Bought a pair of men's 501's in the Champs-Élysées, Paris shop on a recent holiday. Worn them about 3 times and they now have holes in them back and front on both legs mid thigh area. It's like a worn, thinning hole where they would have been folded. Not going back to Paris and live in London. Have credit card statement, showing purchase. Need these to be exchanged. Very unexpected poor quality on a premium priced pair of jeans. Very disappointed as been wearing 501's for as long as I remember and never had a pair do this, they usually last years!

I have been buying Levis 505 jeans for years. They have the best fit and comfort for me. Recently I purchased two pair of them from our local Kohl's. When I wore them to work it seemed I was pulling up my pants all day. I found that the new jeans
have fewer belt loop's.

I'm sure this may save money on manufacturing cost. We all pay more money for your jeans because of fit and comfort.

Bring back the loop's.

Good day, I've recently purchased a black Levi's 501 jeans in Mexico at Coppel which was coal black and after only 1 wash turned to gray.

In the meantime I've returned to the Netherlands, where I actually washed it for the 1st time, and I would like to know what can be done as I really wanted a black jeans.

Bought some denim topsiders 517598j95 mens us size12 from vendor Journeys. Two days later had pain in my A/C meniscus in left knee. I noticed ankle was turning in and further inspection revealed the sole was attached out of line with upper causing the heel to extend over inside sole. Walking was inhibited and actually caused sole to slap while walking making noticeable and embarrassing noise. The store Journeys would not honor an exchange or any resolve and expected me to keep them as they were a little worn and no longer with box. I guess they were going to re sell them. The 1800 customer service line at corporate Journeys backed the weak excuse not to stand behind their sale. They have lost my business and i have put it out to pissedcustomer for all others to know. Perhaps i would have had the wrong size or paid with the wrong card. Any reason not to give me a useable shoe.
Now i go to the Manufacturer/ distributer for recourse. Levis!

I purchased jeans from resort world outlet in birmingham and was advised I could take my jeans to any levi's store in the uk to have my jeans altered. I took my new jeans to a levi's store birmingham city centre which is not a outlet to be advised that they cant alter my jeans because its was purchased from an outlet.

I am not happy that I have travelled to have these altered and was denied.

Please can you call me to arrange the alteration at the levis store.

I bought 2 5-packs of Levi's Low Rise Briefs, size Large at Marshall's. The packages contained different colors and each package contained one brief colored red. After about one month of owning these briefs, which means only wearing and washing them less than 4 times, the stitching around the elastic in the leg holes is coming apart and the elastic is coming out. Since it is happening to the same color briefs from different packages, and all the other briefs are holding up under similar wear, I can only conclude that the sewing machine working on the red fabric wasn't working properly that day.

Please let me know what I need to do to be compensated for these inferior products.

Contacted Levi's customer service to report the problem with photos...the response below; 2yr warranty, send them to us (of course at the customer's cost), etc. And maybe we'll make it right, if not however Levi's won't send the jeans back unless customer pays! This is not the first time I have unknowingly bought defective jeans - several years ago they developed holes around the back pockets after only 2-3 wearing/washings!

All Levi's brand products have a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing and material defects (aside from normal wear and tear). If you feel your garment may be defective, you can send it in to be inspected. If it's found to be defective, it will be replaced with the same or similar garment. If not, it will be returned to you with a letter of explanation.

Hi, we purchased a pair of Levi 510 mens Jean's from your Cheshire oak store around November 2018. My son has worn them a handful of times. When he wore them on 9th May 2019, they split quite badly. He was at college at the time and had to come home to get changed. I'm not very happy with this. We purchased them knowing that Levi's are made to last. Please can you advise me what I can do. Hi I am writing as I am very disappointed in my purchase ! I was so excited about getting my Levi jeans 👖 for my birthday and new boots to go with them Birthday outfit sorted...They arrived on my birthday from Debenhams but on opening them up they looked rather big so I checked the label no it states 34 waist so tried them on they were far too big? When I got my tape measure they measure a 38 waist? I think there may be an issue with your manufacturing. I phoned Debenhams straight away and asked if I took the one hour drive to their store can I get a replacement they said there is no stock there so I ended up without my jeans and now left disappointed but also concerned with your products as these are not cheap jeans so expected a better product after all it wasn't one size bigger but 2 what were they thinking? . I have photos of my jeans and tape measure showing that they are a 38 waist not 34 see attachments
I now have to do a one hour drive to get my money refunded so I am left angry 😡 and very disappointed in the Levi quality

I have wore Levi's my entire life. I am 54 now. I have never worn no jeans but Levi's. Well now every pair I have are tearing at the corner of back pocket within about 8-10 wears. Would like some consideration given to this. For the price that we pay for Levi's this is unacceptable. I am asking for an exchange for the jeans that have torn . Please have someone call or respond. The only Jean's I have worn thru my adult life are levis, my favorite 517's, I have 550 also, , these pants have gave me years of service, , recently, my local store was sold out of 517 in my size so my wife suggested too try a differnt style so I tried out the 527's, I liked the fit but did not care for the denim density and was scheptibl on purchasing them because of the lighter denom, I did any ways and to my dissatisfaction 4 months later are worn out, worn 2 days of each week, folds formed tears weak denom worn thru outside of pocket area from keys and pocket knife, , , Levi's? Really?Come on guys these pants wouldnt of made it on a wagon train thru one teritory, , shame on you

I bought a pair of 724 Jean's today (20 April 2019) from your Levi's store in 32 West Quay Shopping Centre Southampton. I wanted to use my £5 voucher that I had retrieved from my account in your app. The shop assistant said she was unable to scan the bar code and was therefore unable to give me the £5 discount! I only have 7 days to use this voucher which means I will now lose it! 0lease can this be sorted as I have found it all a bit upsetting. Thank you.

