Item was Not as described. The letters they send do not look like the font used in their ads. Bait and switch. They show a video of stamps being used on cakes and cookies that do not in any way look like the stamps they send. I should have known better than to order something on Facebook that most likely came from China. Never again!

Made this purchase have got no update from this company or items, but they took my money. Cannot get assistance from PayPals either cause I don't have a account with them, but they seem to be able to steal people money than not respond to assist.

The item has not arrived, the USPS shipping number does not exist, the customer service email does not exist and there is no phone number to call for customer service. Little Playland is who has the account with Paypal, but the company I ordered from is called ykcengine. My order number is YKE45803 and the two items I ordered totaled $41.97. The order was placed on November 14, 2020.

saw add on Facebook/instagram and placed order. It was not until final payment was made that we discoverd it was coming from somewhere other than the US. Its been almost a month and we have not gotten item. After searching through our paypal acct, we discoverd a nonexistant tracking number. Ive sent emails asking for update, with no reply.

I feel that if paypal allows payment, they too should be responsible for making sure the customer is taken care of.

Purchased through PayPal item advertised on Facebook Sept 18. Super magnet. 3 moths no delivery. Company called Little Play Land... order # P
l04952661 Support@littleplayland.com waited 3 months no delivery.. After numerous emails told item is in another states post office for me to chase it down. Now told they issued a refund on Dec. 11 but it may take 6 weeks. Company know for fraud/scam/complaints.

As of December 12, I have not received the item.
I tried to email company "SunshineCalifornias" and the emails came back as "no such email"
I tried to visit the website, using the link in one of their marketing emails, and my TrendMicro advised me to shut it down as an unsafe site.
Began Paypal resolution on December 12th.
My desired resolution at this point is a full refund: $36.58
I will attach screen shots of the email sent to me confirming the order and confirming shipment...4 screenshots. Further codes and info are on the screenshots.

I ordered 3 purse bags on 11/17/2020. They billed my credit card $64.97 but I still have not received anything. Today is 12/10/2020. I am wanting to use these as a Christmas gift for my friends.

I've paid for 2 purchases since 21.Nov and nothing received since. Am requesting for a full refund since there had been no signs of shipment progress & updates. As I will be moving out of my present property in 2 weeks, I foresee that nothing will happen to my parcels which I cannot return to collect anything after my move.

I only received half my order. I'm missing the Bra organiser and two underwear organisers.

I received the product and it was damaged. They offered to replace the product but I want my money back. I took my complaint to pay pal and they offered to give me my money back if I returned the product to Hong Kong! It would cost me more to return product than to just drop it to get my money back! I'm not spending more money to get less money back!

I bought some tattoo removal cream off them back in sept 2020 and the website added 3 tubes instead of 1. So it charged we $37.12, which was £29.99 to me. I tried to contact them straight away to cancel the order. I went on their website and emailed them. No response from the email and the website said you could cancel and that you had to wait for the order to be delivered before you could arrange a return.

So I waited and on the 30th october 2020, I contacted them again by email to arrange a return like the website had said. Now come back to me after another email stating that their website said I could return the items and they are refusing to allow the return and give me a refund.

I even told them from the beginning that the cream is still sealed and as not been touched. It's still in its delivery parcel bag they sent it in.

Originally I was happy to return 2 of the 3 tubes for a partial refund but now that I know they scammers I want the full refund.

Ordered 3 products, when they arrived the packaging was damaged and leaked product was over everything. I have contacted them sent photos and all other required information. They have been conveniently avoiding the issue by sending emails requesting the same information over and over again. I have put a formal complaint in with PayPal but still no response.

Appalling product. It is the size of a nail varnish. It was advertised in a film showing a much larger spray can. This is not a spray can but a little tiny bottle. It arrived later than stated. I requested a return and refund. I had to wait days and days to get an initial response. I was asked to send photos twice. They don't seem to care at all. I would never buy from them again.

They promote that this product dries wet hair, when wrapped in the hair towel. This product does not do this at all. Hair is still completely wet, when wrapped in the towel for the recommended amount of time, or even longer. It is a cheap, poorly made towel, that does not do what it is advertised to do. DO NOT buy this product, and DO NOT buy from this company. They are lying thieves, praying on innocent people to believe their false advertising. If this product is poor, over priced, bad quality and does not work, that means everything else that they sell, must be too. To make it worse, after contacting them to complain, and request a refund, they did absolutely nothing to help me, and did not apologise for selling a product under false pretences. Be warned, stay away. I have also reported them to the relevant authorities, for false advertising.

I ordered and received an email regarding my product...I haven't received an email letting me know when it's going to be shipped. I've emailed twice and haven't received any emails regarding to my response. This is horrible service and I paid for this product...

I bought what I saw seemed to contain a product that your website offered, it had at least 300 cubic centimeters, I repeat the product called powerful sailant spray, since what I wanted to seal was a considerable surface I thought that two 300 cubic centimeters bottles would be better.

What I saw on the video and what I received had nothing to do with each other. Instead of a 300 ml bottle it was a 30 ml one. And instead of being a product called powerful sailant spray time by name jaysuing invisible waterproof agent.

Received this product completely dry. I see this is a common complaint.

I hope it's been fixed and everyone's money refunded. I wouldn't mind getting refunded either.

Not sure how a company can send out several empty pens, but it appears they did. Please reply with a resolution to this issue.
