Letgo selling iphone

I was contacted by a member of letgo requesting to purchase my iPhone 6s Plus he offered to pay via PayPal and have me ship the phone to his brother. Gabriel from Milwaukee then proceeded to send me a payment for $325, which is $100 more than the asking price and he requested I send the item to Nigeria . This person had no reviews nothing listed about him and nothing had been verified and I believe Lego needs do a better job at verifying users before they allow them to interact on the site! His user name is Gabriel from Milwaukee!

Letgo 2006 f150 truck

A seller posted a F150 2006 Lariat V-8 for sale on letgo. Seller stated they just wanted to get rid of it due their 26 year old son died in a Bike accident. Then in the email they sent me. They requested my personal information, which I did not give. The seller stated they could not receive messages on Letgo. They also stated the saled would go through ebay buyer protection. I called ebay, they stated their was no account with the following email address: [protected]@gmail.com

Letgo automatic messaging

I love this app but the automatic messaging has got to stop. The very faintest touch to the screen and away goes the automatic message. Many times I don't know i've Done it until the recipient has sent a reply. God forbid you beg forgiveness and admit it was an error, they get huffy and block you!

Help! Please tell me there is an option to turn it off!

Letgo all my posts

I keep receiving messages from someone named Allison that has "letgo assistant" by her name. She keeps telling me she can re-post my items in which she will delete my post and create a new one. I don't need anyone to post my items for me.
I have blocked her but continue to get messages on EVERY item I post. Of course she has fixed it so that there is no way I can respond.
After I get a message from her sometimes my posts get deleted which I can only feel that this is done by her.
Also, on my phone it keeps telling me I have messages (like 35) because they are from her and since I cannot respond it continues to show I have messages.
I have reported this more than once. To me, not being able to respond to a letgo employee tells me this is a scam. I need this to be fixed as I have stated before or I will have no option but to report this to the BBB.

Letgo this guy tried scamming me :d

I was selling and Apple watch, and this man contacted me just like everyone else and I sent him my email to send the money so I can ship the apple watch to him. I was gonna send him a tracking number but then I realized that the email account of paypal was a fake. I have his/her address and the full name, I just had no idea on what to do with this so I am contacting you guys to see if you can resolve this. I do not want to be involved any more, I just want you guys to take his account down or do something to teach them a lesson thanks!

btw the information given to you like the address is his not mine.

Letgo letgo

I used Letgo for over 6 months. Initially, I had good success with it. As time went on I had less and less interest in the things I had advertised. Why?

I think people are becoming disenchanted with Letgo because of the restrictions on how you can contact the seller. The messenger service is a pain. Why can't I leave my phone number? I carry my phone everywhere. I would like to be able to receive a text from potential buyers, not have to keep logging in to Letgo to check for messages.

Just my 2 cents. You can do whatever you want with that. I am no longer using Letgo, but have switched back to Craigslist.

The AI software that examines a picture and tries to guess what it is... this is destroying the quality of the Letgo database. Often times the AI software assigns an incorrect title.

Example, a user posted a patio umbrella for sale and it was labeled an "above ground pool". If I search for patio umbrellas this ad will not come up.

How much extra effort would it be to require the seller to type in a title and brief description? Almost none. You're killing the quality of your data with the AI software. Stop using it.

Letgo lv bag

I was interested in this Lv bag the seller took my adress name phone number & everything. I already was fishy because she continuously beg me for the money mind you I havent even receive the item yet so when the package finally comes to my house instead of a bag its a jean jacket that you can literally get for $15-20 at the store. I bought it for $420. She said she was going to continously text me but now I am calling her texting her no response at all basically she scammed me for my hard earn working money and I want my refund from her.

Letgo apparent block on my email addresses at letgo and offerup... why?

I had been an occasional user for several years, first as a buyer/shopper and then as a seller. My household, graduate school books, and used clothes and beauty salon items were all nominally priced.

1) I sold a few items and most recently a like new textbook for $20., I allowed the buyer to come to the outside gate of the senior community where I reside.

2) Subsequent to the first textbook sell, a different buyer wanted one of my textbooks for $20 so we arranged a meeting at the Post Office during daylight hours in myCity, CA and apparently we missed each other due to lack of identifying information to recognize one another at the meet location.

3) I am not certain but someone wanted the same textbook and asked to meet...citing that they were in Orange County, and willing to come to Los Angeles County, to get my textbook. I was sceptical because of the distance and because the person(s) missed the initial meet arrangement the day before. So, I chose to ask the person to meet me downtown at Starbucks which is across the street from the Police department... increasing my safety comfort.