I bought these jeans at full price from Stratford Westfield's at the beginning of Winter 2018. As you can see in the pictures, the seams are completely falling apart and in the thigh section is tearing in 4 separate areas. I have had Levi's jeans before and never experienced this, especially after only a few months wear. I am not asking for a refund but I would appreciate being able to exchange these for another pair as I love Levi's jeans and am severely disappointed in this product.

I have been a long time user of Levi jeans. Basically started wearing them in high school. I stopped wearing them about 6-7 years ago as I kept having problems with the seams giving way too early. After only about 6 months of use.
Recently I decided to give them another try. I bought 2 pairs of 541 jeans. After less then 4 months of use, the seam on one of the pairs of jeans tore just from walking up a flight of steps. I'm sure you can imagine my disappointment. I'm writing to you to express this disappointment. The quality of your fabric is exceptional compared to other jeans manufacturers, however the seams/sewing areas are less than desirable. I have a photo I would love to share with you.
I hope you take this customer complaints seriously, as I'm sure I am not the only one having this issue. Levi's has always made a quality product in my mind. I think you just need to concentrate on the stitching/seams.

I bought a Levis 512 denim in December 2017 and now is torn in crotch area. I have not being wearing this much even.
Being Levis, I expected my more quality and durability than this as it was not a cheap one either.
I already reported this via Levi.com/de and currently waiting for an answer. The reference number is [protected].
I had a 501 denim, which was bought in 2014 and I wore it until 2017 before it gave up.

Hi I bought the attached jeans from your Levi store at McArthur Glen Livingstone store a few years ago and have now sold them but I am now being accused of selling fake Levi's. 

I phoned the store and Your assistant that gave me their email address and asked me to look back at my bank transactions and send the details.  I have attached these pics of 2 transactions as one was for these ladies blue jeans and the other was for a pair of black mens Jean's but I am not sure which was which.
The lady that is accusing me of selling fake Levi's has has said the following was told to her by both her local Levi shop and by the Livingstone store -
"I've just phoned the store up and they told me the style number would be on the waist band, no style number on this pair, also their is 4 tags inside the jeans, this pair has 6 tags, the blue button, shouldn't be blue only silver or copper in colour . the diamond shape on back pocket, this pair don't have diamond shapes but Levi's jeans always have the diamond shape as it's where the cotton crosses over . I'm just going on what both Levi's shops have told me "

Your store sold me these ladies Jean's so how can what she has been told to be true? I have just checked the black mens jeans I bought at Livingstone and they have a black metal button and have no rivets also. With the same design on rear pockets as the ladies ones.
I would be grateful if you could get back to me as soon as you can as I am being accused of selling fake Levi that I bought in good faith from your outlet store.  Thanks very much

We lived in Canada for 18 months. There I was able to buy Levi 550 jeans with 7 belt loops. When we come home to USA and my husband needs new jeans no Levi Jean is made with more than 5 loops. We got a pair form lands end that only had 5 loops and vowed we wouldn't ever get them again. My husband is in his 60's and with only 1 belt loop in the back his jeans sag on either side of the loop and look bad. Everything is made cheaper these days.

Mid last year (2018) I bought a pair of jeans at the store in Maastricht, it was a seasonal/celebration high waist vintage jeans with the orange label. They offered me to make the waist fit my size better as well as the length of the jeans as it was too big for me and they didn't have a size smaller. It got sent at a private company for the adjustments. A couple of weeks later as I went to pick it up, the waist seemed not to have been fixed, or wrongly done. It got sent back again. Another week I went to pick it up and to my astonishment the waist fix was so bad that it created a sort of tail sticking out, the fabric that got put back together formed a sort of wave on the material of the jeans, so that it really looked I had a tail coming out of my butt. Horrible. You could even see the line coming out in some parts of it! The employee suggested I would go my self to the adjustment store and would have them take the measures in my body. I have a busy schedule with work and my medical studies! But I went anyways, I liked the jeans and had payed 120 euros for it already. After some days it was finally ready . And looked okay, I didn't have a tail anymore.
Some months later, 3-4 months the jeans ripped open as I sat down at a chair of a Cafe! in the butt line, where the adjustments had been done! Upset enough I went back to the store. My jeans was out of line, as it was only a celebration type. So I couldn't have the jeans I actually had payed for and waited way too long to have and had worn for way too few months! I got offered another pair of jeans. However, all the other jeans were around 20 euros cheaper than what I had initially payed for. They said at the shop there was nothing they could do about it. I was tired enough of this so I took the first pair of traditional black jeans. And lost 20 euros in this silly game. NOW! Few months later, this jeans are showing to be made out a very poor material look. The back side has lost colors in circle patterns, and some of the lines are also coming out. Some friends pointed it out, and then I realised how bad from the back it looked with the depigmentation.

I am so upset. I have always bought LEVIS jeans, my mother has jeans from your brand! however, your quality has gone down to levels that are not possible to take.
If I pay your prices, I also want quality, your brand promisse things is not keeping up too.
I will never again shop at your store, and will tell my story to as many people as possible and write reviews in as many possible places, I am just so upset!
The amount of time and money I lost with this.

I would apreciate to hear something back with some explanation, because I am very very disappointed at your custom service!

This is the 3rd pair of 505's that I have bought for my husband within the last year or two. And this is the 3rd pair where the right back pocket has ripped so they are no longer wearable. I bought them at Kohl's, so I will bring them back and ask them to return them to Levi. I'm not expecting a refund, but maybe if enough customers bring back defective Levi jeans, Kohl's will stop selling them (wishful thinking?).
