I have already spoken with you about the issue of a product I returned to you a few weeks back.
The package was sent to the address given in China.
To date I have not received my refund of £30.62.
The item was completely unsuitable for me and looked wrong on my head.

Light In The Box product

Ordered LED lights in July 2019 for my Daughters birthday in August. Led to believe when ordering that shipping not more than 14 days. Not received by September 2019. Been told by company that order is now somewhere in the UK! Won't offer a refund until 90 working days from order date. Patronising emails from customer services telling me to be patient! I am absolutely livid. Quick to take money but don't deliver the goods. Fraudsters!

I have asked "get human "at light in the box for the address for returns three times, but they keep writing has your issue been resolved. I am exasperated and need ur help as I want a refund for it, as this is a faultyhandbag and cant be used. Light In The Box Order approved but not arrived, the payment was received through paypal

On July 30 2019 I have placed an order for 8 sets of Led lights.
The purchase was done through this email: [protected]@gmail.com
the payment was done through my paypall, and on July 31st I received an invoice for the purchase in the amount 205.19 ILS.

On August 2nd I got an email no.[protected] which stated that the order has been shipped,
but nothing has arrived yet, and when we log online to check it out is says that we have no orders.

Light In The Box refund

I purchased an item, once it arrived I seen it and didn't like it . I've been trying find an email or a number to let the company know I've received the item and dont like it and want to return it back to them . It didn't say it's not non- refundable and it does say on website 7 day money guarantee refund if not satisfied. I've contacted them within one day. After find contact details. Now the company is saying its non-refundable. I have complaint about this about 4 times. They've took my money and dont want to give it to me.

I placed order no: Order no 1907160533507598 online on your website for two paintings and paid you £106.31 for this order. In this order.

As mentioned in my ticket ID:
[protected], the order for painting "Abstract People Modern Stretched Canvas" was delivered on 30 July. However, it is faulty. I have provided you proof of fault. I believe I paid £68.5 for this painting. You offered me partial refund (£20) and a Coupon of (£27.5). I have rejected your offer.

I would like you to arrange collection or provide me your address so that I could return this painting to you.

Kindly refund the full amount paid for the painting £68.5 as well as shipping charges of £9.52 as the painting was faulty/damaged.

Please note I DO NOT accept any of your Reward/Credit on account or Coupon. I want the full amount namely £77.7 refunded to my PayPal account (as I used this method to make the purchase).

Kindly issue my refund of £77.7 immediately or within next 7 days starting on 01 August.

Otherwise, I will consider taking legal action against your organisation.

Light In The Box dress

The company will not except a item that the quantity is not good. The dress falls down on shoulders when lift arms. I have been trying to get a answer for 2 days and just getting one. The dress is nice but you would have to have someone fix the back. I am very upset this dress was for a pageant as a flower girl for next week but now out of both money and dress.

Light In The Box clutch

I purchased a clutch on 7/7/2019 and requested express mail to ensure I received my order my 7/13 for a event I was going to. Mind you the express mails ensure delivery within 3-4 business days. By the time 7/13 came I had no order so I tracked the order and it was in Jamaica New York. I submitted a ticket online through their website and it was a system generated response that did not address any of my questions. Now we are at Monday 7/15 still no clutch so I submit another ticket and the next day I receive a response that it was sent through USPS mail and that it takes longer what was the point of paying 13 dollars more to ensure I received it on time? So now at this point I'm pissed I've asked numerous times for someone to contact or refund my money back nothing! So I go on to Facebook and under on of these post I write my complaint, I get a response to contact them in a private message and then they block me from leaving any comments on their page! Today is Friday 7/19 I still do not have my clutch and no one has contacted me no one has done anything! Please save your money, energy and time because they are a scam and will steal your money and not respond to you!

I received several email letter from someone named Rita. Asking for alot of my personal information. I am a regular with the company and have give friends and family your website. Now i am being ask for personal information but have not put my money back on my card as the person rita stated. My address is the same so what is the problem with identifing me. Need answer, because i will be scare to order again.

Light In The Box a poor quality dress

I ordered a dress from this company. It is too small and of VERY POOR quality. There appears to be no system for returning the goods, just a telephone number for mainland China which I am not prepared to use. I would like my money back as i think this company is guikty of sharp opractice but suspect it would cost me more in phone calls and stress. i would like to warn others not to use this company.

