Liv Luv Shop — "always late" sweatshirt

I ordered the "Always Late" sweatshirt back on October 16th and got a confirmation number, tracking number, and the money was taken out of my account and I have yet to receive it. I have emailed them four times and called their business line without reaching anyone or receiving a reply. I would very much like a refund or my order - this is very disappointing.
