Lisa Foster Floral DesignFraudulent, Stole Money

- On January 17, 2011, we came to an agreement to purchase a product.
- On January 21, 2011, we issued payment for the product which was already delivered.
- Shortly after purchasing from them, the product was stolen back from us.
- We then turned around and informed them that the product was stolen.
- On July 23, 2011, Mr. Foster agreed to pay us back for the item he had stolen by end of the month.
- No payment was made
- On August 14, 2011, we recontacted Mr. Foster who agreed shortly after to pay the amount down by the end of the month.
- No payment was made

This complaint is being filed for two reasons:

1). We contacted Lisa Foster on multiple occasions who never returned our calls.

2). Mr. Foster actually stole the item we paid for and thought it was okay to pay us back after we purchased it. However, Mr. Foster never returned the money and simply stole the product which was ours by agreement.

We now want everyone to know that the business they do is shady and if one of the Fosters defrauded us, the others could do the same to you. With so many Floral companies out there, I recommend going to another one as a simple Google Search will show there are many other companies in the Knoxville Area.

We will gladly close this complaint once we are paid back. Until then, everyone is warned.
