Lighthouse Movers, Inc. ain't good. They didn't bring our stuff on Friday 2/21 like they said they would. They called us up and said they ain't gonna bring it today 'cause our whole house is stuck in their truck.

Lighthouse Movers Lighthouse Movers moved our stuff 90 miles to Jacksonville

Lighthouse Movers moved our stuff 90 miles to Jacksonville. When we opened the boxes, we saw that many things were broken or messed up. They broke our new speakers, kitchen stuff, grills, and chairs. They also messed up our 100-year-old wood floors by moving the fridge and furniture wrong. I talked to them a lot, and they said they'd pay for it, but then they stopped answering my calls and texts. I have emails, pictures, and a contract that shows I paid for the move and extra protection. I want to tell people not to trust them and maybe go to the If they don't fix it, I'll get a lawyer.

Lighthouse Movers Move out date was on 3/20 and it was just okay

Move out date was on 3/20 and it was just okay. The movers were slow and kept looking at their phones. I even helped them move to speed things up but it was still frustrating. However, they did a good job packaging and protecting our new Sony BRAVIA 4K UHD 55" TV. We left the Sanus Mounting Brackets on the TV as it is easier to handle. The items were stored in a clean and dry facility for $300 per month for 36 months. Move in date was on April 19th and the two gentlemen that moved us in did a nice job. However, some boxes were crushed, damaged and stained. Rugs and furniture were visibly stained, covered in mold and mildew and damaged. Clothing, bedding, irreplaceable memorabilia and other items were broken, covered in roach and animal feces or damaged due to mold, mildew and water staining. Our TV and several items were still missing. We filed a claim and got our TV and a few miscellaneous items back 30 days later. The TV was in different boxing with different mounting brackets attached. The reason given was that it was moved to the office as a leak occurred at their storage facility. We are still missing some items and have not heard back from the POC or Owner. We are still waiting for a resolution.
