Live Nation Recent disaster concert

Hi I am a regular customer and can not believe I am making a complaint, I purchased 3 tickets to watch christina agualera sing and I was not amused and very disappointed, The opening of the concert was a good band and went off at 8.30pm, I was then left waiting as I thought Christina started at 9pm to find she was half an hour late and came kn just after 9.30pm, then her backup crew did more singing than she did she never sang any full songs she invented (pathetic), Christina kept disappearing through back which we barely saw her she was more off stage than on, Christina finished quite abruptly at 10.30pm as she left back up singers and crew on stage not announcing the backup crew were actually singing the last song .I noted times down as she was late and this is very unacceptable as I paid for 3 tickets to watch Christina sing not back up see her on stage I am not accepting this as I paid good money and it was disaster absolutely shocking .

Live Nation Product not shipped

I ordered a Bob Seger Final Tour shirt on october 7, 2019. My card was charged on October 8, 2019. I still have not received my shirt a WHOLE MONTH LATER!

I was replied to November 1, 2019 from Julie saying, "Thank you for choosing Live Nation Merchandise. What is your order number? If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to contact us."

I would NOT RECOMMEND using Live Nation Merchandise! I want my product or my money back!

Live Nation Over a month

I ordered over $200 of mac miller merch september 4th... And I haven't received a single email. Just the confirmation that I paid for it. So i'm out $200 for nothing. Ship the stuff I paid for otherwise this is illegal
I called live nation and sent me to live nation merch who said the only way to contact the people who ship my items is thru email... And those people haven't responded in over a month now. This is bs

Live Nation Pre-order complaint jonas brothers happiness begins

I ordered a Happiness Begins long sleeve t-shirt in June, and later I come to find that the order had A) been canceled and B) I wasn't notified until about 3 months later. This was upsetting for multiple reasons, I wish I would have been notified sooner so I could either buy a different shirt or just forget the incident as a whole. I would like a refund or a different item free of charge.

Live Nation Miley cyrus shirt

I ordered a shirt from Miley Cyrus website Sep.1st and it charged my credit card right away and sent me a confirmation email that said a tracking number for my order would be sent soon after...2 and a half weeks later and I still don't even have a tracking number! I submitted a ticket through her website complaining about this 4 days ago and got an email back immediately saying a human representative would contact me shortly...never happened. I then called the only customer service number I could find on the internet only to connect with a rep. from Virgina saying that Miley Cyrus is through Libe Nation in California which has no representatives via phone and that I just had to wait and see. I wouldn't even know how to try and get a refund if I wanted. Just forty dollars out the window for nothing. I hate Live Nation, as a company they are TRASH. You'll never catch me ordering from them again.

I am having the same issue. Purchased Wu Wear, card was charged, order confirmation sent... over two weeks and no product or update. Submitted ticket with no answer. Called LiveNation and was told that Wu Wear has no live customer service. Stuck and pissed

Live Nation Jonas brothers t shirt delivered late

I will never buy from this business again. I ordered my Shirt from this site at the beginning of August with the promise that it would be delivered in 5 to 10 business days, well it took 26 days to ship, but of course charged my credit card right away. I'm glad I ordered my shirt well in advance of the concert or I wouldn't have gotten it in time due to their lies about the shipping date.

Live Nation Parking

We purchased a premier parking pass for Jason Aldean concert on August 8. We got there 15 minutes into the first opener due to traffic at the venue, only to be told when we arrived at the parking lot it was full . There is no reason to spend $40 to get turned away as we were and several others . Blossom is a large venue and difficult to get in and out of, Live Nation should not sell parking passes they cannot honor . I expect a full refund

I order from janet jackson live nation store and her items are being poorly shipped..I have complained about this before and now i dont want to order anymore..I got thr metamorphosis book with the cover severely damaged and box all torn.Now mind you this vook cost 150.00.I have also ordered t shirts and posters and they just get thrown in thr box no wrap and posters bent..If someone could please get back to me about this problem

Live Nation vip nation

I bought a meet and greet VIP package from these these ripoffs for $99, naturally assuming a ticket would be included and even a good seat up close to the band. I later find out as the concert approaches that I don't have a ticket to the concert only the meet and greet.. I told them I could not afford another hundred dollars for a concert ticket and I would rather had a concert ticket for $99 than the stupid meet and greet. I contacted them and ask for a refund twice and they declined it, saying they were right in their misleading promo. Hoping they get the karma, they had coming real soon. Joe

Live Nation Fleetwood mac tuesday 18th june wembley

We were really disappointed about the poor sound quality having spent £99.90 per ticket (2tickets). We could not hear what fleetwood mac were saying and sound was tinny and faded in and out with quite a poor view too we didnt even know harry styles made an apperance! BLOCK 552 row 30 seats 362/3.

This is a band we have followed for many years and we feel the band and audience were let down. We have never complained about a concert before but feel let down on this occasion and feel we should be compensated.

