Liv Luv Shopdidn't receive my complete order

I have the same complain as others on this board. I placed an order several months ago and was charged for the order through PayPal. I still haven't received the Always Late sweatshirt I ordered. The email I received indicates my order shipped complete. I have emailed customer service several times with no response.

I found this board while trying to find a contact phone number. Only to find this complaint board and learn many others have the same problem. I'm going to file a complaint with PayPal, with the BBB, and with my credit card company. It sounds like this company is stealing from their customers and committing credit card fraud!! I suggest everyone with this complaint do the same.