My partner order a tattoo kit online for me it has not arrived I go into orders it's not there I have got proof of purchase insurance in the package I've contacted people about this and they open it and don't reply it's getting beyond a joke can someone please contact me on either [protected]

Buna ziua, mare magarie cu acesta companie. Acum vad citi de multi au fost pacaliti, am facut comanda la 2 richie, un costum barbatesc. Si 3 perechi de incaltaminte. Rochiile noroc ca leam cerut mai Mari, si merg modificate. Dar restul am trimis masuri foto sa vada cit de mare este diferenta la masuri. Cu 15 cm. Este mai mic costumul.si pantofi de mire si cei de mireasa, saint cu 1-2cm.mai mici. Cu mare greu Mia acceptat sa trimit retur. Si acum stau cu, coletul sigilat.ca nu vor sami trimite un numar de telefon si un email, fiindca asa imi cere formularul de retur, daca cineva poate sami trimite si mie dantele complete, .va multumesc.

Light In The Box wedding special occasion slip order # 1903 3007 325 774 29

I ordered 2 slips at 2 different times and received them at my home before I realized my mistake. I contacted your company and they gave me all the instructions on how to return one of them. It was sent by USPS and was delivered on 4-19-2019 and was giving to a individual in Portland, Oregon. The tracking # 9500 111 7584 2910 7386 748 and I gave all the information to customer service. I ordered it on March 30th and it was returned to Oregon at 11:12 AM on April 22, 2019. I have been trying ever since to get my refund back but I keep getting all this mess about putting in my Tracking number but you have the product so I don't see why I have to keep repeating it again. Tatyana/customer service said my refund was on its way. Today is May 18th and I still don't have my refund. Could you PLEASE help me with this problem. I am 66 years old and I should not have to go through this mess. I did my part just like they told me so they need to hold up on their part. Your Customer Service needs some training on keeping customers HAPPY, not causing them to order from other people. Thanks L. Hunt

Light In The Box customer service

Ordered my dresses a month ago and there is now sign of them being delivered. I get no decent response from customer services and they are refusing a full refund for the items I have not received. They are an absolute con! I have repeatedly had to chase them for an update and lucky if I get a response. If I do, it's very basic and not an answer to anything to reassure me. They claim one dress is ready yet they won't just ship it. I am looking at contacting trading standards next

Together is was 30 euro
So I would like my money back.because I never got the things where I payed for so I thinks it is far that I will get my money back.

Light In The Box figure skating dress no record of this order like it never existed no refund

Absolute scam I bought an dress online and when it arrived at Royal mail they wanted 3 x the cost of the dress in customs so I was advised by Light in the box that let it be returned and when it arrives back in China they will refund the card, so I did and was told to wait another 6 weeks for refund I did and was able to track the parcel returning back to origin and then the order disappeared off their system like it didnt exist even though its on my credit card statement I am furious have being trying to do this weeks they keep saying I didnt buy anything on the 12Nov18 but I have proof which I have sent them and they are ignoring me.

Light In The Box product not received after promising refund; asking for my paypal info for refund

This is a fraudulent company and I have never been so incredibly frustrated with a company in my life.

I ordered 2 sets of flower girl dresses for each of my nieces (2 sizes for each since they're in between sizes). I paid for the 3-5 rushed shipping. 60 days later, I still didn't have the dresses. I asked for a refund and they said they don't give full refunds. I only got 2 of the dresses, although I paid for 4. I got the 2 after telling them and getting confirmation that I wanted to refund them all. They don't have a call center and don't take calls so you can't get a hold of anyone.

When they occasionally reply via facebook message, it's not helpful. They have told me they need to access my paypal account in order to give me a refund which absolute isn't true nor would I do this after 6 months of them lying to me.

I'm pretty sure they have bots that give them higher overall ratings on facebook and review sites since if you actually see posts on those pages, consumers are livid.

Never do business with this company. They now spam me with their junk promotions after scamming me.

Light In The Box men’s combat shoes

Hello. This company has a real good scam going on. I purchased a pair of boots for $90 and I know I ordered the right size shoe. However they are way smaller and I couldn't even fit my foot into it. I advised light in the box and they asked me to return it for a refund. However it will cost me $49 just to return it on the cheapest device from Australia Post. That's over 50% of what I paid! The only other option they had available was to keep the shoes and get a 50% refund. What a rip. The product isn't what I ordered and I'm at a loss with shoes I can't ever wear. Never again!
