This is the second time I've dealt with this company - boy do I feel stupid!!!

The first time I ordered, I immediately tried to cancel after I realized we had an unexpected expense come up and I could no longer afford my $160 order from The Cozy Pineapple. Their website clearly states that you may cancel your order without penalty so long as the order hasn't been shipped or charged. Well, my order hadn't been charged yet and definitely hadn't shipped so I was well within the acceptable terms of canceling.

I e-mailed my order confirmation number to their customer service along with the rest of my information and asked that they please cancel the order I placed. I also called their (800) number to no avail. I e-mailed again attesting the urgency that my order be canceled and that my card NOT be charged, but no response. I sent 4 follow up e-mails begging that someone acknowledge my cancellation. Nothing!

3 days later my bank account was charged and I received an e-mail that my order was shipped. I was livid!! I tried calling again - no answer and the voice mail is full. I e-mailed them again demanding a response. Nothing. My order arrived, I had to come up with funds to cover the charge, and other than the unreliable, unprofessional service I got, I was happy with my merchandise and kept it.

Well I decided to order from the Cozy Pineapple again - even though I knew their customer service was non-existent from my prior order, the price was right and I re-ordered. This time I received a partial order that was damaged. Broken glass in poor packaging, and surprise, surprise - no customer service to speak with about it.

I e-mailed immediately to inform them of my damaged items and that part of my order was still missing. No response - and just as before, I don't suspect I will ever receive one.

After reading nearly 30 reviews about this company from complete strangers across the country, I realize I'm not the only one who's been duped by The Cozy Pineapple. This company needs to be shut down! And the people running it need to be penalized!

Don't let any more people get ripped off by the Cozy Pineapple!!!
