Live Lean unauthorised chargin to my visa card each month for nothing!!!

I ordered a packet of Wu-Yi tea which i did not like so i immediately cancelled any further supply, however without my consent and without me receiving anything whatsoever each month this company has the cheek to charge my visa card $19.95 us plus conversion fees. under the name livelifelean, i have now had to alter my visa card to prevent this happening as they are not taking any notice of my emails requesting to stop. as of today i am now making a formal complaint to my bank who are going to investigate and take action. so anyonewho reads this beware this company had passed my banking details onto an umbrella company without my consent and won't stop!

Live Lean would not help clear up issue

This livelifelean was charging my account 19.95 for three months straight and when I tried to call them and get this figured out I had no number to call or address to write. I did have the email listed on my account so I emailed that and whoever responded didn't even tell me their name or give a #. I asked for it and they wouldn't give it to me. Here is a copy of some of the things they said to me. They even went as far as telling me THEY DIDN'T CARE!

I'm sorry but we don't have any details from you. Could you please reply tell us where you got this [protected]@webmail.co.za? Could you also e-mail me the details of the payments of the card? You did not order anything from livelifelean.com and we are not charging your account. Go to the website where you bought something for $19.95 and e-mail them

I'm sorry, I can't help you. Did you maybe buy Wu Yi tea, because that is what the other people is complaining about. It's impossible for me to charge you anything so you can get angry with me. I don't care. Go check out http://digg.com/health/Wu_yi_tea_review and http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/wu-yi-diet-tea-c54821.html

I called my bank and they are filing fraud charges. I hope this place goes straight to bankruptcy for treating people this way and whoever I talked to goes straight to H***!

Live Lean unauthorized use of credit card

I didn't order anything from this company and yet they are charging my credit card for it. I checked it out on my computer and apparently I gave them too much information on the computer. I do not know how they can by with this crap. How can a person get their money returned to them? From now, you better believe I will not trust anybody about anything!

Live Lean charge for unordered merchandise

I did not agree to monthly shipments and a charge to my credit card. I did accept their free offer and paid for the shipping. I have no way to get in touch with them.

Unauthorized monthly charge of $19.95 - called [protected] - spoke to an agent who could not find me in their system but they had my credit card # - so I asked to speak to a supervisor to find out what was going on. After 25 minutes on the line with the supervisor - going back and forth - I asked them to provide me with proof that I authorized this charge- they could not - she said that they send out monthly emails - I never received an email - I asked her to forward it to me - she could not.
This banter went on for 25 minutes - I finally mentioned the complaintsboard website and that I was serious about this unauthorized charge she went ahead an issued a product refund confirmation. In less than 5 minutes I received the refund confirmation notice on my email.

Hope this helps.

This company is a complete Ripoff ! they hope you take advantage of their free trial so they can rope you in and take your money. They show popular tv shows saying how great the acai berry is. Then after onlu 15! days charge you 75.00 for a product you only had for a short time. If you don't cancel by the 15 days you are locked in to their phony product. Then on top of that they charge you for some diet website they say you agreed to join. Thats another 24.00. I think someone should be holding these people accountable for this ripoff!

First thing anyone should do is cancel their credit card and have a new one issued with a new pin #. With the a new pin #, they can't keep charging you, because the old number won't clear.

I feel these two companies should not be doing any business, their main priority is to scam all the money they can by introducing products which seam great but while you buy them, you don't even notice that you are getting scammed. They write in their agreement that you have to purchase a whole wack of stuff and they will charge you for it...so when you push agree, you give them authorization to steal from you.
NEVER trust any of these two companies: LIVE LIFE LEAN.NET AND WU-YISOURCE.COM, they are crappy companies that will steal from you and you will never notice until you call them to cancel and by then you've already been charged and stolen from them.

Paid $82.96 for 90 Day supply of this product in February. I only authorized a 1 time payment of $82.96. I have been charged $19.95 every month since February. I cannot reach anyone via phone. Have sent several emails asking the cease and desist taking any money out of my account and to cancel whatever it is they say I am getting.

Not only are they ripping me off financially, their product does not work either!

