive it the following Monday I spoke to someone called Ben who guaranteed the money would be in by midnight it wasn't so I called back on Tuesday to be told there was a banking error and I would be refunded the same day by fast track bank transfer and I would have the money by 5.30 I called back at 5.15 and said I know they are talking rubbish and it wouldn't be there and try only told me 5.15 as that's when they close so I couldn't contact them again today, I have sent very long emails copy and pasted it and let my computer go wild I have sent 400 emails on one day the previous day I sent 320 emails and each other day sent between 50 and 100 emails I have printed them out and got copies of the 72 telephone calls I've made, they made me go £17.00 overdrawn which I've been charged for I am taking this further as this isn't just about the money anymore it's the principle of it I want to close my bank account as now they have have my details to several other company's and I don't want to get scammed again but I can't close it as then I can't get a refund if I ever even will get one! I am thinking of driving to the offices tomor and refuse to leave I will handcuff myself to something so they will have to call the police to which I will have all evidence ready to show them that they have fobbed me off for over a month am hopefully I will then get somewhere I have opened a fraud case on this and have got a crime ref from the police but they don't seem to care as people like this don't care they think they are above the law and will just re open in another name there's to many loopholes in this !! I am extremely annoyed right now

i have had the same problem with them taken money out of my account hadn't even heard of them until it had cleared out of my account. no refund either as promised by them so gonna try the small claims court for refunds under £100 cant hurt especially as when you do get through to someone its like they know everything about everything but really know nothing and its your fault. you try looking for loan zoo on the internet yes it comes up with a phone number but it really is difficult to find the website most legitimate companies if you google their name come up at the top of the page. these companies in insight prey on people they know are skint even if only for a couple of days with the promise of a small loan you put your card details in you dont get a small loan only to find out in a couple of days loan zoo (they are not the only ones that do this) have taken money out of your account. when people complain to trading standard or financial ombudsmen its often investigated these companies sometimes shut down only to be re - opened by same people under a different name pathetic really but frightening in the sense they can get away with it

If you don't have an account with them, dispute it with your bank. If you have an account with them, perhaps you should cancel it.