4) This person(s) missed this appointment despite my efforts to get out of the car with the book hold it high to been seen, walk into Starbucks with the book hold it high and hangout in front of starbucks waiting for this person who never showed up. Then I went home with my textbook and the potential buyer reached me intra-Letgo app and asked me to come back, I went back and the person never responded to seeing me there.

5) I lost my privilege on Letgo and OfferUp that day. Now Letgo sends me notices about buying and selling, asking for my business but never allowing my email and profile to buy or sell.

6) Please help me get back on either Letgo or OfferUp. Church groups want me to show them how to sell their stuff. I want to sell my stuff. I have done nothing wrong to my knowledge. If so, forgive me. I have a Facebook account, Google mail, Instagram what is the problem? Why have I been targeted to be shut out of Letgo and Offerup?

7) I am a law abiding American citizen. I have no criminal record. I would like to use Letgo/OfferUp. I apologize for not disclosing to the buyer my vehicle description, make and model... neither did the potential buyer disclose. We neither described our gender or physical appearances, clothing or anything. In retrospect, I was wrong.

8) My Facebook photo was visible to the potential buyer but his/her/theirs was not visible to me. I was afraid.

9) Please restore my privileges and notify me.

10) Contact me, Letgo and OfferUp daily send me emails and suggest that I LOGIN but I cannot anymore no matter how many times I remove the app and reload it. There is clearly a BLOCK on my profile and iPhone, Apple, and PC products. What went wrong? HELP! Please explain? If you want to talk to me please email first and I will reply with my phone number.

Letgo letgo search

When you use to search an item you were interested in, you could hold down ctrl key and click on the item and it would take you to a seperate window and all related items. Now, when you click on an item, it changes the same window with item and related items. But when you hit return, or no matter what you hit. It brings you back to the main screen all the way back to the begining. This gets to be a real pain. No one wants to shop at sites that take hours to find out what is offered having to start over and over again. Although I will be honest, All the items except for one mower I have sold on Facebook market place or Craigslist. But thats beside the point. Shopping on your site became one big pain in the butt. I just wanted you guys to know. By the way, I could not find a complaint area at letgo. Why? There should be.

Letgo 70 inch sharp aquos tv.

I recently bought a tv from a seller that had promised the tv was is good condition. the seller also had "recent" picture (as they said) of the item on their account. We exchanged money-tv, but the tv did not work. I lost 300$ and am not sure what to do...I also took the tv to a nearby Best to have them diagnose the problem. when the employees opened the tv a bunch of dead insects fell out. (Hundreds)...

Letgo seller

This morning I viewed a listing on mismatched used twin sheets on the of a seller named LeeAnn. I messaged my interests, 2hours later I received a message back. It said " you're going to drive all the way here to Northport for them from Cape Coral?" I responded saying I am so sorry, I am new to this and did not see the location, nor do I know as my daughter and I are new to the area and all I saw was a picture of used twin sheets, without much $ to work with in new ones... I thought I would inquire. Tonight I logged back on to view chats/sales etc ...and saw LeeAnn blocked me this morning. I am confused as to why I was, because I apologized for not seeing location, I was still interested but we never got the opportunity to to discuss that, pricing(said negotiable on ad) and for a few sets of flat and fitted twin sheets, it may have been worth the drive. I never got the chance to communicate with her in a fashion appropriate for the sell/buy/information on the items/ etc. But was blocked? I have used the internet social media apps for 22years and have never had anyone have an issue and to the contrary I am extremely polite with correspondence?

Letgo iphone 8 plus from chrissy cole

I ordered a iphone 8 plus from a seller name Chrissy cole. She lived in Atlanta and said that she only shipped instead of meeting up because she moved. Being skeptical as always I questioned her about scamming me and what not and she proceeded in telling me that she would never scam me because shes a mother of four, blah blah blah. I then sent her $325 for the Iphone through Zelle just for her to stop responding to my messages after she got the money. She had told me that she was GOING TO OVER NIGHT THE IPHONE TO me to prove she wasn't scamming me. I never recieved the iphone and she stopped replying to my messages. I then called my bank and filed a report on her because she refused to refund me my money. She going to jail for fraud .

