II saw an ad on my for a free!bottle of oxiberry which is suspose to detox your system for $.99 cents shipping.well i found out that there is nothing free.these people are at best crooks.not only did they hit my account for the 99 cents but for an additional $49.95, 86.42 and 39.95 also tacked on several association mark up fees.i was finally able to contact customer service after being on hold for more than 30 minutes.the person was a young man with a heavy foreign accent who gave me a number a-27 to identify himself .he also gave me a first name which i could not understand.i attempted to explain my problem.i was told that the trial was not thirty days but fourteen days.ok so i told him that they had a garantee which stated if not satisfied they would issue a refund.he then informed me that the company would only issue one refund with the return of the merchandise.i don't know about anybody else but where i live if you buy an items and is not satisfied the companies i deal with will give you money i'm telling this kid that your company took from my account $164.42 and they will only refund $86.42.he went on to state thats their policy.i'm a grandmother on disability raising two grandchildren and cannot afford to give anybody this kind of money.i'm very upset with these people and i don't know who can do something about them taking advantage of customers, but something needs to be done to stop them grandma in alabama