Live Nation 3 week no stuff still

Now been 3 freaking weeks. was told my two items were finally going to be shipped and arriving by 8pm today (friday june 28th) via 2 different updates and what did I get instead not a thing! I got nothing but sorry your stuff was shipped later than expected. to make up for the delay we will refund your money fully and send you a western stars cover poster. idk if that delay means I won't be getting what I frickin preordered back in april or not or if I will be getting my order eventually free of all charges and a cover poster as well with it or what. but if it means no order just a cover poster thats bs. if it means getting my things eventually and a poster its nice and all but still bs

Live Nation Slow fulfillment, zero customer service, no accountability

Live Nation is somehow lending their name and operational process to the merchandise ordering for www.brucespringsteen.net and likely many other artists.
Unfortunately, Live Nation makes it next to impossible to contact them when orders are late, back ordered or not able to be fulfilled at all - which is a common occurrence.
You order from the artist's website, you get an automated email confirming your order from Live Nation, but on that email, Live Nation provides NO INFORMATION as to how to contact them - just a physical address in San Francisco and nothing is clickable. They essentially DO NOT WANT TO BE FOUND or HELD ACCOUNTABLE. If you do get someone at Live Nation on the phone, they tell you that they don't "do" the merchandise, it's FanFire or Music Today or some other small third party actually handling your order. This is utterly unconscionable for an e-commerce vendor in today's world where customer service is non negotiable - businesses sink or swim based on how they treat customers. And Live Nation might as well be at the bottom of the ocean based on this totally shady setup. Hope the artists get wise and find another way to sell to their fans because LN is not doing them any favors.

Live Nation Fleetwood mac concert 16th june 2019

My friend and I paid a considerable amount of money £345.00 each for tickets for fleetwood mac. The pretenders were on first which were great. When Fleetwood Mac came in the sound was terrible ! Very echoey and could hardly make out the words or the music. Having seen this group before 4 times I have never experienced anything so bad as Wembley. It was appalling and feel we gave completely wasted our money.

I brought 4 tickets costing nearly £700 for Fleetwood Mac at Wembley stadium Sunday 16 June 2019 the sound was so bad the reverberation and echo was like torture, , sound might be subjective to different people but this was a huge fault with the sound engineers and or the equipment some parts of the stadium had a good night but other parts people were walking out it was so bad, , we were 122 row 27 seat 295, 6, 7, 8...the sound was horrendous, , , , a refund is needed,

I preordered the new bruce springsteen western stars cd-tshirt bundle on april 26, 2019 and expectex it on the original day it came out which was june 14th and got told it would be delayed and arrive early this week (week of june 17th) and still have not gotten my stuff. Preordered April 26, 2019 was told Id get an email shen itd be coming NEVER did. Official release date came and got a delay email instead of my stuff saying itd be here EARLY THIS WEEK(WEEK OF JUNE 17TH) and expected it Monday but STILL NOTHING then got another delay email days later and it is now SATURDAY JUNE 22, 2019 & I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY STUFF. I freakin preordered the new Bruce Springsteen Western Stars CD-TShirt Bundle back in April on the 26th and was SUPPOSED TO GET my stuff the day it officially released last week on June 14th and instead received this bs delay email telling me my stuff was delayed til THIS WEEK(WEEK OF JUNE 17TH) & SHOULD ARRIVE EARLY THIS WEEK BUT NEVER CAME. It is now Thursday June 20th and I go and check my freaking email and get another f@$#%!& delay email. After the first email I hsd tried several flipping times emailing and got jack in return. In other words I got NO RESPONSE and was ignored. I WILL NEVER EVER AGAIN BUY STUFF THAT GOES THROUGH LIVE NATION. F U LIVE NATION. I WANT MY STUFF NOW MOFOS! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I preordered the new Bruce Springsteen Western Stars CD Bundle on 4/26/19 off of his Official Website and was expecting to receive my stuff ON TIME on the official release day. The last email I got said Id get an email saying I would be informed when my shipment would be on its way but NEVER got it and the new CD came out officially LAST FLIPPING WEEK ON THE 14TH & I instead got an email saying my order was delayed til THIS WEEK then it NEVER CAME. This Is ridiculous! I have ordered off the official Website Store previously and had NO PROBLEM with receiving an email saying my shipment was on its way nor any problems with not receiving my order ON TIME. I WANT MY PREORDERED WESTERN STARS ORDER NOW! I paid alot of money for that bundle and am extremely angry and disappointed I DID NOT receive it when I expected it 😡😡😡😡😡

Live Nation Fleetwood mac 16 june 2019 wembley stadium

We had seats 66 and 67 block 105 row 7. The sound quality was unbearable- it was impossible to make out individual instruments and vocals. We moved as much as we could but no better in our area. At times it was impossible to tell what song was being played. Same with the Pretenders support act. £155 a ticket plus travel and accommodation. Awful and inexcusable

Live Nation the lines at the gorge so long we missed 1/2 of a concert.

We had 3 tickets for both nights of Dead & Co. at the Gorge June 7-8, 2019. On June 7 first it took us 2 hours to get into the parking/camping lot. We got to the gates to go in at 6:15 (show start time 7:00) and we did not get in until about 8:30. We missed almost the entire first set due to a terrible set up with the lines and security. We would like a refund for our tickets on June 7 as we didn't get to see the entire show due to lack of organization and enough people working the gates.

Live Nation luke bryan show - pittsburgh, pennsylvania - june 7, 2019

The event and venue was overbooked to the point that I almost missed the show. I was not able to park until almost 8:30 after being at the venue at 5 pm and parking being a major problem. Then getting through the gates made me miss all of the opening acts due to the parking and venue situation. I would like a refund for this as I was unable to attend and enjoy an event I paid for due to the mismanagement of Live Nation

Live Nation dead and company concert in george, wa

The time it took to get into the venue, the gorge, on june 8, 2019 was out of control! We were packed into a large line 8 across and thousands long for hours! This resulted in not getting in until after the concert started and we had reserved seats! Of course from your perspective, you've already received the ticket money, so what do you care if customers can't get in? Right? The people working the security line were rude and uncaring. We will never go to the gorge again and we'll be discouraging others from going too. Terry sloan east wenatchee, wa.