Letgo honeywell fan

Hello,
I purchased a fan for my daughter from a lady (Michelle Rogers) on letgo and I paid her through google pay so that my daughter in Albuquerque could pick it up from her. She sent me the google pay request and I paid her on Saturday July 14 2018. Michelle said she would meet my daughter with the fan on Monday July 16, 2018 and never showed. I have since messaged her 3 times and she has completely ignored me. I sent her a request on google pay for a refund of the fan and she has ignored that as well. With the heatwave going on here in TX and NM she is really needing it and I have since had to resort to purchasing one from Target instead. I am not pleased with how she has conducted this transaction at all. I would like a refund please.

Letgo red keurig coffee maker

I purchased a red Keurig coffee maker from OCGhettoToys, Picked it up on Monday July 16, 2018, paid him $30.00 asked if the coffee maker worked he is it works good and is only 1 year old. When I got home I tried the coffee maker and it does not work. I texted him back told him i'd like to return it and get my money back, He did read my text and will not respond. Is $ 30.00 really worth someones trust and word.

Letgo unable to respond to potential buyer

I have someone who wants to buy an item, however when I try to respond to them, my message won't go through. I am losing a potential buyer. How can I fix this. I restarted phone 2 x. I have noticed other let go users have had this problem, but I couldn't find a resolution. The person is listed as Rainbow. But I can't find a way to contact this person.

Nothing but system errors for me. I can't respond. I can't inform that the item is already sold. I keep getting email from potential buyers 3 weeks after the fact! Letgo needs to be taken down completely!

After I texted him he responded with the following:
I just relocated and I am busy with work but I will issue you a check for the amount of the item and when the check is cleared I will have my mover to come for pick up

I have been thru enough craiglist scammers to know a scammer and their games ...

So I am reporting Sam Smith to letgo so someone else doesn't get fooled by his fake scamming [censored]!

Letgo concerns about an allison from letgo, unable to look at my messages to sell now.

Hello, every since I received the message from "Allison from let go", to help sell my item I have not been able to receive the messages from people who want to buy a couple of items I am selling. It shows I have a message and I receive my emails but when I go to my Lego account it will not let me see anything from the accounts that she so called is helping with. If i'm not in contacts really soon with the person who wants to buy my items I may lose out on a lot of money. I never had people wait on my response either, so this is also messing with my status on being a seller, no one may want to buy from me now. Please contact me ASAP, these people are trying to purchase and I can't even see their message and respond. All I get is alerts and the emails of who wants to purchase or who is interested.

Letgo email password reset and email complaint submission do not work!

First of all I tried logging in with my email address and put in the password that I know is 100% correct, yet it failed several times! So I went to your "reset password" and had your system send me an email to enable resetting my password. When I used that link in the email you sent me, it would never work for resetting and/or selecting a new password to enter. I tried it several times and nothing about the sent emails to me for password reset would ever work to do that job! What a messed up damned web site or company site on the web that you people are operating here! Why in the hell don't you spend a little money and hire a good web master to take care of your sites, instead of some dammed illegal alien who cannot speak, write, or understand english, the language which is america's language for the united states of america? You know it's pretty dammed hard to submit a complaint about a login failure and then a passport reset system that does not work or does not work properly; when at the time of submitting this complaint form the dammed web site will not send the report until you login! What the hell kind of a catch 22 system is that anyway? Who in the hell is taking care of and/or building your web sites, I think a 2nd grader with a bit of computer knowledge could do a better job. Went in to reset my password from an email link, and the password I put(that I for surely know is right) DOESN'T WORK. This is a repetitive process and it still doesn’t work. My password is invalid and every email reset does not work. What is up with this app? I was about to buy/sell a few things too.

Letgo joshua frazier $4,500 jeep - wrangler - 1989

Mr. Frazier is trying to sell this vehicle that does not belong to him. I have an email string from him admitting that the vehicle is currently titled in the State of Florida under his girlfriend's father's name. He claims that I can come to his home, pay him the money and he will sign over a blank title.

Under Florida Law this is illegal. I have an email String I would be happy to forward to you.

This scam add should be removed from LetGo so he will not be able to rip off someone else who may be unaware.

He's got us a 1994 yj all done up for very cheap. Only selling this to make room for it. But don't need to sell as Jeep is a 5th spare vehicle for us.

It's not insured or tagged currently.
His sxs is in his garage so it's not kept there
Bottom line is since he is on the title...I would only purchase from him as he is the only one who could legally sign it over to me.
Have him come to your home and we can all met if you don't want to meet at Wesley Chapel Nissian.
