I have booked a gas cylindeer on 18th of february 20008 , but I have not received my cylinder till todate. Not only that, but the dealer is insisting on a ration card for verification, which I do not have. They did not tell me of the same when i booked the cylinder.
Now Iam entirely at your disposal and seek your imidiate help.

    I have booking a gas clyinder tomo-sewa on 10/11/08
    my booking no : 2, But i have not recevied cylinder
    till to date . and Agency office phone is every time busy. no responce
