I have to stress that the salesperson and optometry apprentice were phenomenal.
And I am going to assume that the optometrist is a talented and competent a**hole.
... but an a**hole nonetheless.
James E. Behrens is critical of and argumentative with his support staff and condescending to his patients. I only spent about a half hour with the man and wouldn't do so again if I was offered your services for free.
A company your size can do better than this.
