LiliGal contact & returns

My wife made a purchase from LiLiGal of a swimming suit…unless you pay close attention it's difficult to find out that all item are being shipped from China, which means any returns the shipping the cost will become more than the product will be worth. LiLiGal will not except COD or returns without prior authorization.
Her swim suit was ordered in a medium size but a 2XX was shipped. The size marking were on both the plastic outer wrapping and on the swim suit. I took pictures which were sent via the special ticket they required me to open to make any contact with them.
Trying to contact LiLiGal is impossible, no matter what you try, they want you to open a communication ticket which they say they will reply to within 24 hours…not in my case after two attempts. I got them to answer by opening a dispute through PayPal, but remember PayPal may not be able to get you a refund.
LiLiGal did offer me 50% refund and keep the three size too big swim suit, I refused the offer and that was the last time I ever heard from LiLIGal after many attempts.
If you use Google Earth to look-up the address they supply on their web-site Google Earth will take you to a big parking lot. (could be a mistake) but I'm betting LiLiGal is only a clearing house for many other manufactures in China.
My purpose is to inform others and to hope PayPal will look into company.

I wish I'd read these comments before ordering instead of after. The clothes looked so appealing. But one blouse must be about a size 16-18 when I'm size 12, with no label of any kind attached to it. Another blouse is beige with black notes on it. There are many mottled white marks in the beige area. My very first bad experience ordering goods online. And I suspect any attempt to seek redress would be more aggravating than what it is worth. Just annoying when a company gets away with such poor customer service.

Gee this is strange because these complaint are about a bathing. Suit they ordered all wrong size" I hav the same issue. Most complicated return system ever. If I had known it was coming from China I would not have ordered. It looks like they do everything in their power to discourage returns. I will let everyone know.

LiliGal no refund

As far as I understood they don't have anyone who would work with returns. My case has been in processing since October and I haven't received my money yet. Even though they promised to everything every penny.
Of course, I called them many times, I wrote numerous emails, but all of my attempts were useless. Don't know what else would make them work on my issue.

LiliGal returning an item to liligal.

I can't get anyone to reply via email to my question about returning an item. Nor do I have a phone number to contact thus company. I also tried to return a blouse but I've had the same problem as stated above. I don't know how this company can even stay in business because if their customer service. I know have two bathing suits that I do not bpneed as one doesn't fit. I guess I should have realized that this company (or whatever it is) wasn't reliable as it is impossible to get any information. I'm going to contact my bank to see if I can not accept their charge to my account.

LiliGal avoid at all costs.

One more rubbish chinese website with cheap clothes made of cheap materials by chinese workers. So many disadvantages and no advantages at all.
I don't like anything about them and I regret I used them.
The service doesn't exist, you'll get no help if you need it. Just forget about it and give them your money.
Oh, and if you want to return, you must remember that the shipping back will be at your expense. Still want to shop there?

what came was cheap, like cheese cloth. didn't hang elegantly but was bloated enough for both my husband and I to fit in. NOT a good buy! who knew that they measure sizes by measuring whales? was UGLY too. NOT like the picture at all! DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY! better stuff at Wal-Mart!

I ordered 1 Christmas-themed shirt from Lilygal. The color was not as shown, but it's not terrible. The size is definitely smaller, so if you want a Large, order XL. I tried to log in to my account, but it won't accept my email and password. I emailed Customer Service and got no response. Also, they are in China, so their hours are not business hours for the U.S., and apparently everything ships from China the the shipping time will be a couple of weeks.

I don't know that Liligal is a scam--they just don't seem to care about their customers. I was charged the correct amount, and got the item in 3 weeks, in time for Christmas. But, it's too small, and it's not worth the hassle of trying to contact them for a return or exchange. I will never order from them again.

LiliGal lulugal

This is the same company as rotita. Check reviews about rotita and you'll not ever want to do business with lulugal! Also same company as liligal and modlily. Clothing sizes are asian... Much smaller than usa sizes. They ship from china which takes a month literally on a slow boat aka flat rate. So what if it's free shipping if it takes a month! There's no phone number to reach customer service. When you post a bad review you get an email requesting you to take review now and then they'll refund your money. Total scam.

LiliGal clothes returned

I received clothes. They did not fit. Even the one I ordered two sizes larger than your suggested size chart. I returned them per Paypal and your request to China. You did not have Paypal refund my money. Instead you sent the package, unopened, back to me. I spent $80.00 in postage and you did not act in good faith. I want my $134.80 back. I will donate the clothing, since you do not want it either.
I am contacting the NM State Attorney General for legal action against your company doing business here.

LiliGal Poor customer service. Goods not arriving.

I ordered 2 items from Lulugal and received them about 4 weeks later in March. They were way too small. The website is very misleading. It implies that returns are easy to do and honoured. Not!
I sent 3 messages asking for a return address. After the 3rd message I got a list of reasons why it would be worth my while to return them; starting with I'd have to pay for the return mail and would only be given 60% of the original value.
Not only did you make it almost impossible to return items, after returning them, I never heard from them again, other than to get this message:
Your ticket(ID:T5675324525) has been updated.

LiliGal Questionable return policy

(Slit Design Zipper Closure Patchwork Dress)

I purchased this item on April-8-2017. The item arrived within the amount of time designated however it was extremely smaller that size chart, so I wanted to Exchange for a larger size. When I contacted them through email about the exchange, a week later their email response was you can receive 100% refund but you must repurchase the item in the larger size and when the Smaller size was received by their warehouse they would credit my account for the full amount, however they NEVER provided return slip information with an address.

