Lifetouchsenior portraits

My son took his senor portraits months ago. Frist the lady taking the pictures was awful. All my son's pictures where bad. When I tried to log on to view them I could not view. Apparently there was a glitch in the system, i finally got a hold of a manager who offered to send me two shoots( the only good ones ) for free. I never received them. I have an email change where I have been trying to get status nothing. Finally, I called and they say the orders there but nothing happen and its only one picture. This has been the worst experience I have had with pictures. I am not happy with your service are how your staff takes care of it customer.