I ordered one box of their tea, paid for it, sent email to them shortly after receit of box, I spoke to them and they told me I had to email them and tell them I no longer wanted to receive the tea.So I sent the email. They did not send any more. tea. After months, I received this months bank statement 7-17-08 to 8-21-08, they had taken out to payments of $19.95 each. I have not received any of the tea sence the first box, and now they are taking money out of my account. I want my $39.90 back. I will be talking to a lawyer as soon as Tuesday, the second of September . I am a widow and I live on a set income and this has cause me some problems. I would advise them to get a check in the mail now.

I have been charged $24.95 per month for something I never ordered from this company. I had ordered a free trial offer for the herbal supplement acai and somehow this company got ahold of my debit card information and this monthly fee has been taken out since April 2009. It is now Jan. 2010 and that totals over $200 and I want a refund but have no way to contact them. This company should be turned in for the fraud they are pulling on hundreds of people! I am now going to cancel my card and start all over. An awful lot of work for nothing.

Unauth0rized monthly charges from Living Life Lean- called [protected] spoke to an agent who could not find me in their system (had to give the agent all my contact information and email it was not in their system) but they had my credit card # - I asked to speak to a supervisor after 25 minutes of haggling with the supervisor I finally received a product credit and a confirmation refund notice via email (which I only received because I gave them my email account information). I had to be very firm with the supervisor and she knew I was not going to accept NO for an answer.

How I accomplished getting a refund/credit was I asked the supervisor to provide me proof that I had authorized the charges - she could not do it and/or find it. She said everything is done monthly via email - I asked her to forward me the original emails - she could not do it. Remember when I originally called to inquire about the charges they did not have any information on me except my credit card #. I also mentioned to her the complaintsboard website - that got her attention - within 5 minutes of ending our conversation I received my Product Refund Confirmation (via email).

All I can say is be persistent - hope this helps.

Wu Yu Tea and Live Life Lean has a scam going. You set up for a trial offer for Wu Yu Tea and Live Life Lean fraudulently bills your credit card for the same product and service. We have spent hours on the phone to both Wu Yu Tea and Live Life Lean trying to cancel and have unauthorized charges removed. Each time you have to repeat information. We have had to be firm with both companies in order to have the charges credited back. Unless you enjoy spending hours on the phone dealing with uncooperative people AVOID Both of these companies. A $4.95 trial offer has costs us over $180. We have written confirmation numbers for the refunds, which we have been told will be issued next week. We will see.

Live Lean unauthorized charges

After cancelling the Wu-Yi tea and this subscription for which I have never received anything, this company will continue to charge your account with unauthorized charges. Don't even think about calling them on the phone. I got the phone number from another victim and I was literally on hold for 30 minutes and then the line went dead. I contacted my bank to dispute the charges and I am currently in the process of closing the account and opening a new one...This is not worth all the trouble but I want the company to know they cannot do this to customers.

This company's a real beauty. You can only try their tea by giving them your credit card BUT they say you can cancel any time. However, they continue to charge you...until you catch them, that is. In my case, it took about 11 months or so. Tomorrow I RE-cancel this monthly charge and demand a full refund. If I am refused, I will inform my babk of this blatant example of credit card fraud.

Introductry offer for tea...cancelled and had no idea that they had enrolled me in a program that once you cancelled tea order that you would be charged $19.95 a mo. on my Visa which I don't believe that I even used with the order. I always use AMX on line? This is a scam and they are difficult to reach . Have emailed but no response!

I have an unauthorized charge on my credit card. I had no idea what it was so I looked at their site and noticed that it sells Wu Yi Tea. Several months ago I had gotten some of this tea, but never reordered. I may have been on their site while brousing, but never ordered any item from their site and also I have not received any products. Thank you in advance for taking care of this problem.

I signed up to try WU-YI Tea and have been charged every month since by some thing called Live Life Lean. I hated the tea, sent it back and requested a refund. I don't even know what this Live Lean is, so I don't know how to stop it, short of cancelling my card. They now owe me $19.95 for each month since April, 2008. Plus the $34.90, money never refunded from Wu-Yi in April, and $29.95 for April, May and June.

I had ordered the Wu-Yi tea in January and canceled my order in May. I have been noticing a charge of $20.14 and since I canceled my order and was refunded the last order I had my bank check into these charges and I never ordered anything from your company. I would appreciate a refund and please stop charging my account. I could not fill out the above too much as I don't know anything about the company or where it is.