In ADDITION, which is my BIGGEST COMPLAINT
I have noticed that they are now attached to the email I used to create the account. For example when I receive an email ( from a friend, TJMaxx, Target, etc) and click DETAILS down box of that email it shows the recipient to be Liligal. I don't know if anyone else is having this program.
WHY IS THIS HAPPENING!

I've sent a complaint to Google (GMAIL) to see what needs to be to resolve this matter have not heard anything yet. The only connection I found was PAYPAL. Have an OPEN complaint with PAYPAL for the refund.

LiliGal Horrible company

I purchased two dresses online, finally received them & they are clearly an incorrect size, about 2 sizes smaller than I ordered. Paid through my paypal account, no i'm fighting it out for a refund or return label to get a refund on these dresses. After 5 days of no acknowledgement, I finally receive a reply "how about $12 & you keep dresses" no thank you I paid $62? So they tell you it's not worth my time to return the items right? Now i'm having to fight it out to get my money back, while they play the ignore game! This is the most horrible co, 100% ripoff, clothes are terrible excuses for clothing, shabby, cheap material & the sizes are about 2 sizes smaller than advertised. If you order from then then get ready to throw your money out the window! Good luck to anyone who purchases anything from this shady company!

LiliGal Clothing

This company is a scam and I wish I read reviews before ordering. I ordered a sweater jacket and it arrived with a few holes in it. The company does not care and offered me 10% off which I refused. Paypal says they will pay my return shipping so I am sending it back and charging Paypal. They should never have paid the seller as I had it under dispute. We will see if I get my shipping back but I did not want Lulugal to keep the money. I have a feeling they keep sending the bad merchandise to people and either it does not get returned, or they send it to the next person to scam if it is returned. DO NOT ORDER from this company. Too bad they cannot be arrested

3-3-17 Order number - L1703040508582362, I ordered 9 swimsuits. I want to keep 3, return 3, and exchange 3. I have called the customer service number and no one answers. I have tried to use their live chat customer service option on their website, but the responses are canned responses and do not address the complaints and questions put forth . I need a return merchandise form and their return address in order to return the 6 swim suits. I cannot get them to give me this information. LiliGal Money waste

I bought a casual dress from Lulugal over three months ago and did not received it yet. I have no information about my order, I don't know where it is and customer service is absolutely useless. I contacted them million times already and asked for a tracking number and got nothing but empty promises.
Delivery is taking way too long! I doubt that my order was even sent! I never received any confirmations and to be honest I regret I decided to give this site a chance. They lost another customer and I hope they'll get what they deserve. This site is just a money waste! Avoid!

LiliGal Return policy

I am NOT allowing them to deny my return. This company is a complete scam and I WILL return this item no matter what the cost! I will hit them in their pocket. I have gone back and forth with them for 5 days now and they finally sent a response that they would take it back but it will probably cost too much. I don't care if it costs me $100! Someone has got to put a stop to this company! Of course they did not send the RMA form so I am awaiting that. I am reporting them to paypal. Maybe they will shut them down at least on their end.

I purchased a coat order (L1703090416248354) and when it arrived it was way too small. I used the measurement chart provided on the lulugal website for selecting the correct size. I am very disappointed. I have been trying to reach someone by phone to find out how to proceed but with no success so am filing this complaint. Terrible customer "service". I ordered in November. Website says delivery within 15 days. December came and went. No delivery. 2 months after placing order I received my dress. I emailed the company, left messages on Facebook, no response. Finally told to be patient. For 2 months? Ridiculous. Finally got a small credit to my account which of course means I have to peer to take advantage of it. I like the dress, though. Not sure it was worth the hassle.

LiliGal Shirt, top, and jacket

Order three items. First time ordering from this company. All items were much smaller than size ordered. Ordered XXL which I wear, which the size was nowhere near that size. I can't wear any of the items. Too small. Very disappointed with merchandise. I shop mostly online and should have purchased only one item before ordering more items. Would like to return but no return invoice was included with items. Will call customer service.

LiliGal Product size and service

I ordered a swim dress size XL using their size chart. Item arrived on the day they said and the suit is beautiful however it is way smaller than XL. I measured the hips with my tape and they measure 25" not th 44" the chart listed. Same with the top. I sent an email and pictures and they said hey we're sorry but because it was so expensive to return I might want to sell it or give it as a gift. I read their return policy as that if it was their mistake they would refund me. They said I have to pay to return it and it would cost me a lot and they also said they would take shipping out of any refund. I won't order from them again.

LiliGal Ridiculous return policy and process

The sizing of the swimsuits I ordered is very inconsistent (bottom fits, top doesn't) (large size bottom on one suit doesn't fit, but large size bottom of another does). Also the quality of the clothing (fabric/materials) and the workmanship (sewing) is extremely poor and disappointing.
I requested a return authorization and was given the message to the effect of "we know its's poor quality, but you didn't pay much for it, so what did you expect?", as well as "it's going to cost you so much to return it, it's probably not worth bothering".
I want my $104 dollars back!

LiliGal 2 bathing suits

I ordered 2 bathing suits, that did not fit. When I tried to return I was told that the shipping to return would be so expensive that I should just keep them, give them away and they would issue a 10% off coupon on future purchases.
I am requesting an address to ship the items to and a full refund. I am going to go to my bank to see if I can get charges refunded. One of the issues that I have with the company is that it sounds and looks a lot like Lulus, which is where I thought I was ordering from. This company is a sham and unethical.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!
You don't know you are ordering from China until the package comes
