Les Schwab Tire Center - Customer service and not being able to pay

my daughter in law hit a pot hole right behind Les Schwab on Isaacs here in Walla Walla, Wa. When I got to Les Schwab we waited for a few moments and usually they come running out asking what can I help you with.
As we walked up asking can someone help us please no one responded. I started walking up to one of the men asking them can you please help us. He finally then responded and said sure what do you need?. We explained what happened to the car and he said let me grab this tire and you can go run in and pay for it inside. I went inside and asked the woman if she can find me the least expensive tire. She stated that she had to run into the shop and find out the type of tire before she could help. As she comes back inside she tells me how much the tire was and told me I couldn't pay until the tire was done!... Not only was I outside along with my daughter in law but both grandchildren under the age of 1yrs old and both my daughters. He we are waiting outside 93degrees for a tire to be done and now I'm late to work because I can't just pay for the tire so I can leave!.. I waited for another 10-15mins and told my daughter in law that I was going to ask someone to see if I can pay so I can finally leave.. I walked up to this man named davon? I asked him when he was done could I ask him a question. He snapped at me and said I will be with you in a min ma'am!. After he was don't with his conversation with the 2 men . When he finished I asked him why I couldn't pay because I needed to leave. He stated he didn't know why the lady didn't let me pay so I followed him in there and he looked up my name and have me the total.. So I paid and went outside and have the paper to my daughter in law. As we were waiting for 45mins .. Outside.. in the heat.. When my daughter in law went to ask if they were almost done with her tire they stated they haven't even started fixing the tire.. After a few moments one of your employees tried to get in the car and start it with somebody else's keys.. She walked up to him and asked what are you doing in my car? He said oh sorry wrong car.. A few moments after that he comes the tire and the employee tried to put the tire in the truck behind us.. The person in the truck said hey that's not my tire you need to put it in that car.. Then the employee said you can't fix that tire in the parking lot.. We were not trying to fix OUR TIRE IN YOUR PARKING LOT.. We were trying to get it in the car so we could leave.. I have never had such a awful, rude and uncaring experience in my life.. Not only that but no one knew what the hell they were doing!.. This is just uncalled for .. No one apologized or asked if our kids could come inside to cool off!.. I would like a answer.. I understand we are in a pandemic and people are on edge.. But that does not give anyone a right to treat us they way we were treated...

For many decades, Les Schwab has had the practice of misinforming ita customers. They've done it to me, and hundreds of other innocent people. From Eugene, to Portland, Pendleton, to Dallas, Oregon, I've been scammed, and heard my friends complain about the same type of misinformation from their service representatives.
In April of 2018, I bought a new set of 80K mile radial tires from the Dallas, Oregon location. This spring 2020, I took my care in for a routine rotation. (With only appx. 15K on the new tires.)When the guy came out to give me the keys back, he told me I would "need to look at upgrading after the next couple of rotations". I looked at him and said "new tires"? He looked at me and shrugged his shoulders, gave me the yes nod . Long story short, after I returned home, I got the manager, and the person who did the rotation on a 3-way call. They gave me their typical pitch, "how can we make it right for you". They told me there was a misunderstanding, and that basically, I was wrong. The next day, I took my car to a nearby auto shop to have new rear brakes installed.
When I explained to the owner my situation at Schwabs, he told about a woman who come in to his shop a few weeks earlier. When she went to Les Schwab for a rotation, they told her she needed new brakes, which she has just installed within the last month prior to coming in.
I know Schwab's doesn't look at, or respond to these reports. It is mainly for its disgruntled customers to blow off steam. If they did respond, they would take care of the issues.
Always ask to see the old parts they remove, GET A SECOND OPINION, have them show you the old tires they "supposedly" took off to put the new ones on.
This is a company that has taken from, and lied to its customers for many decades.
Don't let them take advantage of you too!
If you read the Terms and Conditions, it basically says the same thing I said. It doesn't go anywhere but here.
GOOD LUCK
